Bad Business is Bad Business- I would say pass this dealer and dont even give them the chance to lie and swindle you out of your hard earned money. I needed a RELIABLE vehicle to transport my grandchildren. I was assured by the owner he would put his family in the vehicle I test drove which best suited my needs. In less than 400 miles the service engine light came on. When I arrived at the lot the sales person Doug came out with his computer and said it was an intermittent code because the check engine light went off he also assured me there were no stored codes. After pulling off of their lot the check engine light came back on. I took the vehicle to the dealership and was told it would cost approximately 900 dollars to fix the computer related to a temperature sensor which was causing the warning light. The dealership also revealed multiple stored codes. I went ahead and had the dealership preform the standard mileage maintenance on the vehicle costing an additional 300 dollars; when I left the dealership an entirely new light came on. I turned around and went back to the dealership and now the throttle body in the motor is Bad. These issues are major mechanical issues and safety issues. After several attempts of contacting Next Level Auto and becoming very frustrated the salesman hung up on me when I politely questioned whether the vehicle was a Lemon. Look closely at the negative review responses from this dealer. If something is wrong with the deal, you will be blamed and your phone calls will not be returned and or hung up on. MS has Laws protecting consumers. It seems to me this owner is a predator who takes advantage of his customers, so do yourself a favor and pass this business up. Personally, I will be contacting the State Attorney Generals office to begin the steps necessary to protect myself from this BAD DEAL.

I got a car from here and within a week I had to take it back. On my way back up to the lot to get the car checked out it stopped and left me on side of the road. He would NOT give me my money back for the inconvenience of HIS car he would only give me another car and after only 2 weeks of having the other car he gave me the engine light came on, the turbo needed to be replaced so I had to get that fixed then the window motor went out in the driver side window. Keep in mind I do NOT drive crazy and I take care of everything I have. I would not recommend this place.

We searched all over Gulfport and Biloxi for our daughter a reliable car for her graduation. We end up by the grace of God at Next Level Auto, we found the car we wanted, the salesman was honest, let us test drive the vehicle, they were very quick with the process....We surprised our daughter with a nice, clean and reliable vehicle.
