I come here at least a couple times a week since becoming pregnant, and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Went through this morning and had a nice short conversation with the drive through window person who asked me sweetly when I was due and if I was excited. So sweet and so personable to take the time to have a quick conversation with me during these hard times. Be nice to your service workers, people. It made my day to have such a nice interaction with someone and I’m sure they appreciate it too when they get a nice customer. Thank you lovely girl at the drive thru 8/31!!!!

I have been coming to the Starbucks every month for the last 5 years when I travel on business. The girls here are great as they now know me by name. They know my drink and they make do a great job making it. they have the comfortable lounge chairs that you can sit and read the paper while you drink your coffee in the morning which I like. They keep it nice and clean and it has a great view of the morning sun coming up. I highly recommend visiting it

I come here any time my Mom wants me to pick up her caramel frappucinos. The one thing I dont like about coming here are the long lines at the drive-thru.

I’m really not someone to write a bad review or to complain. I’ve been consistently receiving a cup that just with the first sip, the cup leaks at the lid. The lid is secured, but the liquid will leak out onto my lap and every else. It would be nice that when I pay over $5 for a cup of coffee, that I have a reliable cup. I love Starbucks and it is a treat every time I get it. But it’s been a regret the last few times I’ve been and I had wished I just went to get coffee somewhere else.

Had gift card to use. Drive through line awful. Went inside. Wished the tree huggers at Starbucks made it easier to order for those of us who go to one every 10 years or so (0 stars). Was in and out with my drink in a couple of minutes (3 stars).

Drinks were awesome. Extremely busy. Service was slow.... but if it is like businesses elsewhere finding people to work. Those that were there at this location were very nice and working as fast as they could. Muffin was cold after it had been warmed because of the wait for the drinks.

They are always friendly and have my order done quickly.

I got the vanilla cloud foam cold brew and it was amazing! The cold brew with extra sweet cream is just as amazing! This Starbucks place has its own cool character too!

Went to this Starbucks a few a week ago and last night. They still dont have sugar free caramel nor dark roast coffee. Those are fairly basic in the realm of coffee. Also this Starbucks has listed online as inside dining available. Upon arrival all there tables had a sign saying choose another table essential. But no other tables were available I even asked and there went any available. If they dont have inside dining please update.

I ordered online at this location. When I arrived they informed they only had 1 of the 4 items I had ordered. I opted to get just the one item but in that short amount of time, they sent the 1 item out of the drive-thru to another customer that had just arrived.4-27-21 -- I ordered food here online for a second time. When I arrived they informed me they had no online orders. I told them that this happened the previous time, because it was only food, it was overlooked until I was in the store for pick up. Two times in a row and they cannot get it together.

Usually great but when you say light cream and they put more cream in your drink then coffee isnt right

Second time in a week they watered down my strawberry refresher. Waste of $5 for WATER??

The employee that I asked for my pickup order was not friendly at all...she didnt say a word to me...also the drinks were not hot anymore when we picked it up and literally came inside to pick it up before etimated time of being ready...good customer service is key to having a good business...

Great place, great people. The place is clean and all COVID guidelines are followed. Staff is patient and responsible. They offer drive through, pick up, and order inside. Definitely recommend.

LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!!! I went there today and forgot my wallet and was stuck in line, so they gave me a free drink which honestly made my day. Amazing and such nice people who work here.

Friendly service even during the pandemic when stress is high. They managed to create a contactless experience. It has been really nice to have a friendly interaction with a stranger through a mask even if only for 30 seconds. Thanks for doing a great job during a very difficult transitional period.

This was the WORST Starbucks experience I have ever had and I am a frequent Starbucks customer. There was NOT a sign on the door stating Mobil ORDERS use drive-thru! I realize these are unprecedented times, however directions need to be clearly stated when usual protocol is changed!!!!!

This place is struggling as of late. These girls are terrible at communicating. It’s been multiple visits in a row now with our drinks being made wrong, READ THE STICKER ON THE CUP, it’s not hard! They’ve handed us the wrong drinks a few times in the drive through, but won’t take them back because of covid, so now we’ve got more HOT drinks than cup holders, and they have to remake the drinks for the correct customer. The manager here needs take charge and get their store together in order.

I decided to risk going inside since the line was long. BIG MISTAKE. They only care about the drive thru window.Watching the manager/shift lead “manage” the 2 staff she had, was painful. One girl was new and while I waited I witnessed how she can be told how multiple things are wrong but never given guidance to correct it.The fact that I had time to write this review (while waiting for my drink) is sad.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I do like their coffee. I also like the Gingerbread Latte. The location seems to always be very busy and the staff seem to work well together to get all the orders and take care of you. They need to put more of their drinks on the menu. So many that are not on there.

I recently stopped in and picked up eight drinks for my office and all of them were perfect. Every time I stop in the restaurant is clean and well organized. The staff is always courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They always have so many little trinkets to purchase That make wonderful gifts For the last-minute shopper like myself.

I only went through the drive-through but they were very nice and fast with my order. A tad bit overpriced but its ok.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a couple years, and it used to be the best, but it has completely changed in there. There’s a couple employees that have really nasty attitudes, and they DO NOT make the drinks as you order them. They just seem to not care.

Out of Irish Cream cold brews but still made me up something good

Barista very helpful and accommodating. Took the time to help another patron to get her beverage just right. Very clean and inviting.

Service was slow even though no one was in line in front of us. Took them 5 minutes to greet us even with 4 people “working”. The chair spaces and work areas are much smaller than what the photos depict.

Fast and helpful

I go there at about 3x a week. Typically no issues in the morning. THIS morning however was a different story. I have a 45min commute and am a big coffee drinker. I rely on my coffee to get me in a good mood and basically wake me up. The French Vanilla latte I was given this morning did not have coffee in it. It was pretty much just warm milk! I even stirred to ensure the espresso and syrup didnt just settle in the bottom but to no avail. I finished the cup and didnt get a hint of french vanilla in it. Please make sure that you are making your customers coffee right. That is your business and as a patron, I am so disappointed. Better believe that Ill be back in the morning holding up your drive thru line because I want to make sure my coffee tastes the way it should.

I have been to many different Starbucks coffee shops and this is the best one I have ever visited. They are always, always kind. If the mess up your order (which is not often) they quickly fix it, and give you something to make up for it. The service is fast and friendly. I have not gone inside the store but the drive-thru is nice and they respond quickly and always sound happy to help. The coffee is great, the food is great. A very wonderful establishment. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

I think they put crack in their hot chocolate because I cannot get enough of it! :-) The staff is always friendly and polite, and on those rare occasions when they dont get your order right they are quick to fix it. Definitely one of my favorite places for breakfast.

I visit 2-3 times each week. My local shop is great but I cant do five stars for Starbucks as a whole. Prices are high and theyve almost eliminated sugar free options and the light frappe base.

Starbucks, where do I start. . . First of all its all about the coffee which they do well. I love this place. Everyone is friendly, I havent had an order made improperly yet and it always comes out just the way its supposed to. I love that you can ask them to mix certain things together and customize your favorite drinks. I dont think you could go wrong with this place, you can even get lunch, dessert, or a snack here!

Service inside was VERY slow. 6 people working, one on phone and 3 on window, other two just working behind counter. Totally ignored two people waiting, and took their sweet time. Wont be going there again anytime too soon!

I always place mobile orders. I suppose I should address the makers of the app because there are some glitches with the app that cause my order to come out incorrectly than how I ordered it on the app. Otherwise, I love coming to Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly.

The hot coffee is Luke warm when you order in the afternoon.

The coffee is great and the workers know everything they are doing and can answer any questions. You will not be in and out in a second because there tends to be a bit of a crowd and you will usually have to go inside to get your coffee quicker.

Twice I have visited this branch in the last month. Both times it took nearly 15 minutes for the staff to serve a venti coffee. Both times no brewed coffee was available and needed to be brewed. The delay was not due to busyness in the store as I was the only one in line. More disappointingly was the lack of organized leadership, redirecting staff to new tasks even while they were in the process of fulfilling orders for the drive thru, causing further delays for drive thru orders. Unfortunate decline for a once wonderful branch. To be fair, the staff was working hard, but for lackluster leaders.

My frozen frappuccino is always good. But every time my hot caramel macchiato is always off. It generally never has enough coffee. Tastes like steamed caramel milk. Service is always good and fast.

Not sure what happened but everyone seems to have really bad attitudes as if they were doing me a favor for being here. Right from the beginning attitude, and not to mention the eye roll when I told them my drink was wrong. NEVER going back here.

Ridiculously slow drive through service on a Monday morning at 7:30. And, out of pumpkin spice, which is the only reason I stopped. Now I’m stuck in line wasting 15 minutes and not getting the coffee I wanted. Think twice about coming to this drive through. You’re better off going inside.

Went there today and placed a mobile order and went to pick up my 1 drink and waited for 30min. Was very upset and they had 4 people working front counter and 2 working drive thru. Will never go bak to this Starbucks. Damn drive thru people left b4 I did

Everytime I mobile order from this location my order is messed up in 1 way or another. Mostly the wrong drink. Today I ordered a chai tea latte and got some sort of coffee. Very disappointing with the amount of money Starbucks charges for a drink. Dont get me wrong, I love Starbucks which is why Ill spend the money but wrong items everytime isnt right.

I have consistently had negative experiences at this Starbucks. I asked the manager if she could add rubber stoppers to the loud chairs. The manager told me that she was too lazy to go to the store and buy these. Very disappointed.
