Michelle was the bomb. She took charge and provided everything thing I needed and wanted. She deserves a nice bonus or raise!! Excellent customer service!!!!

Went to this location to upgrade my phone. The service I received was amazing! The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process.

Its obvious that they should have never closed the old sprint stores these T-moble stores give the impression of cheap colors that makes these stores look unprofessional and the service is at a bare minimum but the workers were polite and respectful.

The sales woman who we spoke to today, December 26th, was incredibly rude and told us wrong information. I called Sprint/T-mobile and they said that the sales woman was wrong. I won’t be doing any more business with this company, and I certainly won’t trust anything they say at this location.

I usually get great service when I was dealing with the two guys working there but today I had to deal with this very rude and unprofessional black lady who talked to me the way you should never speak to a customer. I was just there to turn in a old phone. All of a sudden she tells me that I had a bill to pay in order to turn in the phone. She then questioned if I was turning in the right phone as if I was trying to scam them. I elected to just go back when the two guys are working. The people in the Munster location are better to work with. Its worth the extra drive for better service.

My favorite person here is Nancy! She’s pretty patient and extremely helpful when looking for something new. This location seems to be very busy whenever we come in but they never let us feel unnoticed or unwelcome.

Walked in for assistance and the what I assumed to be a manager lacked all knowledge and concern for why I came into the store. Been with this company forever and she pretty much showed me why its time to switch! One star because thats the lowest I could give.

They were mostly helpful.

Came in here after work to buy an iPad, upgrade to the next iPhone, & get me and my wife apple watches, right when I walked in we were addressed by a very rude, dumb, patchy head lady. She said we couldn’t go next because someone else was here first. We didn’t say anything . We know first come first serve.We waited for over 45 minutes. When the dumb bald patchy head lady finished assisting the person who was next she attended one of her friends who walked in greeting them as if they knew each other. Clearly they did. By that time the place got full. We figured they didn’t want to attend us so we left very upset because I RARELY get any off days.You can also tell they do whatever they want. The manager doesn’t even put order in the place. He was just sitting on his laptop the whole time not even bothering to look up. Very disappointed, never coming back to this sprint location again.

2 hour wait? No thanks.

Used this Sprint store for the first time with no waiting. Lindsay went above and beyond to help us upgrade to a new phone and to help us with an issue on a different phone we had. Great customer service.

I called into the store for information on a phone. Very dissatisfied with service. I asked for a manager she said I am the manager in a sarcastic tone. Gave me attitude and no answers. I told her forget it i will go to Munster location. I called them and danielle was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be going to Munster location from now on.

When I had called a lady name Laura had answered the phone very rudely. She hung up on me and she told me if I don’t have service with them she does have get me right customers service.

Currently standing outside this place that opens up at 10 am. Its 10:11 am and doors are closed and gates are down all locked up! There is a line of 5 people out here waiting.

Ignorant customer service rep. I came for my free hat from the sprint rewards app and the sales associate laughed because they were sold out. Where is the irony in that?

Went to make a purchase but the one employee had the door locked (2 HOURS before closing) and was inside talking to one customer with her kid. He paid no attention to us trying to get in.

Inexperienced people working at this facility, ...Waited for 2 hours to buy a 399.00 Galaxy watch to come home to find out they didnt hook it up correctly, I will be going there tomorrow after work and demanding to see the manager and getting this problem corrected ....Im very disappointed and discussed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
