Had my camper towed after an evening break down. Was quoted a price, and charged nearly double for the tow! Total Price gougers, but what am I going to do. Lady on the phone said it would be fixed within a day or two. After a week I called and it hadnt even been looked at. I called almost daily from that point on and every day I was told they would call me back with a status update, and was never called. Once they finally got my camper in, I was called one night around 8 PM to give an estimate for the work. I was unavailable so they just did the work without my approval. The repair was $300 more than quoted. After calling around to other shops, I found out the labor charged was almost double what other shops would have charged. Technician called me and let me know he was having a problem with my lights, quoted me about an hour labor to fix it, than billed me for 5!!!!! After all said and done, my bill had over 12 hours of just LABOR charges, m for about 3.5 hours of actual work.The office manager Teresa is a joke.The owner Alex is a joke.The technicians are a joke.Everyone is rude, and then expects your patience because they are short staffed.This business is operated out of a trailer and it seems like it.

Our truck broke down in Baltimore, MD, we could not fins anyone for 2 hours. Called Fix N Go, they drove 1.5 hours to get me back on the road. They didn’t even charge me enough. They told me how much it was going to coat before they came out. The work ended up coating even less than what the estimate was. I think thy did a terrific job. I wanted to let others know. Thank you. Ill spread the word on CB radio.

I wanted to take a minute and give this company 5 starts for an outstanding service when our truck was broke down in Hagerstown. Our driver was a Spanish speaking, it was hard for me to find somebody that could communicate with the driver. Their office knew Spanish so they made it really easy for me to have the driver go to their shop, they took him to the hotel, they fixed our truck, picked him up. Can’t believe it. We can’t find places like that anymore. I’m really lucky to find these guys and make sure every time I need something I’ll go straight to their shop. Thank you brothers!! Clarence you’re the man!

I only put one star in order to leave a review. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The work they do is spotty and they use spotty parts claiming that the parts are new and then when the parts fail months later, they don’t want to honor the warranty meaning you have to pay for the whole job again.I had had them replace the turbo in my 2014 Cascadia. 7 months later the turbo failed leaving me on the side of the road over 300 mile away from them. They tell me I’ll have to have my truck towed to them which would cost god knows how much rather having the turbo removed and renting a car to drive to them to place the part and driving back. Once again, if you deal with these people, just know it’s going to be on a “as is” basis unless you’re able to have your vehicle towed them for them to tell you they’re not going to honor the warranty.

They made a really good job in Just 35 minutes....but.....but....they will charge you by hours so they take their time talking and wasting time so they charge me 3 hours ....so my bill was very expensive also they sayd 2 people was working at ....one person is enough to change a 1 feet of muffler.....so when i payed the lady told me is you want $20 off you must write a good review of the place.....im not sure if recomend you the place or not....good mechanics too expensive

My truck started smoking going down I-70 east... I pulled over thinking maybe a coolant hose might have spring a leak... but there was no coolant on the ground... So I decided to call for road service and have them come out... An half hour later FIX & GO arrives... and diagnosed the problem... a rod went through the block damaging the engine... He found the hole and some metal shavings... So ALEX called for the wrecker and towed me back to their shop... While I waited in there offices, I had to get a ride back to my terminal... The next day ALEX called and told me I needed a new engine... Of course no one wants to hear this news but what do you do... So he explained my options (pro and con) and together he helped me decide what would make the most sense... I decide to replace the engine... And ALEX found me a very good rebuilt engine with low miles... and communicated the progress of the repairs... While replacing the engine, he seen that the clutch was on its last leg and called me and asked me did I want to replace it... I said yes and ALEX said, that with the truck all apart he won’t charge for the labor to install the clutch... Which as a customer, that’s a good thing to hear... And with that said, my truck is running and back on the road... ALEX, from day one made me feel like he was a trustworthy guy... and that I had nothing to worry about he would take care of it... So thank you so much ALEX for everything you have done...

My driver was charged over $400+ for just recharging a ac on a truck the guy just connected the machine and left to work on another truck and charged my driver for the machine and his hours even though he didn’t even do anything on the truck other then connecting the ac recharge machine and disconnecting it when it was done and the problem was still there

I havent had the worst service yet. They take 110$ per hour and will repair your truck for a long time and change parts one by one. I don’t advise anyone if you value your money and time. My rubber hose broke in the IGR, the engine roared and power fell, and they could not find it even though I told them about it 3 times, apparently for such masters as “fix & go-your money” this is a “hidden problem”. As a result, at first they changed the intercooler radiator, when it didn’t help, they offered to change the turbo for 5,000. I refused, realizing that the problem was different. There was no turbo power because the IGR hose was damaged when it was replaced and everything worked. Generally 3 days and almost 4000$ !!! The thermal acoustic shield of the engine was not putting back, the plastic panels inside the cabin were broken, the floor covering was torn, everything was scratched and dirty, the fuel hose that was fused with hot air was not repaired, although its damage was clearly visible, and this could cause a fire in my truck. After the repair in “Fix & Go-your money” I had to go to another workshop where other mechanics fixed the repair errors. Alex and his father Izmir are just learning how to repair your trucks, the rest of the mechanics are the same, except for Daniel. You can turn to “Fix & Go-your money”, if only you need to pump up or replace the tires in other cases avoid this place.

$13,000 to pull me out of a ditch and tow me 5 miles...literally an hours job at most. Charged $900 to pull kingpin and drop landing gear to separate tractor from trailer. 0/10 would not recommend unless you like to be screwed. Reported to Consumer Protection/Attorney General and talking to an attorney as we speak. Literally 100% a scam company. They will ream you out like a drunk blonde at a college rave. DO NOT CALL THEM, DO NOT ALLOW THE STATE POLICE TO CALL THEM... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... I WILL GLADLY SHARE MY INVOICE, PICTURES OF THE INCIDENT, AND LOCATION HISTORY TO PROVE MY CLAIMS.And in response to THEIR response, that wasnt me... it was 6:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and I pull opendeck. They can deny it all they want, but had towing company 300 miles away (ofcourse after the fact) tell me they wouldve drove out, winches me out, and towed me back the 300 miles to home for less than half I was charged by fix n go.

Great service for tractor trailers. Road side service and quality repairs.

Trailer was repaired without formal authorization. $9,611 for all used parts WHAT!! They changed 5 tires @ $235 a piece. Used Tires!! We were duped. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Alex was quick to answer the phone. Stood by to sort out things with GoodSams, our road side assistance program. We have a class A motorhomeAlex and Don Showed up and got us running that night escorted us to rest area to make sure all was good. we felt taken care of!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS SHOP! I had a truck at this shop to have some work done. When I went to pick up the truck it had major body damage. When I brought this to their attention they basically said too bad we dont have insurance and we will not be paying for the body damage. I spent almost $15,000 with this place for the repair work and this is what I end up with. I have attached a few pictures so you can see what this place did to my truck.

Stay away from this place they used aftermarket parts and it cost 3 times the amount of the dealers parts. Also the dad is very unprofessional if you asked him anything about the parts he gives an attitude.

Our chains were lost in our truck on their yard. The owner had offered to give us his own chains, very pleased!

Verry un professional. And threatened me if I didnt leave their property they was going to shoot me if I stepped back on their property. Worst part was I was there to retrieve an item their sister haulage company hauled and tried to con more money out a broker for their own short comings. So no I will never use them and hope to never see their so called owners again. I am a combat vet and you want to threaten to shoot me. Nope Im good. I didnt survive multiple deployments in a combat zone only to be threatened by foreigners on US soil.

I prefer to use Fix N Go every opportunity I get. They offer friendly service and are always very hospitable to me while my truck was being worked on. Good work in a timely manner.

Im is glade we found this place their name is definitely correct, we pulled up and they jumped right on our truck and was back on the road quick. I would like to give more then five stars if I could. I glad Ive had good luck i went there to check the drive shaft seal leak this morning on my international prostar. Mechanics are really knowledgeable and experienced they found couple more things wrong in my truck .Mr OZ, John, Alex and Rashan done top of the above .they took care of everything (Gaskit seal & four break drums ) in committed time with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to my all friends and family please please avoid all negative reviews .They are very very friendly and helpful to their clients. We were traveling in our RV heading out from MD to MN and right outside of Hagerstown the check engine light came on and we freaked out. Luckily were were just a mile from a rest area and we ended spending the night there as it was after hours. We contacted an RV roadside assistance company that we deal with to send a mobile mechanic out to the rest area to run diagnostics to figure out the problem and possibly fix it. They sent a gentleman from Fix N Go Towing, Truck & Trailer Repair Shop. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He ran the diagnostic and let us know what were were looking at. We asked him if he is able to fix the issue and he said he can, but the shop was extremely busy and that he would need to Tow the vehicle, and not certain of being able to get it done that day. He did recommend that we go to the dealer up the road as seeing it is a new vehicle, the issue may be covered by the warranty. He gave us his card and we were very happy with the service he provided and his honesty.We did follow his advice and drove really slowly 7 miles up the road to the Ford dealership and they were able to get us in before 5 PM and they found out that it was just a bad spark plug. The replaced it in 15 minutes and we were on our merry way. I cant tell you how grateful and thankful to mechanic that came out and helped us and gave us sound advice.

Everybody is very professional and honest. My driver was already driving to the shop, when I called, and Mr. Alex informed he will assess and give us his estimate. Quick and great service, and we were back on the road. We had called a few places around and all of them could not even fix the door. I am very pleased and will recommend fix and go!

I contacted Fix N Go about my driveshaft and was given a quote over the phone, the driver came out to take a look at the problem, gave me a ride back and towed my truck to their shop. Beware, came in for oil change and was not property fitted. Had a leak 30 miles away and wouldnt send a tow or come to fix their own mistake. Had a brake sho changed without properly adjusting it and almost cause a fire. Terrible service. Do not come here!

This review is a re~vamp of my earlier correspondence on here. At that time I was in negotiations with Alex and as with doing business, there are hiccups. However, at the end of the day, Fix & Go made the situation fair and amicable, for which i am very appreciative! I am going to go so far as to say that i will do business with them again because i respect that cooler heads prevailed and i doubt if either of us will be caught in this dilemma again. **** DO NOT USE EVER ******We authorized a service call, when we received the invoice it was over $4000. When I called the shop to question the charges, I spoke to Alex(THE OWNER), who could not professional answer the questions that were being asked. Alex informed me that it is not his job to document who he spoke to get authorization from. Alex could not tell me who authorized a $1700 tow for truck and trailer. They are demanding payment to release the truck, but refused to take a CC. They also charged 5 hours of inhouse labor, to replace a coolant line, 3 fittings and 6 clamps again could not tell me who authorized the work. Alex continued to speak over me, and then called me rude, and hung up on me.

Alex was simply amazing! We are first time RV owners and broke down at a Pilot Gas Station. Alex went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible situation. He was very conscientious and had the skills to tow us out of a very tough spot. When our truck lost power, one roadside company said it was the starter, another one said it was ECM. We decided to call Alex based off of the good reviews he got. He told us to bring it in and he WILL fix it. We towed it to him and even the tow truck driver was speaking ill about Fix & Go. We went anyway.Alex was the only one who knew, before even touching the truck, that it was a grounding problem. He found it and fixed it at an extremely low price. He even bought us dinner!!!Disregard the negative reviews, Alex is a very nice guy with fair prices. We spent way more money calling roadside for them to bs us and do nothing, than we did for him to fix the wire.

Truck was diagnosed and fixed within two days and Im pleased with the mechanics knowledge and service, however I was unaware that this particular repair shop does not accept credit card payments which placed me in a very frustrating predicament of losing two more days of work trying to monkey juggle a wire transfer from my bank to them. It would have been nice if Fix N Go would have mentioned their no credit card policy to me right up front, at least then I could have looked into everything beforehand and been prepared with a notary and proper forms ahead of time. Other than that, seems like a good place to get your truck fixed.

************DO NOT USE*****************************All these reviews are fake!we called this company out to replace a busted coolant hose that is it - they ended up towing our truck and trailer UNAUTHORIZED and proceeded to do UNAUTHORIZED repairs- sending us a bill that should have been around $600 into a $3878 - when Alex the owner was questioned about the bill he proceeded to lie and held our driver hostage - yelling and degrading us - threatening to keep our driver for another day hanging up on us. One of my trucks that was in Fredrick MD broke down with a live load and completely lost power. I had called 2 other repair shops prior to calling fix and go truck and trailer repair. the techs at the other company sent out guys with out a computer knowing I needed a regen the others charged wanted to charge me per mile that I thought was ridiculous cuz they also wanted service charge and labor and etc. Lucky me the last company I called was fix and go and they didnt charge me per mile and were very honest about there prices before and after they were in 35 mins as promised and got my tuck to start. the service guy that was sent was great and pointed out things that were important to keep an eye on. Its real rare someone who is willing to go over and beyond and understand the sense of urgency that is required when your vehicle has a live load and needs to get to its destination. I am extremely please as how business was handled with this company and will be comeback in the future if I ever need work near the area.

I would like to start by thanking Alex and Dan for getting my truck back on the road. I called a least 10 tow companies to tow and fix my truck the hub bearing blew out no one could get me up and running until Monday. I called Fix n Go they were at my truck within the hour. It was late so they couldnt get the part until tomorrow the dealer as always had a high price so he called around and got the part today and it was cheaper. I called to inform them I would be on my way back to Hagerstown to wait for my truck because Im from Baltimore and when I pulled up I seen my truck outside being worked on everyone was busy these guys where getting the job done. There is nothing like having your truck down not knowing when you my be up and running again to make money as a Owner Operator so to see them really caring about getting the job done and not milking the clock was AWESOME!!!!!!!! From the time the got the part to being finished was three to four hours. If your in Hagerstown or in the area and need large truck repairs please make Fix n Go the first company you call you wont be disappointed

They had my review removed. Probably reported it which is an example of the kind of people youre dealing with here. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They lie, cheat, and steal. Also, never, ever give them permission to work on your equipment at their shop. Alex quoted one price and when he towed the truck (and trailer without my permission) he upcharge $1500 more than the quote. He held my trailer with freight on it and my truck until I paid the $4100 bill. He threatened to charge $100 a day for the truck and $100 a day for the trailer in storage fees if I didnt pay. Im an Army Soldier, serving my 19th year in the Army this year and Im very honest about anything I say negative about others and I would not steer you wrong on this. Its confirmed that they give discounts to some for posting 5 star reviews so beware of the trickery with these guys. Especially Alex.

Made driver wait 3 hrs for funds to be seen in there account even though they had acknowledgement from our bank funds had been transferred. Then when the $3,700 ECM repair was not the fix to the problem, forced my driver to write a positive review or they would charge him more to fix the broken wire which was the problem all along.
