No no no. do not recommend !!!! you call to find out the terms of the tariff when buying a phone at a discount, the employee answers in a rude form - “there are too many questions”. in the end he calls it spam.

I have been to this store on multiple occasions, it is a very clean store, the staff is very helpful, I didn’t have to wait to be attended which is great! The employee who helped me was very informed and definitely knew exactly what he was talking about, he really helped me understand what I needed and wanted.i would definitely recommend this store.

LIARS!!!! THIEVES!!!! CROOKS!!!!! Here are the things they lied about. #1 they ran out of LG Tribute phones and every other store has also. #2 in order to be eligible for a free phone, you must have the $55/month plan, every other store does this. #3 if i want my old number to be transferred, i must wait 4-24 hours. I am offended by the experience i have had here. Sign on door says will be back in 10 minutes... But i waited 30????????? Small selection of phones. Employee tried hounding me into giving up my old number so i can buy one of their phones right there... Really????? I told him but i have had this number for many years, everyone knows me by this number and he had the nerve to respond with well you can just call everyone in the world and tell them your new number REALLY???????!!!!!!!! Whatever you do... Do not shop here. I am thankful i remembered another boost store down the street by 58th avenue. They had the lg tribute in stock. And were amused by the experience i had explained to them that i just had.

This guy tries to help.. but wont turn the ac on where he actually thought it was ok that the thermostat he showed me read at almost 80° in the store. Then, I had to leave after asking again to turn on the ac or Id have to leave and he just waved at me and said ok bye.. I never had such an experience where people can possibly turn business away, much less be so abruptly rude and inconsiderate in such hot climate.

Awful customer service. My parents went there today with a few questions and they were treated horribly. I wish they would have asked for the store attendants name... This person was condescending and plain rude. Treated them like they were stupid. They just wanted to know if they could buy a chip for their unlocked phone and the guys was so rude with his answers and attitude like they were a nuisance. These people should not be allowed to work directly with customers. Refrain from going to this store unless you want to be treated badly.

I love boost mobile their prices r reasonable and Ray at the hallandale location is very nice and funny my experience has been great since I left T-Mobile and this month boost mobile gave me a month free for my birthday Im very pleased!!!!! 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

Absolutely horrible customer service. Attending staff are notorious liars. Have sent many customers to them to retrieve account numbers and they always inform the customer that their account number is their 10 digit telephone number with a 1 in the front or the most insulting one, the current calendar date backwards. i advise you all reading this review to NOT go to this store.

You can never get ANY customer service!!!!!!!!! Its all recordings any never any people . I have been trying for 15 hours !!!
