Great location, love the staff been coming here for years.. lot less employee. But they need to hire more, waited so long just to ask one question. I could not be mad at the employees. They tried to be helpful. Keep it up though guys

This store is the best store ever! I’ve never experienced such great help from a staff whose only determination was that I get helped 100% before stepping out the door. German, Simon, Valeria, & Marleny all took their time and worked as a team to make me feel comfortable in buying a brand new iPhone. They will always have a customer in me. I can’t even describe my gratitude.

Bad service

I love shopping at this location. They have a great staff I love the fact they trained the customers in how to use their phone. Is also a warranty center plus they speak Spanish too. Awesome place.

Had a great experience here. My phone stop working no metro stores wanted to help me just BUY A PHONE instead...i had no money. Went to this location Sai helped me..he heard me out and got me a warranty. Lend me his headphones to use. I was surprised because most metro stores have no type of customer service. This is my new location love the vibe

Some real experts here. These guys are definitely not your typical Metro store. Had a blast debating with Josh and Sai... You both are in the wrong business. Seriously yall can do better.Most stores you meet robots hired to sell you. They have personality here. Love you guys will come back soon :D

First, I want to mention that it was a pleasure speaking to customer rep Valeria who tried to help my step-dad and I as best as she could under the circumstances that she was placed in/under the management of German. There was music playing in the store and we did not mind it, but it was very loud. I explained to German that my step-dad is hard of hearing and wears hearing aid, so if it was possible for him to please lower the music in the store and he did from his cell phone because it was connected to a wireless speaker on the counter. Valeria asked us to call AT&T to get info she needed for us to be able to transfer to Metro. While on the phone with the rep with AT&T German decided to bring up the music even louder because his jam came on (he was singing along with the music) making it very difficult for my dad to hear what the rep was saying. To the point I took it upon myself to turn off the speaker; so that every customer in the store would stop speaking so loud over the background music. German noticed what Ive done and turned it on even louder. I just could not understand how unsensitive he was to those who are hard of hearing, but this store consider Germam a manager.10 stars to Valeria...0 stars to manager German...

Busy Saturday one employee did not show up for work. Dropped my phone in water screen did not work Sai whos my usual guy was packed. Took an hour or so but he got my information transferred. So i love this location but they need fire unreliable employees and hire those who actually needs a job. If you go there ask for Sai or the manager.

Horrible service . Hispanic chubby dude spends hours talking with customers about non related phone stuff and makes other customers wait and doesn’t even say “ I’ll be with you in a minute “Or even acknowledge customers. Spent almost an hour here sitting with my boyfriend and just decided to walk out in anger

BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place!!! All they do is play and joke around, the customer experience is the worst ever. Nothing is explained before transactions take place.Now due their errors, Im not able to upgrade my phone until November. At the end of it all THEY DONT CARE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM Total waste of time going to this store@guy sensei I recall the people who were in the store...and you seem to have specific details of what took place....obviously the employee involved.....just like I previously stated the customer experience the worse here, even to disclose information about transactions....maybe I should file a privacy violation on your store....point made

Metro PC is ok; but customer service needs to be worked on...To change your number it costs.. There phones are very nice and good deals..Plans are also a deal...

You cant call and ask for a manager cuz its not one there you can call and ask for help because they wont you cant call back because they hang up on you so I decided just to go to T-Mobile just because of the bad service there

I was helped by Genesis and Sai. My note 8 was giving me issues, T-Mobile has no type of customer service. Went to Metro these two helped me fix my problem so you know what I switched companies. It should be called T-Mobile by METRO. Terrible company no wonder they are bankrupt.

Bad experience on my last visit. I decided to visit this place in search of a protector for two phones, LG Lk20, the staff is friendly but not quite honest, they sold me protectors for LG Lo 30 phone, I asked why and they told me it was very similar and that it would work Likewise, I examined it a bit and the grooves coincided, they insisted that I not worry that it was the same for the two models, I bought them. Then I realized that the volume buttons were not aligned, everything else was the same but the volume was not. And it was a problem because the protector was pressing the button to lower the volume, most of the time the phone was without rington and without vibrating when receiving a call for that situation. Well, the advice I can give is that you dont believe everything you want to sell if you go in search of a specific model, if they dont have what you want, look elsewhere. If in doubt do not buy it. Do not trust the information they give you here.
