Well stocked store. Most of the people working in the departments are pretty helpful and knowledgeable. Personally I like it because I know where everything is. 11% makes good savings you only need to mail the coupons.Newly refurbished shopping cards still stick together, hard to take one out.

I went in for hardwares, woods and materials to build a studio in my basement, When I looked closely I observed the got alot of stuff under a single roof and also an extension build to get more woods, cement and alot more. The staffs at the wood extension, the painting section staff, the carpet section staff and checkout staff were so good and helpful. You will love their staffs and I managed to take some pictures you can see what they have.

I always love shopping at Menards. Its like an old friend.. Theres always something new to see, and I have a list of favourites I shop for regularly..I look forward to the 11% sales and wait to buy bigger items so I get a decent rebate..we save them up all year, and buy something cool for the holiday decorations...

Always have my household needs, and in rare cases, sends me to one of their other store to get out of stock goods.

Good place for tools and home items. Good customer service. Good prices. They have a rebate program where you may pay full price but you do get a rebate voucher.

Store is neat and clean and most of the staff is helpful. Some do try to act as if they know every facet of everything even when being blatantly wrong, but they have good intentions. Others act like they know nothing about the store or any products in the store and they are just there to stock shelves. But as far as a construction supply store goes its pretty good.

Went shopping for one of my friendsand found everything on her list .That doesnt always happen,especially when youre looking formore than ten items

No one seemed inclined to help in the carpet area though there were two people standing there.Then at checkout as the cashier, Leann, was removing items from my cart some guy comes up and says hes in a hurry and without even asking or acknowledging me she checks out his items instead! I was already at the bagging area and she had already removed items from my cart!Im in the middle of a conversion and had spent a lot of money at Menards recently I will not be coming back to that one.Photo attached just to just prove I was there it is not of all the items I purchased.

Some of the help is great that really help me find things that I was looking for. And some are there for payday to come, meaning they dont know were alot of things are. But I do love shopping there. More training for the Help.

Store is very clean and organized. Sadly they don’t update their inventory often? Checked online for availability and said there was 20 of product. Get there only to be told the website has not been updated. Gas wasted, time wasted . Staff is kind and helpful tho

Made a quick stop today Friday 6/25 to check out their outdoor lighting options. Menards is my husbands favorite store, so I came in to browse by myself. Found nice lights & new firepit. On the way to register I liked some folding chairs. I asked nearby guys for help. 1st young man did not even bother to give me eye contact, fixing his sign was more important. I asked an older man for the difference in chairs answered before I can ask him for help bringing them to the register he walked away. So I just walked away to try check out. Jocelyn at the register greeted me with smiling eyes and asked if I found everything I needed. I told her about her coworkers that I apparently bothered and were to busy to help me bring a few chairs. Jocelyn quickly apologized and called Daniella on walkie for help.. Daniella greeted me and proceeded to take care of me very quickly. Honestly it did not even take her 2 minutes to put those chairs in a new cart and bring to register. Daniella asked if I needed help bring the chairs to my vehicle. I said, yes please. Jose shows up to help before I was even able to put my wallet away. These 3 blew me away with their professionalism and happy to help attitude. It was a very long day for me, my feet hurt but I needed new lights for my sons birthday party and ended up buying more. I am very happy with my purchase that I cant even care how lazy those other guys were. Jose put all my items in my truck, was very polite and very happy guy. Menards, PLEASE hire more people like Jocelyn, Daniella and Jose as they are perfect team players!👏😁👍

Menards was finally great today. I didnt have aimlessly wonder around the store, I knew exactly where to go(and no breadcrumbs necessary). Straight to the checkouts to get some sweet n sour gummie worms. First time I spent under $2, spent less than 5 minutes of my time and walked out smiling. And guess what?...I didnt have to go back 2-3 times like a plumbing project might require for us Mcguivers. 😁

The garden center employees need a little more training on what products they have on hand and what those products do this way when a customer needs a specific need they can better accommodate the customer

The staff at this location are always great. You may have to seek somebody out which sometimes takes a little while to find, but when you do they are super helpful. The great products and prices have me driving past 2 Home Depots that are closer to me because I prefer to shop here. I love the kiosk where you can reprint your receipts if you misplace them. Unfortunately I’ve had to do it a few times, but it’s an awesome service/feature to have. I think the layout of the store could be better, but that’s my only complaint

Found everything I went for. I would suggest that the parking spaces be enlarged to accommodate larger home improvement items, eventhough I parked far away, someone parked next to my and damaged the door!

I asked a young lady associate for some assistance and she was so helpful! She looked around the whole store trying to locate a shelving unit for me and I swear she probably ran through the whole store for us. I shouldve gotten her name cause she really hustled!

The cashiers do not know what theyre doing she couldnt tell me the ATM card machine was not working I had the people in the yard a manager and a kid helping me and he couldnt do anything or the manager I will never go that Menards again

Not enough employees working the entrance. They need at least one employee selling n95 mask. The rest of the visit was great. Especially the check out person was great. She was super helpful.

Extremely difficult to find workers for any questions that you may have. Lots of times if you do find me an employee they usually cannot give you your correct answer anyways.
