My husband visited Rivera Tire Center this evening. He had a flat tire and it was urgent that he have it fixed immediately. The service man was extremely compassionate to my husbands situation and repaired the tire without making him make an appointment or come back tomorrow. We both really appreciate him helping us out. Rivera Tire Center will be getting our business in the future. Well be having all 3 cars serviced by Rivera. Excellent service. Thank you guys for everything you do to help the community. I am so thankful for Melvin and his staff! I was traveling through the area when I had an all but flat tire. I pulled in to their parking lot only to find out they were closed. Melvin said “ we aren’t going to let you leave and not be safe. We will take care of you “ I cannot express how much I appreciate his caring for me. I felt safe! His staff was kind and friendly even being kept after hours. I truly feel they are good people! I would most definitely go here if I lived in the area!

I was referred by my father, who is VERY particular. I had an excellent experience with The Rivera team. It’s a small family owned business with good ethics, customer service, value of product, and workmanship. We discussed multiple options for a set of tire replacement. They ordered them for the next day. Scheduled me an appointment. I chose to leave it and come back later. When I came back the care looked great and drives wonderfully. Mr Rivera had specifically recommended the tires I chose I like a lot of grip but need all weather tires. They drive like a dream. Couldn’t be happier. It can be challenging getting in the parking lot if you don’t know where to go. If you come from 81 turn into taco bell and instead of going they the drive through there is an entrance an additional entrance. Hope that helps if your still reading!

Terrible customer service. I called in this morning asking if this business installed aftermarket rims as I already had existing tires to go with them. Instead of a simple yes or no answer like most people would expect, whoever I spoke with on the phone blatantly hung up on me. I had planned on buying winter tires afterwards but because of my experience I will no longer do business with these people!

I went and got a tire change a little over a year ago and have been going ever since. My family and I get all of our vehicles serviced here. The staff and management are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and honest. They have a welcoming customer service that makes you feel like family. Ill recommend them everytime.

I had an amazing experience with Rivera Tire. I spoke with the owner, Melvin yesterday after I had run over a nail. Melvin was so courteous, kind and professional. He even offered to come to my home if I felt that I could not make it safely to the shop. I went to the shop today and purchased two front tires. My tires were replaced and the tire that had the nail in it was taken care of. Melvin was also extremely honest and told me that my rear tires were in excellent condition. I am absolutely thrilled with the service, kindness and professionalism of this shop. I am a customer for life. Everyone should choose Rivera Tire above all others. I went to get my tire fixed, when the mechanic was done, this was the outcome of the lugnut. One of the nuts is loose. the other is completely worn out. When I went to have it replaced, they also wanted to charge for that. If the motto is You break it, You buy it so why should WE buy something THEY broke?

I went to have my headlight bulb replaced and get a quote for the drivers side hub assembly. Not only was I not charged to have the bulb replaced but got a quote (out the door) almost $700 cheaper then NTB gave me. Needless to say I came back the next day to get the work done. Melvin (owner) is not only fair in his prices, they do great work, honest with in their assessment of your vehicle and just all around pleasant guy’s to deal with. I really dont trust mechanics due to my past interactions but everyone at Rivera is different. They treated me with professionalism and knowledge and fixed my car for 1/2 of what others were charging me. Had I not of had engine problems at McDonalds I may not of found them but thankfully I did and Im telling everyone. Melvin and Bob are great and the staff is well organized and easy to work with. Im sold on Rivera and will bring all our cars here from now on. Great job fellas.

To keep it simple, Rivera tire center replaced my tires the same day, no appointments and with competitive prices. I even showed up late and they still took care of my car. Other places wouldve charged me half the price for labor alone. Not to mention that they are very professional and will tell you their honest recommendations and solutions for anything you might need, mechanically. I definitely recommend this place.

These guys are outstanding. Friendly service and fair, honest prices. I needed tires and they had them in stock, mounted and balanced the very next day. If you need tires this is the first place I would recommend.

I was quoted 2 new tires and was told they were ordered and would be here Monday. I show up in the morning but my tires arent there and they cant even find me in the system. Strike1. They tell me theyll order them and have them by 3:00. I get a call later that they cant get those tires and they try to sell me a more expensive pair. Strike 2. We discuss and agree on a make/model which will be in Monday. I show up for the install and they replaced my fancy valve caps with cheap plastic ones. Strike 3. When I reach 55-60 mph theres a terrible wobble as the wheels werent balanced properly. Strike 4. Its Game Over for Rivera Tire Center.

Not only does this garage provide the lowest prices, they are respectful to all customers. They dont just do tires, even though it is their specialty. They complete the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any repairs. Definitely exceeded my expectation, 5 stars definitely.

I went to a tire place on dual highway to get my Maryland vehicle inspection done. My car failed the inspection and the place I went to was going to charge me 871 dollars to fix all the parts that failed, on top of the 88 dollars I already spent for the inspection. I was recommended to check out Rivera Tires, and they fixed up my car for over 100 dollars cheaper than the first place I went to. They even told me some parts that were good, and changed them anyways just so that I could pass rein-spection. If these guys did inspections, I would have undoubtedly got it done here. Great group of guys, cheaper than most places you’ll go to, and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I had some large, low profile tires mounted and balanced. Several shops in town would not attempt to mount these tires, due to the size. Rivera was able to do it without any problems. Will definitely use them again.

The folks at Rivera Tire Center are phenomenal. They ordered new tires for my vehicle. The tires arrived 24 hours later and were put on my vehicle. They provided fast and efficient service. Went to this place after getting price from Byrd Tire off dual highwy which was very high - somewhat outrageous then while going back to my home i saw these place. so Called Rviera, Melvin is great. He understood and did same job with less thn half price in no time. Would recommend to check out this place before calling anyone in Hagerstown Area for tire needs . However would not recommend for any mechanical or electrical work .
