The employees are helpful an friendly. The store is clean. I dont know much about all the items they sell, because there is such a wide variety of items. I can tell you they have a wide selection of bulk dog food. Thats what I go there to buy.

We bought 4 chickens. Two died in two days. I asked if I could just purchase the ones that died. I was I was told no, I had to buy four and that they could not replace. The store already let me know that would not replace the two that died. The manager stated only within 24 hours.

They let me return a pair of work boots that had scuffs on them with no box they leaked water through them but got money back also had receipt and it was before the 30 day deadline. But still nice helpful and clean 👌👌

Its hit and miss. When you can find someone to help you they do a great job and sometimes ive had to climb a shelf and another customer helped me get something down.

I had an interview at 2:00pm and enjoyed the atmosphere greatly. I cant wait to start Monday and appreciate Kevin giving me an opportunity to show him the skills and knowledge i have. Looking forward to Monday high noon.

I have to say. Tractor Supply is on the ball. The store is very organized. And most of the time has a lot of stock. Only thing that has bothered me was the last time I went there. They provided mask and buggy cleaner. They Tractor Supply was NOT enforcing mandatory mask wearing. This is several days after Governor Edwards issued mandatory. They provided them, at my last visit about a week ago. Did NOT enforce wearing the mask. Disappointed about it. I always have my own mask and gloves. Ive also noticed over the past several months, maybe first of the year 2020. Having someone to help with a load out. Thats what they call it when you need help with the items you bought. Help getting them in your vehicle. Greatful for that.

They have everything you need from fencing to dog toys lol.. my dog loves when I go here he always gets a toy..

I go every month, and have had a couple of run ins, but they have always been there with respect amd being courtesy to myself. Both thumbs up for them, 👌

Great prices and brand name merchandise. I love the pet section. You can buy propane here and the tanks if you need all new. A beautiful nice selection of seeds for lawn.great camping stuff like lamps, lanterns and more.

Went in to buy a propane tank that they had advertise on sale. There was none on the floor. Met a nice gentleman name Brad that seemed eager to help. He search the back and found what I was looking for. I was happy with my visit and appreciated Brad for taking the time to find what I needed. I plan on doing business more with Tractor Supply because of people like Brad. Great Service!

I wanted a baby chick for my daughter, the guy said theres a minimum purchase of 4 baby chicken that will come home with us and then in a few short weeks, theyll be 4 full grown chickens walking around my apartment.We just thought they looked cute.We did not get 4 chicks.Very nice people working and were eagerly waiting for us to discuss why we shouldnt bring 4 chicks home to live with us.

Love Tractor Supply. They almost always have what I need, whether or not its household or auto or garden. Theyre staff has always been helpful and courteous and even when theres a parking lot full of people, which most of the time, I havent been hampered by long wait lines at the check out. What did I do without them.

One of the better farm and feed stores in the area. They have everything from the Rancher to the basic home gardener supplies available. I went there looking for a water catchment system and found multiples from large farm size water reservoirs to your home and garden wooden style barrel for catching gutter water reasonably priced and well-made products. What can I say this is a decent place to shop!

Good place when the bigger stores dont have what you need.-(Updated-6/2019)I still recommend the store, however, be prepared for the very nice (chatty) lady that works the register. One person in line or ten people in line, she will chat you up, right at four minutes a person.

OMG! Selection! Selection! Selection! My 8 year old daughter is a HUGE fan of the tools and I love that she is a great helper for any kind of job that I have going on!! Great kid!

This location is often times understaffed. So if you need any assistance good luck! They also have a very young obviously inexperienced management who was not trained in customer service. I believe most of the staff have not been trained properly.

Im trying to buy a generator. I tell the girl. Im still standing around seven or eight minutes later. If you dont want to sell your equipment say so! Put a sign on the door. why bother having the doors open if this is the way youre going to sell the equipment?

Staff service is wonderful. I mostly go in to get batteries for my dogs collars and they are pretty quick at getting me the batteries.

Bought chicks here back in April, they are all still alive (YAY!) Chicken feed is reasonable, dog and cat food is reasonable. Misc hardware is reasonalble. Friendly and helpful staff.

There very proud of the products here. Its a big nice store full of everything you can think of. I guess because its a one step shop they figure you will be willing to pay extra.

2 Lawnmower blades bought a week ago. Both blades flexed while cutting grass. They flex downward into the dirt.Had receipt, so tried to return for credit but they accused me of bringing old blades and would not refund or give credit.Blades are poor workmanship and Tractor Supply refuses to warranty them.Will not buy anything from them again. Went to Bankston Autopart in Albany and bought blades for half what I paid at Tractor Supply. At Tractor Supply—$43. At Bankston Auto Parts—$21 plus better quality!!!

The staff doesnt know the store stock. I called, because I could not remember the name of the product. It was for the Septic Tank (ROEBIC). I remembered the aisle where its located. the person helping me even ask the manager. He said they dont carry it. So I shopped AMAZON, located it under septic tank products.

I dont go here for much. I just get my weed and grass killer from here. Compare and save it works good for the price.

Love the store but get tired going there for my horse feed and shavings. There is none on the shelf and a lot of the times there is none in the warehouse. Dont understand why they dont stock more if they are selling out. There order should be larger.

Purchased a dog training collar from there. I was told for 9.99 I could get it replaced if the dog got it off. Well they said broken only when I went to replace the one that come off the dog.. wont get next one from there.

They now never have nothing that I need for my chickens. They dont carry 50# crushed oyster shells. They never have VetRX just to name a few. I would recommend the local feed store before going here. And there not very helpful. Im sorry but used to like this place and had it 5 stars but after the past 3 weeks I had to change. I gave them the the benefit after the 1st time then went 3 more times and the same so had to change my review. Hope yall straiten up. Now they have the oyster shells guess they listened lol
