The worst experience ever in life til now. I bought a phone 2 months ago, the guy at the counter dominican or whatever sold me a Samsung S20 FE not even a real S20 telling me that it was the latest Technology phone ever til now for $650.00 And when it came the lease agreement by mail was $2250.00 usd not pesos for a phone not as good as an real S20 and sold me screen, case and screen protector warranty for $45.00 each item. Today I came to replace my screen protector and he told me that in the phone box is a link that I need to contact to make warranty valid. I have to send the broken screen protector by mail to get a new one!! Can you believe that? I can buy 3 screen protectors for $5.00 bucks at Ebay and avoid all the hassle $45.00 for a useless warranty BEWARE of this Store in hallandale beach boulevard and avoid this man he is a Thief!!! With all the letters. He is so fresh like nothing happen Im so mad. I cant believe it!!!!!
