The store is closed to the public unless you call first. Radio Shack was never this way. There isnt a store for the public to walk into and peruse the inventory and then make a purchase. In fact, this location keeps no inventory of Radio Shack items, but acts as a pickup location for orders placed online. If Im going to do that, I might as well have corporate ship the order to my home. If I could give less than a star I would.The person who came to the locked door was unfriendly and gave a bad impression to me about whether theyre even legitimate. This location is, I hope, not typical of the other locations listed as stores of Radio Shack.
