I dont know WHY 90% of the Dollar General stores have so much merchandise blocking the isles. They are nearly always in the stay of disarray.This store is horrible about being so crowded with carts blocking the isles that I have often left and drove to Wal Mart. Its sort of funny that carts block the isles but their shelves are usually empty. Most of these little stores remind me of salvage shops.

Love the way the manager explain to me about the new self-checkout that they have now I was waiting in line and she told me that self-checkout was now available and if I was paying with a card I could just step over there and help myself and if there was any problem she would be too glad to help

Items not stocked. CAN NOT BLAME EMPLOYESS FOR THIS. DOLLAR GENERAL DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE HELP NEEDED TO STOCK AND RUN THE REGISTERS. My wife worked for dollar general for 13 years. I had her quit. Dollar general expects one employee to do the work of three.

The workers are super lazy and the manager is VERY RUDE! They have bad attitudes with customers even when the customer is right. I rather drive to albany dollar general than deal with these people. Wish i could give 0 stars

I do love the convenience of these stores and I am frankly impressed with the variety of both food and merchandise. I guess there is no use airing my one pet peeve but I cant help but repeat what I know is probably your pet peeve as well and that is the fact that all of these stores are always under staffed. It never fails that when I am intent on a quick in & out and the parking lot is virtually empty, that it takes three times as much time to get finished and get out! Its not really totally the employees to blame. I think management and company training policy is lacking but alas, its the price of convenience with a bargain! Still a fan and my thanks to all of the clerks and Dollar General staff who have to put up with less than perfect customers!

Although this Dollar general had the product I needed, the restroom was filthy. The sink was full of trash, there was no tissue paper nor soap. With the pandemic raging, restrooms should be clean and availible at all times. When I spoke to the manager, en employee came forward and said she would clean it. The manager said it was bad because there was not a cleaning service to clean for them. This definitly needs attentuon.

This store was bare and the staff was scarce and not helpful at all. Perhaps the holiday hours contributed to their very rude and condescending attitudes.

This might be the worst dollar store I’ve ever Stepped foot in. Not only could we not get to what we needed ((pallets blocking the merchandise down EVERY isle) but the product that we did need, was on u boat that we had to get down ourselves. We would have asked for help however all the workers were at the front of the store trying to get the credit card machine to work. It seems that every time I go into this store they do not have what I need. Now I do understand that retail stores are always short handed but surely something can be done for this location? I do not know if it is the management at this store, or a staffing issue, or if the workers themselves are Just incapable. Also it seems that when items are placed on the shelves (assuming the selves are not broken or on the floor) that they are just dumped straight from the box and then spread around. I don’t know how this store makes any money nor do I understand why people come back. Me and my sister also watched a worker bring a uboat all the way around the store bc there was no room to bring it in from the front.

Its a Dollar General, so Im grading it on that scale. Staff are nice, place is clean. No problems here. Just cheap, cheap items.

I always have a Nice encounter with the Cashier. Shelves were a bit untucked. I guess they are working on it. Overall, it is sooooo much better than the DG in River Ridge,La. on Citrus and Jefferson Hwy.

The store is always cluttered and not well organized. Rarely is there more than one teller on the registers and gets backed up easily. Some employees have poor attitudes likely pertaining to lack of help.

Went on July 12 2019 and the cashier had an attitude with me and my wife who are both DISABLED and HAD AMAJOR PROBLEM WITH ME SITTING DOWN WHILE WAITING FOR MY WIFE WHO IS DISABLED AND HAS TO TAKE HER TIME WALKING WITH TWO BROKEN FEET AND ANKLES and WAITING FOR A KIDNEY AND I HAVE HERNIATED DISC AND A BROKEN BACK. SO SINCE WHEN DOES A STORE HIRE PEOPLE WHO DISCRIMINATE AGAINSTPEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND YELL LOUD ENOUGH FOR THE THE WHOLE STORE TO HERE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO SOME SERIOUS TRAINING !!!!!

Lines are ALWAYS out of control going down aisles but store is well stocked

They have what you need to do what you gotta do. Also off of I-12 if youre driving to do whatever youre doing, 🤔

I think they should all be fired and the place should be bulldozed, the rubble burned, the ashes removed, and a hole dug out of where it used to be. Put a big piece of chewed gum in its place, or make it a dump for used cat litter, or even a mud wrestling ring for women 400lbs and up. Any of these would be an improvement to Dollar General. Of course, I only speak for myself. If you prefer service from cashiers that are either angry, lazy, or look depressed, this is your shopping destination.

I LOVE the managers at this store. They are the sweetest and really make an effort to know there customers on a personal level. For example: my mother in law goes shopping and buys out everytime they have that BIG clearance on toys and other items. She buys them so she can ride in the St. Paddys day parade

Its always nice when the cashier makes small talk with you making you feel welcome. Store was clean and easy to navigate to find the stuff I needed!

I love this location for the fact that it offers the vest deal on merchandice available to the piblic in my immediate area. However often the wait is more then expected due to understaffment.

The shelves are never stocked, employees are rude. Bring back the lady manager that ran it 3 years ago. She was the best!

They had clothes in season for 75% off and very attractive peices at that. I bought alot of nice new clothes tbat day for my daughter and I. She loved them and so do I.

Employes were great

Cashier was very rude with customer in front of me in line about a return with her receipt and refused service to her, asked her to leave the store then asked me to come forward in her place to be checked out. Very awkward situation

Always dirty, shelves bare. And they need more people working. I feel bad for the guys/ girls who do work there. They try their best but look stressed.

AWFUL!! The employees there are just plain RUDE!! You walk in and they DONT speak to you. And look at you like you came from another planet. And they have a LOT of Eye Rolling going on too. And laughing at customers. The employees are talking about customers that have just exited the store and gossiping amongst each other about eachother AND their own personal business right in front of customers. Hate to go there.

Fair..prices are not on items correctly,some are not even printed, and the rest are too high. YALL NEED To STiCK to the PENNY LIST and ITEMS!

This would be the worst dollar general ever they have the rudest workers here and nobody to check you out, I will never go back it’s sad that even though they are working and are getting paid they have no respect for customers at all the lady behind the register was talking smack to me and my sister about my purse going of when I walked into the store and I asked her if she wanted to check my purse she said know and started mumbling under her breath and if that is the type of cashiers they hire I will never shop at dollar general ever again and will advise everyone not to go to this one in particular

Like all Dollar stores they are understaffed. Store is usually busy with long lines. Product is often blocking aisles waiting to be put on shelves.
