Went for a formal dress for Hamiltons homecoming. Found 1 dress and hunted for an associate for 10 minutes. We finally left and drove 5 more miles to Dillards and was successful. JC Penney please do formal dress ware again. Thank you!

Not that great. Went for a homecoming dress for my daughter. They literally had 3 dresses. That was it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A friend and I went in to look for homecoming dresses, and a women comes up and asks us if we needed help finding some dresses and I said yes because we couldn’t find the more “dressy” dresses we could only find casual ones. So she said sure I can lead you to the plus size section because that’s probably want you’ll need, which is already rude as heck. Then when we get over there she hands a dress to my friend and says she could try it on if she wanted to and then shows us another dress, which only had one left in a size 24 W, and she’s says it might be a little big on your friend, but it will probably fit you just fine. I DO NOT WEAR A SIZE 24, that is too big on me as well. And she was so so so rude to us. She just kept making fun of our weight the entire time. She wasn’t skinny herself either so maybe she just felt bad about herself but anyways to make fun of customers like that is just insane.

Went looking for prom dresses, very poor/disappointing selection for that and couldnt find them/was told the wrong place to look by an employee.But did find lots of other cute dresses and got a good deal on one and a pair of pants while there.

Edie helped us pick out a suit for my son. She made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. Her product knowledge was on par. I would recommend this store and employees.

The store is always bright and shiny. Welcoming. Am glad they havent decided to close this one like several others throughout the US.

I needed a pair of jeans while out on my lunch break. I found them easily, tried them on in a clean dressing room and the cashier even told me about an online coupon. Score!! Selection was great and staff was very helpful.

Though showing signs of COVID fallout like every other place, stock remains decent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The store was organized, no items out of place. I found some things I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that the petites and misses sizes were intermingled.

The best JCPenney around. Great service, plenty of merchandise. Higher quality than Kohls yet comparable savings. JCPenney rewards are much better than Kohls cash.

Love shopping at pennys and love everything they sell really good quality

Im not sure why JCPenney is losing money. The last couple years I think they have gotten much better than Kohls. There store is better organized and they have cheaper options and more options. I was in Kohls today and they barely had any dresses or shorts out. They still had mostly winter stuff out and most of it wasnt even marked down low enough for me to consider at this point in the year.

I found a formal dress in 10 minutes! JCP has a great selection, fantastic coupons/sales and awesome customer service! Its my new favorite place to shop!!!

I didn’t go to JC Penney.

I took my mother here a while back for a salon appointment. The staff was good, and she was happy with the hairstyle. Pricing was a bit steep, but the service was fine. All told, we left feeling like shed gotten a fair deal, and that the lady who worked with her had listened and was engaged in giving her fair value - not always the case when youre patronizing a salon for the first time.

Not too bad cant complain.

Found some great shoes for my boys. My son was very excited finding a pair of red Vans that he wanted.

I have never been to a J.C. Penney that wasnt in a mall. This location is great because its central to many other stores and restaurants. It is a stand alone store that is only one floor.Very clean and well organized! The staff was exceptional and helpful without being pushy. Things were moderately priced but there was a huge sale going on during my visit. I ended up, with help from the wonderful sale associate, saving over $100!

Our experience happened on Sunday March 15th. We had the worse possible experience ever. We have been here many times without any issues. The photo department manager is always very kind, flexible and willing to work with kids. The inexperienced, impatient, young and rude girl we were put with did not provide the experience we had hoped for. She was not willing to work with our boys. We wanted family, 1 year and brother pictures... We left with a few poor photos of our 1 year old. She kept asking us to leave the room, but would not pick up the baby to reset him if he moved, she made our 3 year old cry to the point he was scared of her. I literally left JCP Portraits in tears that day. I did not want to leave a review or call that day knowing I was so upset, and the following day COVID-19 happened and everything shut down.I am still upset with our experience and certainly will NOT allow her to take our pictures if and when we ever decide to go back.

We mainly go for the portrait studio. Only one or two staff members can really get the kids/toddler to smile (including one of the managers) and its good to go when they have discounts to get the best deals.

My store of choice for great clothing for work and play. Decent prices and very fashionable. I love their home goods and jewelry as well. Shop here often!

Found some great sales on dresses

Connor in Service was very helpful, accommodating, and great! He helped make sure that my husband was dressed for his nieces wedding. The young man at the side door this morning, very tall basketball and football player, helped me with my items do I didnt have to carry them all over the store. Thank you both for a job well done! My only criticism is the worker who parked in the handicap spot, shame on you!

I really liked this place. First time ever getting photos done professionally and it was a nice experience. The ladies all were really nice. Just wish I could have got the picture right then and there but its okay. Got a great deal from groupon. A 10×13 a 8×10, 2 5×7 an 32 wallets for 20$. What a deal right . No sitting fee either. I almost always find great sales or a good selection or clearance items for everyone in my family from my grade schooler, my high schooler and even my incredibly tall 67 husband. The only thing about all of my shopping experiences is the availability of checkout, or rather the lack of people working the checkout area. I always have to wait to pay for my selections, on average about 20 minutes. When theres a small line, a long line or no waiting, Ive had repeated experiences with either limited available cashiers or cashiers seemingly unfamiliar with the workings of the register, current sales, etc. Pennys sells quality merchandise at competitive prices, unfortunately I always know when Im going there to set aside a larger chunk of time in order to complete my shopping trip.

Good place to shop for home, clothing and accessories. They have some good selection and frequently they have good deals. Also good place to buy appliances. Last time we went there looking for new washer and dryer the person in that section was really helpful on explaining features of different products and also giving us idea on how sales work and when to expect next sale as next sale was in 2 days it saved us some money by waiting.

Long lines at times however they are fast and they took my return.

We are usually Macys shoppers, but saw a Penneys ad that had a swimsuit we liked. Several clothing items on display were perfect for summer vacation. The sale prices made them too good to resist. Sales help made this a great shopping experience, and will bring us back more often.

I went to the Sephora and they were very helpful and very nice. I looked around in the store but didnt find what I was looking for. The store seemed sort of cluttered it was hard to see things. Jamie Lee Curtis Sephora gets a five-star store gets a four

I went to buy a sports jacket and dress pants along with a dress shirt and tie. A very nice young man named Shemar worked with me diligently to help me find what I was looking for being 57 and bigger around than I am tall I made him work hard. Even though they didnt have a shirt my perfect size he tried hard. He was very friendly and other sales associates tried to help find the right size shirt to no avail. Still it was a pleasant shopping experience! John Curd

It has good clothing, but some of it is too expensive and kind of low quality with transparent shirts, Im not being mean or anything, but I think they should add more variety in their store and improve their quality in clothes.

This is a good place to shop for about everything. Especially clothes and shoes.
