Milk Shake had more ice chunks than butter finger chunks (mind u a milk shake shouldn’t have ice 😐). Dark chocolate sauce that came with the deep fried Oreos had an after taste of paint 😐

Solid Sheetz - quick place to gas up and get a snack or made to order food for the road.

I really should have stopped at one of the Sheetz in Frederick, where the diesel fuel is much cheaper than here. Geographically so close, yet price wise years away.Driver beware!

I am from Baltimore but stop at the Sheetz in Hagerstown for a bite to eat bathrooms were clean and I would advise anyone to stop in if they are on their way Deep Creek Lake like I did but I just thought it was nice and if anybody else stops there I think they look I think the same thing also

Staff lack safety awareness of pump safetyThe fuel pumps automatically cut off for refueling didnt work and the fuel spilled out of my car. I informed the staff to first close that pump because its no longer safe to use that pump and secondly to clean up the spill. The staff attending to it didnt close that pump and said theyre not doing it because Im the only person who complained about it.The same staff who attended to me gave me the look as if I caused the spill and caused her extra work.The staff here needs to be informed of whats considered safe and what isnt.

Food orders always messed up!!

This sheetz is nice they have all the slushies and soft serve flavors. The parking lot is large and convienient and there are plenty of pumps. The staff is friendly and I noticed their sandwiches tend to be very fresh in the morning. Due to the convenient location, the upkeep of the store and the friendly staff this is my favorite sheetz in the area.

Was upset that after ordering subs for years from this place that they really messed up my order. My husband ordered his sub as usual...the Italian but when he got home after taking his second bite he started choking then keep throwing up....he couldnt talk...then he told me it had mayo on it...I checked the ticket and it did not say mayo....took the sub back and they did give me a refund but did not seem concerned how sick my husband was....they took my husbands name ..address and phone number....and I kept saying I have to go home and see how he is doing...the girl that makes the subs asked what happen...I told her and she said Oh...and walked away....my husband had some swelling and was up and down all night...never had dinner....he still looks bad.....did not feel that Sheetz really cared about what happen.....we will go to Subway now

Bought a breakfast sandwich, egg, ham & bacon. One tiny little piece of bacon. Think Ill go to AC&T from now on. Will add pic so you can get a good laugh!

Sheetz has been going down hill and this store is no exception. I used to stop here regularly (530am) until they began only having one person at the register even with up to ten people in line. The other part of this low rating is because theres rarely a breakfast cart out in the morning and the lady flat out lying to me about it always being out when I asked if they stopped putting it out. Theres an AC&T right around the corner that I recommend.

All I have to say is that the manager Kim handled an issue I had quickly and professionally. Then she went above expectations to ensure a positive outcome, while securing a happy consumer/business relationship. There are a lot of sheetz stores in the area, and I wouldnt have to go out of my way to visit any of them. I think this manager sees the whole picture and realizes a customers experience is as valuable to her store as it is to any other sheetz in town. If any sheetz employee sees this, pay attention. Kim is an example of leading the field!

Quick and inexpensive food, reasonably priced gas.

You little sacks of poop dont know where to put the tomatoes in a sub. Go back to sub making school. You put them on the sides, NOT ON TOP.

The service here is 2nd 5 to none
