I received my order... it was a used product and there was a missing piece! The package the item came in (its original boxing) had already been opened and was severely damaged. The wall charger that was clearly marked on the outside of the box as included was not included. I saw this happened to someone else (with a different Samsung product) and the company asked why they werent contacted in a different review. 1) I have contacted the company. 2) This is blatant not a mistake. Im also reporting them to the BBB!

Ordered a cell phone battery, received a different item from what was posted. Wont charge past about 65%, and overheats. Probably counterfeit. Repeated calls and emails to them go unanswered. BEWARE!

I ordered a galaxy s5 battery charger on July 22nd and i am so angry and furious, It said it would come august 2nd and it is now august 14th and i still havent got it. I got in contact with Walmart where i ordered it from who told me to talk to this store because they are the seller and when i called, It told me to leave a message and i still have no response. This is my first time dealing with this store and my last time.

Biggest crooks Ive ever dealt with. I ordered a Samsung S Pen and got a Fidget box or some .49 cent piece of junk. Left multiple messages with their customer service and no return call. Dont get ripped off. Ill be getting the charges reversed tomorrow. I hate a thief!!!!!!!!! Id do 0 stars if it was an option. Oh, and if you want a real laugh try to click on return goods or get an RMA to return. Both links say coming soon. Not to mention you are responsible for shipping back something they shipped you incorrectly. BUT WAIT.....You cant ship back without a RMA which is coming soon. Again, crooks!!!!!!
