I just went to the Hammond Xfinity and cannot tell you how pleased I am with the workers and help here and how helpful considerate and knowledgeable they were I will definitely stop here again

I have been to this location a few times and was far from impressed by staff not assisting customers, but today was excellent! Staff courteous, helpful, hard working, polite and welcoming! Yes, these were young people! Very grateful for the experience today!

Was not very helpful in lowering my bill. The girl couldnt break down the basic prices to me and kept trying to sell me add ons that I didnt want. Even tho I repeatedly told her I wanted the same internet as I already had. I was so frustrated and almost past out from the anxiety and stress of going back and forth with her. Im pregnant by the way. It was very unfortunate that my visit to Comcast couldnt have been with better service like before they switched building and hired new employees.
The staff greets you at the door. They really listened and asked questions to understand and fix the problem. Masks are worn, and everyone practiced social distancing. Sanitizer available. Great team. Good experience.

Costumer service is horrible. 10 days ago I activated a new modem. The modem had been working great these last 10 days. I returned the old one to this store today. No problem. The guy scanned the old one and told me I was all good. When I returned home the internet wasnt working. I spent a long time on the phone with customer support. They told me I had to return the new modem so they can rescan it. I raced back to this location at 6:50 pm and the store closes at 7:00 pm. They wouldnt let me in. I tried to explain the situation and he wasnt hearing it. Sir we close in 10 minutes. Was I mad? I WAS FURIOUS. HE WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME. Did I get mad and loud? Yes I did. Sorry for that and you can understand why. He then told me the person that helped me left for the day and I would have to wait till tomorrow. So I got very mad because none of this is my fault. (1) My kids need the internet to do their homework (2) Ive already spent an hour on the phone with customer service (3) my wife has to take the kids somewhere so they can finish homework (4) I work from home on my desktop PC, so going somewhere else is not an option for me. So I have all these thoughts going through my head as this employee says to meI have a life outside of workSo I blew up and cussed him out. It was not my best moment and I do apologize. But I was the one that was inconvenienced with this situation. To tell me this was like saying two thingsThe guy who helped you is not here and I dont want to make the effort because I want to go homeI dont have time to help you fix something we screwedI am now on my way to my friends to use his internet with my PC in tow. Lucky I can use all his computer accessories. My wife is at her friends house with the kids. My whole has been wasted.Thanks
Staff were helpful,corrected my internet issue, exchanged my remotes, all employees there were helping customers politely and quickly. They kept store wiped off between customers. Very professional. Thank you.

These people are so unprofessional. They “ accidentally” disconnected my internet service when I asked to remove the basic tv service. So they said they could do an emergency reconnect when I signed a contract my service would be up in minutesBut once I signed the contract, they said no, that wasn’t possible, I had to wait 24 to 48 hrs to get my service reconnected. So then I waited 48 hrs, I called back and they said no, I had to wait because that department was closed on sundays.I am a school teacher and my kids are e-learning, I explained this and these people did not care. They are full of lies and misrepresentation of contracts. They don’t care about what anything but money. Michael Anguino was the sales rep and Joanna from the care team are so fraudulent, it’s not even funny.
The employees at the store were friendly and quick. I got in at 10 am and was out at 10:05am.

4/22/20 AT 11:00 AM FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND I MUST SAY!!! THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAME HERE TO GET SERVICE STARTED AT MY NEW RESIDENCE BUT, I HAD TO PROVE I STAYED THERE DUE TO THE PREVIOUS RESIDENCE WHO NAMES WERE ON THE ACCOUNT. NOT ONLY DID I GO THROUGH A HASTLE WITH PROVING I STAYED THERE BY SHOWING MY UTILITY BILLS AND LEASE BUT, THE GENTLEMAN WHO ASSISTED ME HAD A SNOBBY ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME OK THE PREVIOUS RESIDENCE WAS REMOVED BUT MADE A SLICK REMARK WHEN I WALKED OFF TO ONE OF THE WORKERS. ONLY TO FIND OUT TODAY ON 4/25 HE NEVER MADE ANY CHANGES NOR DID HE NOTATE THE ACCOUNT. IM CURRENTLY ON THE 1800 LINE SENDING IN THE SAME DOCUMENTS AND THE IMMEDIATELY STARTED MY SERVICE IN THE MATTER OF 10 MIN TOPS.

Understaffed, unreasonably long wait times and staff spends far too much time having personal conversations instead of swiftly processing customer transactions. The management here needs to be reevaluated and drive the performance of the staff. As an executive, it was disheartening to witness the amount of customers and potential business that left this location due to the lack of organization and the indifference of the current staff. ----- To the corporate management, I would suggest sending a secret shopper to this location to witness and reevaluate your business efficiency here. If this center is not underperforming, it is strictly by accident. You are losing a significant amount of potential sales and business here.
Waited 1 hour for a new remote, saw someone else walk in and in a minute, they were given a full remote. Management wanted to get everyone out because it was a packed store, but somehow I didn’t get to cut the line for my remote. Forget this place.

Poor establishment, been fighting with Comcast for five days, service has been down for five days and when appointment was scheduled they blew me off and rescheduled after wasting my whole day . Do not recommend doing bussines Comcast.

I got a call from manager of this place on Sat. Telling me there is a kiosk to pay bill. I went there on Sun...THE VERY NEXT DAY. What do ya know..kiosk wasnt working. There were 3 employees there and 1 other customer. All 3 were working with him. One stopped to help me. As I thought. She typed in my name then got involved with other conversation. I waited and waited. Didnt want to get her too ulset as she looks like she can go into labor any minute. But bottom line is took 25 min to pay a bill.Manager shouldnt of called me day before to LIE and say payment machine is there and woking...
