Absolute trash! Will never come back here no matter the “deals”. Bought a new phone and was told I couldn’t return it even though my receipt said I have 7 days. I had it a total of 2 days. No damage. The man here connects me to his “partner” who is another horrible customer service guy at global wireless in Merrillville Indiana who sold me a damaged iPhone a week ago. And then gave me attitude cause I found out about it. Thankfully another metro location gave me my refund.
Yes I love it that wonderful metro PCS . i was Start first time cellphone at Metro PCS January 3, 2015 since now i still use it I payments them credit keep. Cellphone. Most Text and lightflash . i never voice. I am deaf. That no problem that great.
Metro PCS on 165th is by far the best I’ve visited it the entire region ! 👏🏼😇. The owner always tries his absolute best to work around my accommodation!

Love my service and the GoogleOne 100GB of more storage. Now I can take lots of pictures without worrying about my phone saying I am running out of space. Was iffy about the AmazonPrime, but now I can stop shopping, watching movies and creating my playlist.
My first experiences at this location were great. The guy was very helpful and polite. My last two visits not so well. My wife went in because when we got our lines the guy said it would be $78 for three lines but the first month would be more since we were getting an iPhone that we had to get mobile hotspot. He said just cancel it after the first month. We went back and he said he never said that and theres nothing he could do about it. So whatever. The last time I went was cause my son dropped his phone in water and damaged it. So we went and bought a new phone. The guy was having trouble getting it to work. Phone kept saying insert sim card They kept messing with it and got it to work. Later that day it started doing the same thing. We reset it and it worked for a day or two then started doing the same thing. So it stopped working. We didnt get a chance to go back till today(Saturday). The guy was checking it out and said it had water damage. I told him it was doing it the day we got it and he said why didnt I bring it back right away. Due to work and other stuff I didnt have a chance. So he said to switch out the sim card ($15). It worked but said the phone could go out at any time because of the water damage. I just feel like he sold me a bad phone. Either way I am not going back there anymore.
Up until the 5th of July, my experience with the manager was good at this branch. I added a second line to my plan and I received a new phone, it was for a relative. I never used the phone because I already have one, so the person I got the second line for preferred to use their own phone and number, which was fine, I decided to have the store transfer my info to the new phone, they were ok with that but I had to return and bring that relative with ne to have their phone connected to the new line, they couldnt make it then so I had to wait until they could, but only after the holiday, I changed my mind about getting the second line, so Friday the 5th I went there and told the owner I wanted to have my info transferred over to the new phone, he informed me that he could not and that I have to wait a week, I said why, he gave me some phoney mumble jumble about you have to wait blah, blah, blah, well later I caught him in his lies, he told me to wait and come back the following Tuesday knowing full well that would have taken me over the 7-day return policy, since I wasnt going to use the extra line I asked him to just cancel that line and refund my money, he said he cant do that, I asked why not, he kept saying no he couldnt, then he told me I can go to another store, I did, and they told me I had to go back to him not only the representative from tbatbstore told me I spoke to the supervisor of the corporate branch, the customer service rep, and a manager from another branch which all said they couldnt help me and I had to go back to him and and hes supposed give me a refund because it was still under the 7-day return policy and it said so on my receipt. I called him from that store and spoke to him, he insisted he cant give me a refund, as I spoke with him the representative of the store and my niece were looking at the receipt saying he is supposed to give me my refund. To wrap this up I end up having to call the police to make him give me my refund, also I have it all on video. With the police officer there he reluctantly refunded my money but still put a large charge on my August bill, I had to call customer service to get satisfaction, they straightened out what this evil manager tried to get over on me with. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
Staff was wonderful in helping me with a dilemma, a payment issue. Really appreciate they thoughtfulness in suggesting different options in lowering a bill.
They are ok, the sales rep doesnt speak good English, but he very nice, and he gave my daughter and mother a free phone case, but it is neat and clean there
