I use this place as my stock up store. A lot of time when I needed something for a quick lunch for the week I could go here and grab something quick. I dont always have time to make a healthy meal.

Rachel was upbeat and gave excellent customer service, keep up the good work it makes a difference, the door for the entrance needs to be replaced or fix.

This dollar tree is always empty lol no matter when you go. Staff is pretty friendly though.

My first time here and I was not impressed. There were many empty shelves, the store was disheveled and the lines were long. I should have known when the outside area was full of trash and the landscaping was neglected. Theres nothing worth returning for.

I dont care what your job is but customer service is everything even at the dollar store; I find it extremely rude and unprofessional to have a cashier waiting on you while she is on her cellphone on clearly on a personal call! She showed no respect for the waiting customers and was very unattentive more important the lack of a pleasant greeting or mere thank you was never given. Do better if you dont want a customer complaining about your service or their experience at your establishment! If I could give a zero I would have!

I really like shopping at the Dollar Tree no matter which one I go to

It was good place to buy christmas stuff I found wine bags which I knew I would so i was happy the lines were long only 2 registers open at this time a year should of been another but lots of choices.

They never have anything stocked. The isles are always full of boxes. The shelves are always empty and theres always a line to check out. Today one of the cashiers asked another cashier could she help her and cash people out cause there was only one lane open and the lady told her plain out NO IM DOING SOMETHING ELSE

Store was pretty well stocked and they had three cashiers on registers. Fairly busy but lines were moving quickly

Waited 5 minutes for a cashier to even show up to the register. There was already 3 of us in line. The cashier came to the register with a customer who cut me in line. She had one headphone in her ear and her cellphone out. No name badge. Never greeted me. I couldn’t even tell she worked there, all she had on was a green shirt and black pants. Middle of my transaction, she took out her phone? To pause her music I’m assuming? Horrible service!

Every time I go there I have to step over boxes or have to find my product inside of boxes. They need to stock the shelves they are Never full sometimes they have their empty boxes laying over the floor and customers cant even hardly get down the aisle its always messy and dirty in there they really need a overhaul they need to have someone come in overnight at least five or six people to stock all the shelves so that when the customers come in the next day they will find what they need.

This store rarely has enough employees, only ever has one register open and is forever stocking. There are always boxes taking up the aisle space. This store is only a last resort option for me. Though the cashier today was nice.

This is the worst dollar tree to go to in this area. Theyre always out of stock of stuff, have a big mess on the floor and only one register open always. Ive never had a rude employee though thankfully but they seriously need to get it together.

Here is the most honest review Ive done one a while. I live about an hour away and came here due to needing 1 item. Total difference from my local Dollar Tree. Floor looked dirty and shelves werent organized. Seen an associate on the phone with Apple headphones on. Associates name if I can remember correctly was Tiara not 100% sure. Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service & customer experience. Never step foot in here again.

Only retail store Ive ever been to that I literally fear for my safety as well as others. The store had a line winding through two of the aisles it was so long. Reminds me of the DMV as it was 10 years ago however even the DMV has modernized and improved customer service. Must find somewhere else to get Awesome cleaner.

I was there today November 2,2017. I was shopping for my husbands Surprised 60th birthday party. I decided to have a game theme. It was like a one stop shop, this location had everything I needed. Very pleased with the sales associate (Ms. Sherese )was very pleasant friendly and showed great customer service. I love places like that when the employees care about their customers

I couldnt find paper plates all they had was foam. Otherwise I found everything else. Checkout was good. Only one person in front of me.

Its 8:30. The sign says they open at 8:00. There are 7 cars in the parking lot. We can see the employees and Doritos delivery driver inside the store but they wont let the customers in. 👎

Broken shattered window on door that customers use to enter store for 4 DAYS now!!!Filthy store loooong lines one check out lane. No need to complain workers will only holler out negative response and mumble under their breath.Customer ends up getting embarrassed. What a shame place makes lot of money its close by so people continue to shop there. As much as I try to support this store I CAN NO LONGER RETURN. Always disorganized and out of stock. When inventory comes in its all over the store with empty boxes. Always one line open. Manager and few employees have a no care attitude or on brake with no urgency for customer service. Im done

I love it they have a great thighs and every thing is at one dollar.

This store is always nasty, and the people who work there are very rude. There was a raccoon in the garbage can in the front that jumped out at my mom and I, and when we told the people who worked there, they didnt care. Tonight when I went there to get a balloon, because the Munster one was out of helium (has been for 2 weeks now), they were closed 5 mins early, and wouldnt let us in, even when a woman was standing at the register on her cell phone. The only opened the door for us when we refused to leave, and then were rude to us the whole time we were in there. This is the worse location out of all the Dollar Trees that I have been to.

Lazy workers that don’t want to do their job.

I love the dollar tree especially around this time so I can grab a bunch of Halloween stuff. The bad part about the store is that alot of aisles were missing alot of stuff. I dont know how often they stock up on stuff but I think they need to do it more often. Plus most of the time they only have one cashier even with like ten people in line.

This dollar tree is about the worst Ive been to. There is always one register open. I think the manager hides in the office. Dont even ask for balloons, they look at you like NO YOU DIDNT Lines are always long. Not the best place to go.

Got some awesome Halloween items. Seemed larger than a lot of dollar trees.

I dont like coming to this place. Its always unorganized and stuff is all on the floor in the isles. Seems like workers just dont care. Today i had to get a few things so i quickly stopped in and before i walked in there was trash all over in front of the door and all in the parking lot. And as always the place is a mess but okay whatever....so as i checked out, my items got put into a garbage bag. Doesnt surprise me but maybe they should have noticed they were getting low on bags.....Just smh!!!!! Dont want to give even 1 star!!!

Love the store but the staff at the Hammond, La. store are not very helpful and not so nice. The lines are ALWAYS backed up due to only one register ever being open

For a Dollar Tree the stock is fairly low when it comes to food items, and although the prices are fantastic, the lines for checkout can be enourmous. Always messy with only a few nice employees.

This store is awful. Store is dirty, there was a big line. The cashier lady did not have any help . The manager was there and she did not help the poor girl so instead of the manager helping, the manager ran to her office and didn’t come out at all. She shouldn’t be a manager.

So I bought 20$ worth of items today, the lady charged me and while I was paying she put a bag up in the end and walked away. I was confused it seemed like too little stuff and when I asked her if that was everything I had purchased she was already walking away from me with something in her hands and there were no other bags in front or behind the register. My husband grabbed the bag and we walked out not putting much thought into it until we were almost home, something told me to check the bag when I realized half of my items were missing. When we went back to confront her a few minutes later she acted as though she had never seen me and didnt know what I was talking about. Her manager seemed as arrogant as her. I asked if I could check the camera and she told me I could in the morning not today since they were closing (even though it was 9:30 and the sign says they close at 10pm) I guess the girl began to get nervous about the whole thing and us finding something in the camera that she told me to just take whatever I was missing and go. I have never been in a situation where I get jacked of my things right before my eyes especially in a store as popular as dollar tree. I learned my lesson though to check my things before leaving any store.

Its a dollar store. Everything in it cost 1 dollar. Nuff said.
