Walmart in this location is clean and organized. There were a lot of employees doing restocking when i was there. Everything seemed good.

Nice enough store but theyre cutting out cashiers and people doing their own arent getting paid or discounts and they was out of a lot of products which I know some they cant help

Didnt have the big royal purple 5-30, but had the quarts.

Had everything we needed and it was a quick in and out.

You can get into the store just fine, but you can get out... I think if I have to check myself out I should get something off my bill.

Very clean store and organized well however there are never more than 2 checkouts open. The majority of the time you have to check yourself out. This is fine when your only purchasing a few items but if your cart is full this is a hassle.

The cashier that checked me out would not sell me more than 1 brand of cigarettes. Since when am I not allowed to stop on my way home and buy my wife a pack of the brand she smokes? And the lady continued to make a scene when I decided to jus get my wifes instead of my brand. She even had her supervisor come over.. complete waste of time.. considering they only had one register open to begin with.. smh.. BUT, they did have the silver jewelry cleaner I was looking for! 🤷🏼‍♂️👌

My experience was very good I found exactly what I want it went straight to it. It put it in the cart I even had assistance creating the difficulty dog food in my cart I bought two shop vacs and some other miscellaneous things the customer service girl Pam who was at the register was extremely extremely nice kudos to her and it was an awesome experience as always

Great place, my Walker fell over and dumped off all my groceries, and 2 very nice employees helped me and were super nice to me.

I love the staff that work there. They are loving and very support of friends and family. Never a dull moment and I would love to work there.

Eh its alright. Staff is sub par and not friendly but I normally stay away from Walmart unless its an emergency item I need. I also visit closer to midnight so thats probably why my experiences havent been so great. They do have some cheap items. This Walmart seems to always have lots of messes going on. They lost my online photo order for Christmas a couple of years ago and never found them. Somewhere there are coasters floating out in the world with pics of my nephews on them. I will never order online from Walmart again.

It was a decent visit. Not enough lanes being opened causing way longer wait times.

Now that you are your own cashier I get through my online real fast

Grocery delivery is unreliable and when they dont show up.... they wont answer the phone.... they will not talk to you. But they charge you for groceries you didnt get.

Excellent tire and oil change service again on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler.Everyone there is outstanding.

This location stocks their product very well and always has good deals.

Go here all the time love this place suggest you go here to find all your accessories and needs food party supplies and if youre trying to paint that bike thats been sitting around for years you can find the paint there along with sandpaper primer another thing

Walked into the Electronics the Energy was horrific one gentleman with the biggest Hair Ive seen with a skateboard yrs hes a worker he was about the most professional out of the bunch?! Seth as He said well call him for now was so unprofessional I dont use this word lightly aragant and sloppy all at the same time! He was so hated his job I wouldnt of bought a computer of him if I could of bought 1 million!

Worst experience ever ..Bought a T.V. at this location and come to find out it was not the right T.V. in the box.!!!This location said they couldnt do anything about it and have had to deal with corporate.The Manager Megan was the worst of help ever with any kind of customer service.

I visit Walmart to pick up groceries with there online ordering and I absolutely love it. They are always quick to bring my order out, always double checking my information and making sure I am who I am. Very sweet employees and always quick to load so your not sitting there long. It was ok, the greeters dont stop talking to their coworkers long enough to say hi or welcome you to Walmart .

I didnt go through the self checkout because I was purchasing a case of beer. I went to a regular register the one of two that were open and had to wait 10 minutes after everything was wrung up while the manager decided to get over to ring up the beer while my frozen products were melting. Thank you for your great customer service.

I goto Walmart because they have decent prices. But I mostly go-to Walmart because they have far more self checkouts and their parking lot isnt has stupid as Krogers is.

This Walmart supercenter has got it all and theyve also stocked up on things you wont find at a normal Walmart due to the obvious reason this Walmart sits in the same town as the college so yes this Walmart will carry products that youll not find in a normal Walmart I say normal because there isnt many Walmarts that sit this close to a college so I know unbelievable but stop in for yourself and see also the prices are really really good way better than most your Walmarts

Westside Walmart is better you can cash out yourself always have what I want and need

My wife went in to get a couple of items, we like the store. Isles clean & well organized. Like any business, short on personal, however, personal that are there do a fabulous job.

Able to get what we needed and easy check out.

Wal-Mart sucks!! We were there today and there was only 2 check outs open as usual and the line very very long and both cashiers didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing so i left my things right there and went home!!

Walmart isnt what it once was. Store was a bit of a shambles. One checkout line that isnt a uscan. Greeters just bothering people walking out rather than greeting.

Went to the auto area. Service was extremely slow because they were short staffed. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous, I just wish he had help. There were at least 5 other people in line behind me and I waited at least 20 minutes to even get to the counter.Unfortunately, things were moving so slowly (I had already braced myself to wait a hour or more) then they had to halt all services because a delivery truck came. I ended up having to just collect my keys back without the vehicle being serviced.

I went here to buy a TV for my mom. The staff was friendly and the worker in the electronics department was very helpful. I gave this 4 stars due to the limited stock of TVs.

If your web site says its Im stock and the employees hand held scanner says its in stock then have it in stock!!! Waste of gas and time

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The largest and richest retailer in the world and they only have 1 working motorized cart for customers with physical issues. I was told they have 5 on order and one sitting up front that wont charge. VERY disappointed because My husband has to sit in the car while I come into Wal-Mart.

There are plenty of interesting people that shop here.

Toy stock has been very low for months very disappointed Other stores do not seem to be having that issue.

I shop here quite frequently and like the lower prices but I am also a wic user and their items are hard to find. Other stores label their WIC items in a more organized and clearer fashion. I also find other stores have more items that are associated with WIC so I have a broader selection at other stores.

A floor sales clerk named Lora was very very helpful and courteous trying to help me with the rugs! And it wasnt even her Dept!

Checkout times were typical (as in wait behind 2 to 3 carts.... But I happened to have realized I forgot my card from the last store, only after I has waited rang out my whole order and had 2 more people in line behind me. The self checkout cashier was prompt to help me! I didnt have to re do my whole order, which would have been very time consuming. She suspended the transaction, let me run to my car and get my card and promptly checked me out upon my return! Good and friendly customer service on the cashiers end.

Even tho most Walmart employees stereo type a person with tattoos and follow us around like were always up to no good... They had what I needed

This Walmart always has handicapped wheelchairs because my mother in law needs one when we go there. They always have what we need. And they have the cutest plus size clothes. I love going to this Walmart. Their employees are always nice and friendly and helpful. Oh and their automotive department they have pretty cheap tires to just dont have any for Ford excort.

If you have a bad experience, dont bother trying to get a hold of management. After I complained to corporate, who gave me the managers number to call, I used it-- 13 times across a 2-week period, always during business hours, and never once did anyone pick up. Id be ashamed to answer my phone too, if people were leaving half-eaten cheeseburgers behind boxes of Cheerios and packages of cookies that were 2 months out of date and still for sale. Ive found bologna sitting in the canned food aisle, half-empty bottles of personal lubricant in the hand soap, unpackaged donuts sitting on top of egg cartons...the list goes on. While the actual floor workers are usually pleasant, there is no excuse for this level of disgusting. If you value your sanity, drive the extra miles to go over to Bridgewater.

After asking for customer service at the what they used to call the sporting goods desk I had to leave because no one would show up with the key to unlock a counter to get a pocket knife out that was in a case that they probably didnt have anyhow but happened to ask twice to get services just out of the question if I could give this a negative star review it would be a negative five I wish they would get some true management or at least some help that is competent they are the only Walmart on the west side

This WalMart has became a regular shopping center for my family and I. This center is well maintained and the employees are very friendly. It is usually well stocked and organized. I believe the center responded to the co-vid state regulations very well and seem to continue to do so. Our family orders and pick up usually, the services are excellent. We also have used the delivery services, the gentleman that came out was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this center to others.

Seems just about every time I go there they out of stock or no longer carry the items I need.

One of the managers Emily went out of her way to help assist my future husband and I with the purchase of our wedding rings and she took the proper precautions in light of our current pandemic situation we find ourselves in and after she was done assisting with our wedding rings she went all the way to the other end of the store to automotive to help us in regards to purchasing a new car stereo thats what being a manager is all about stepping up switch-hitting when needed I have to say Emily gets an a plus in my book!
