Was a little leary but was soon satisfied and did a great job at a very reasonable price...Great place to order tires online also

I was hesitant based on the negative reviews. I just had four new tires put on my Tundra. Service was great. They were doing their job immediately. They were done within 40 minutes which was a perfect amount of time for me to do some shopping.When I went to pay, the manager Brian saw the line was three people long and helped. Im pleased and recommend.

If you want cheap tires this is the place but if you want to get it installed then make sure to spend 6hrs for the job.They are slow ... Too slow..The tire pressure on all my 4 tires was 37psi...which shows seriousness with the job...They need a lot of improvement, the front desk staff is good at Hagerstown but not at Frederick..they are too rude.

I have tried calling them to see what the wait time was for an oil change the past TWO Fridays and after several attempts, one person picked up and placed me on hold without asking me if it was ok. 😡😡😡 Doesnt say much about customer service!!

Dont say 1st come 1st serve and then let someone jump in line in front of you. This really upset me

I got a synthetic oil change and new tires. The woman who worked the counter was extremely nice. She was super busy with customers and a phone that wouldnt stop ringing. She handled it all phenomenally. Best of all, the prices couldnt be beat. Far cheaper services than anywhere else local. While Id love to help out a small mom and pop shop, that just isnt in the bank account right now, so this was great!

Got 4 new tires installed. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and called as soon as service was completed. Great price and lifetime rotation and balancing.

Very good. I highly recommend them. One of my tires had a nail in it and I was resigned to having to get a replacement tire because the nail was in a non repairable area near the sidewall. But they discovered that the nail had not penetrated causing a leak. They were honest and told me so instead of selling me a new tire.Also, the headlight lense treatment is very effective in removing the dull yellow haze often seen in older cars.I highly recommend the Hagerstown Walmart automotive peeps!

Bought 2 front tires I went to get air n checked it they put 40 pounds of air in one tire n 38 the other. Tires should only have 32 pounds. I think they need to take care responsibility for the job they do.

Simply Oil change, new filter and no oil was put back in vehicle. It blew up the engine a day later. Their Insurance company wanted me to jump through a ton of expensive process on my own dime (like have the entire vehicle engine removed and torn down) to even take a look at this issue and see if they were liable for the damage. So my family is now down a family vehicle because of wanted a quick oil change without thinking I needed to go to a REAL shop.

Too bad I can’t give 0 stars! I brought my 2013 Chevy in for an oil change around 11:30am.They said it would take about 1-1/2 hours,there were two cars ahead of me. So,I waited and shopped a little bit. After 1-1/2 hours I went to check if my car was ready. They said they couldn’t do the oil change because they didn’t have the right filter. They suggested I buy my own filter and bring it in to them! What the what? Definitely won’t be going back!

Excellent service. My buddy and I were driving up 81 and a tire on the trailer blew. We got a spare on and got to the shop to get an additional spare tire and the mechanics gave us a good deal and even caught at error from the manufacturers prints which would have caused us to buy the wrong spare.

Went in to have a tire put on a balanced.. QUICK turn around and the staff was very pleasant

Friendly staff even when its hectic over there. They could use more help in the evenings though...

You have to wait always for more than 3 hours and it does not matter how small is the work. The also have the tendency to leave you waitting on the phone for more than 20 mint or they simply hung up. The voice is so familiar that you can even tell how has these tendencies.

I called with an emergency late last night. I was given the opportunity to come in, however they were booked and I would have to wait. Im a disabled Veteran and by the time I got the tire off, I was too tired. Called back and said that I can be here @ 7am. Good people!😊

Went in for an oil change, waited around an hour with them staring at my truck until they told me they had accomplished nothing. Too lazy to do an oil change. Western Maryland MORONS!!!

Walt Mart here is a great Dept. Store. Also they have great service in the auto Dept.

Ridiculous! Is all I have to say. I brought my car in at 11 for an oil change and it is now 3:44 in the afternoon and I’m just now getting my car. This is ridiculous and if you know you are this busy maybe you need more people. My only day off and I had to waste it sitting at Walmart. Thanks

There is no option for 0 stars! My pregnant wife just went to the Hagerstown Walmart to change out a dead battery in our car. To get her to the Walmart parking lot we had someone jump her. When she requested help from the staff she was told that they were too busy to help her change a battery. They made her buy a new battery, buy the parts to change it out and made her change it on her own! She called me at work, devastated. She is due in July! Walmart you have one VERY un-happy customer!!

My sister and I was in a hurry and badly needed to get her oil changed. I was going to buy the cheap oil change but they refused and forced us to buy a full synthetic oil. I then talked to my mechanic about it and he told me we didnt need full synthetic oil. Worse place ever never go to them.

One associate was rude as hell. Could no understand her when she announced what vehicles were ready for pickup. All other staff was great but one person ruined the experience for all. Will not be returning.

Check all work that Walmart does to ur car. took mine in for tire balance and rotation. when I checked only 2 tires were actually done. also watched film for that day with manager and guesswhat only 2 tires were rotated.DONT TRUST WHAT THEY DAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. WATCH THEM

It was the worst service ever try to go in there 3 days in a row to get a simple little thing fixed on the car and they told me 1hour 2 hours 4.5 hours. I would give a big fat 0 but they wont let me.

Went to get a oil change and a tire patched, was told I needed a new tire which I went and got a 2nd opinion and did not need a new tire they also tried to charge me for wipers I never even asked for and they were never but on my car! Terrible service out to get your money!!!
