The service is always great but they overwork their employees and managers, paying them way less than a livable wage. And that’s why they’re always understaffed. So please be patient and kind to them.

After going to the AT&T store at Adventura Mall and getting absolutely terrible service from the corporate kiosk people. I found the location on Hallandale Beach Blvd. My guest service agent Rolando took care of everything and with fantastic service.

I’ve been trying to get my phone service fixed for 2 years with many underlying issues in the account and Rolando the manager was extraordinary in his efforts to make sure my problem got resolved. 10/10 experience

I am appalled by the service that I have received from this store and AT&T in general.I went in to the store 25 minutes prior to close on Christmas Eve. I was not only rushed out of the store but the 2 employees originally told me that they don’t have time to help me. After insisting that I do they finally did but were extremely rude to me.I asked for the cheapest plan which was $65 per month but they gave me the $75 plan instead. They also did not let me know that if I pay my bill even 1 day late, they will charge me an additional $35 for a reinstatement fee. (I haven’t received one text regarding when my bill is due and therefor every month I am at least a few days late to pay my bill.)They also failed to let me know that if I don’t pay an automatic payment I will have to pay more.Lastly, they did not transfer info properly from metro PCs to at&t and therefor I was in limbo between 2 phones for about a month. I was not getting calls or texts.They also signed me up for insurance and other fees that I never wanted to be signed up for.Each manager that I spoke to told me that insurance was cancelled and that my bill wouldn’t be more then $80 with $4 tax, and lowest payment plan for phone and service.This is untrue! My bill is over $35 each month.

Manager was fast, honest, and very helpful. Store clean and everyone all with masks on. Easy doing business there!

Went to this store to return accessories that I bought from another At&t store because they didn’t have the color I wanted. Was told that I have to go to the original AT&T store to do a return. Company website clearly states I can do a return at any AT&T retail store. Horrible customer service. The store was empty at the time, so clearly I was just dealing with a lazy mean-spirited staff member who isn’t interested in doing his job.

Okay, let me tell you: This was the FASTEST, the EASIEST and THE NICEST account setup and number transfer EVER. I honestly loved the place and the most important - the stuff in this office. Alex was just AMAZING, she helped us with everything and gave useful advices. I don’t eve know what to add. Alex, thank you!!!

Jackie and Alejandro were excellent, couldnt ask for anything better. I bought a new phone and they transferred my number and info with no problems.
