Most of the employees know how to help you right away and I like their spray paint section. It’s always full and you can almost always find the exact color you’re looking for.

What I like about this home Depot is they cater to the contractors. For instance plumbing electrical those aisles are toward the front of the store. Its convenient so you dont have to drag pipe across the entire store.

Great products, great people, great service.I love the fact that they are up with the times, embrace covid and have masks available for everyone, free, at no cost.Unlike a major competitor.Wont mention any names.but it starts with the letter M.They charge you 1.00 at the door and have armed policemen there to send you back to the car unless you buy one from them for 1.00What a fine how do you do.I believe those folks may actually inflict pain or severe bodily injury if you dont abide by their rules.Its Home Depot for me from now on. They even honor those who have served their country in the Armed Forces by providing a substantial discount on qualified purchases.🙂👍

When it comes to a place like Home Depot... Its the service. & I always get good quality service @ that location.

They charge by the foot for 4 PVC pipe but only sell it in 10 pieces. Wont even cut in half for me for ease of transport and gave me mismarked 90% elbow that was marked for a 4 pipe but did not fit but they did exchange it hassle free the next day without a receipt which was my fault for forgetting it in the other bag. Still frustrating though.

Found exactly what we were looking for after going to 2 other places. Third times a charm.

I bought a small florescent light fixture I put under my kitchen cabinet over the sink. I needed a replacement florescent tube light bulb for this fixture. I had bought them at Home Depot before. Naturally Home Depot.no longer carry the fixture or the replacement Sylvania florescent tube light.

Do not buy carpeting from this store. We purchased carpet in September 2019 and noticed there were waves in two of the stairs. We notified Home Depot and never got a reaponse. About a year later the waves got a lot worse and were affecting almost all of the steps so we contacted them again and they told us to directly contact the third party who installs their carpet. Why would we have to go through the third party when we purchased our carpet through Home Depot?? Long story short after months of going back and forth with the third party and Home Depot they told us there is nothing they can do for us, even though the carpeting is still under warranty and if we want to fix the problem we will have to purchase new carpet ourselves and have it reinstalled. This store is poorly managed and we will never buy any products from Home Depot again if they cannot correct their mistake.

They take your money provide poor service and make you wait weeks to get your money back! Better Business Bureau will pay them a visit along with Samatha on channel 7 investigation team!

Usually well stocked some of the staff is friendly and helpful. Usually find good deals there as well.

The customer service was just ok. I ordered a mattress bag for curbside pick up. They sent me an email telling me that it was ready. Then called me 5 days later basically telling me if I didnt come get it that day theyd send it back and refund my money.I have metastatic cancer and I dont drive. So even if I wanted to I couldnt just run out and get it. To top it off. The girl that call me... Did not even use my first name when she left the message. Just my last name. She had 0 people skills.

Me and my daughter stand there for 20 minutes waiting for help Caucasian guy walks up get help right away so we leave the Home Depot and go to another Home Depot on 95th an Oak Lawn got better service I dont spend my money where Im not wanted!

I have never been to this location but I needed salt and a shovel . So I go in I spot the salt and I picked up the wrong one so I put it back and the associate that was stocking it up . She rudely tells me it’s the same one that I’m grabbing again I said no I’m grabbing the blue container ice melter, the that I had picked up first was a red container i didn’t want that one hut she was annoyed that I was putting it back because she is working in that section. I did not like her at all she wasn’t helpful and didn’t even explain why they would be the same . I walked away I didn’t say much I was gonna complain but decided to just leave and take care of the ice at my house .

I like Home Depots tool selection and some of their staff are excellent. However, I do not feel welcomed there the way I do at Menards. At Menards Im often greeted by several employees throughout the store; at this Home Depot Im rarely greated and often have to hunt for someone if I need assistance.

Called ahead and they set aside everything I needed, so when I walked in it was ready to go. Excellent service.

Absolutely the worse customer service experience acquired at this location from the appliance department manager. Very rude and unprofessional attitude towards their customers. The Hispanic female employee (manager, I think) should not be fit to handle the task of speaking to anyone but the rats at this location. Will never use this location again.

I get to load my truck in the rain because the hot dog vendor parks under the canopy every day. Please fix this as he makes money off of the customers that come to this store. And as a business owner should know better himself.

I only went to The Home Depot to accompany my brother. I did not go there to purchase items for myself. However, I did notice how well lit & well organized the aisles were. Also while checking out, even though the store was a bit crowded, we spent hardly any time at all waiting in line! The cashier was very pleasant!

I came to purchase a Christmas tree from this Home Depot, the guy that work where they cut and wrap the tree didnt even try to assist me with putting the tree in the car or on top of my car he sat it on the orange dolley and told me to have a nice day, and proceeded to help someone else. I mean damn you see Im a woman by myself you couldve offered some type of assistance.

The gentleman who was working in the appliance department, Sterling, is fantastic. He overheard another employee tell me they didn’t have something in stock and that the inventory count of 1 was for the display model. He found us a few aisles over and offered to go look in the back for me. They did have one and we got our freezer and even decided to get a new fridge as well. We need more people like him who will take time to help out customers.
