10/28/2021: The first time I ever brought my vehicle to a dealership. I was coming in to get a key fob reprogrammed for my Honda Accord. Every one was really friendly and the service was prompt and well priced. Huge shoutout to Vincent Nguyen. He was so incredibly professional, friendly, and transparent that he made the whole process easier from to start to finish. Thanks to the over all experience I will be bringing my car back in for its regular maintenance and to get a transmission fluid change real soon.

Easy check-in, I informed the service advisor what was going on. He got a driver to drop me off. When my vehicle was ready he called and when I got they were ready to check my out and to my surprise and delight the work was covered under the warranty.

Friendly staff. Satisfied with the work they do on the car. Only frustration is how well they track their own service records.Example: they replaced the serpentine belt on my Fit in 2020, about 16,000 miles ago. The next two times I went in for an oil change, they recommended replacing the same belt. (For reference a serpentine belt should last 100,000 miles.) Im left scratching my head wondering: did you not replace it when you charged me for it? Is that why the tech says it looks worn out now? Surely youre not trying to scam me, are you? But when I asked, the customer service rep. just said, Oh our mistake never mind.This is an issue for me mainly because I have a spouse who sometimes they bring the car in not me, so work gets done on the car that I dont necessarily hear about. I need my auto shop to keep good track of the service history.

I was traveling through Gulfport when I encountered a couple significant issues (temperature gauge fluctuations and soft clutch) with my 1999 Honda Civic. I dropped it off on a Sunday, leaving a description of the problems. The service team was in constant communications with me throughout the repair process and extremely accommodating regarding picking up my car after service department hours! Simply put, the service, communications, and repair were outstanding!! I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced by Pat Peck Honda!!! I drove back to northern Virginia without incident thanks to their superb team efforts in repairing my vehicle. JOB WELL DONE:)))

The Service Department of Pat Peck Honda never fails to amaze me: fast professional service at a reasonable price. A full explanation was offered for each item on the invoice. The atmosphere was pleasant as usual. Great job all around. I have had all of my oil/filter and inspections done except one that a granddaughter did for us while I was in the hospital at the time. That “cutting corners” cost us extra, even though she had good intentions. Our 2014 Accord serves us well, is fuel efficient and still runs like new. We bought a second set of tires there after searching a long list of tire dealers. Pat Peck still had by far the lowest prices.

They are always very professional and energetic and definitely take good care of me whenever I bring my car in to get serviced. I am from Saint Rose, Louisiana. However, I am currently displaced due to damage to my home from Hurricane Ida. I am currently staying in MS and I needed a new key for my car. I was very pleased with the customer service I received today at Pat Peck Honda. The two ladies who greeted and assisted me when I walked in were wonderful. I didnt even have to wait. My only regret is not getting their names. Cuong Vincent Nguyen was my Service Consultant. Cuong was very courteous, helpful, and informative with replacing my key fob. It was time to change the oil in my 2019 Ridgeline. I was used to the quick change places that charge you a hundred for full synthetic oil change. This is half the price and I know that only parts/fluids that are meant to be in my truck are used.Also did a courtesy inspection and $30 to rotate my wheels since it was also time for that.Easy to make the appointment online and has a nice greeting when I drove up to the service area.

The staff in service department was very nice and helpful. I made a appointment for 7:45am to service my ac. It was blowing cold on 1 side. They said it was very low on freon. They added freon. It took a full day and half to do this. They never called me even when they said they would call me for a update. I had to stay on top of them in order to get my car back

My first experience (~1.5 years ago) with the Pat Peck service department did not go well. The issue took longer to correct than initially communicated and there was zero communication throughout the process. Since the experience was so bad, I never returned.Well, my Accord experienced an issue that could not be handled by another mechanic so I brought it back to Pat Peck and things went GREAT! Danny Hansen managed my issue from the beginning and he was courteous, professional and communicated throughout the process. Based on my recent experience and Danny Hansen, I would definitely return and would recommend them.

Our advisor Danny is not professional at all. Being having our car for two weeks!! Every time he did call he would tell us it will be ready every day. I had to call serval times out the day to get an update from someone else because he lied numerous times and his colleagues said he been dropping the ball all week so that’s unexceptionable. I bought a new HRV for my daughter. Cody Logan was our salesman. He gave us a genuinely pleasant experience. Part of my deal included all weather mats. When they didnt have them in stock I figured it would take several weeks of phone calls and reminders to get them. He had them FedEx to me and I had them in less than a week! People there were friendly and the salesman was very professional but in order to get me to the notes that I wanted they stretched the term out six months which I didn’t pay attention to till later but should have noticed sooner since I have been in the car business before hand. I test drove a vehicle similar to it minus leather seats I was told and the one that I drove like it had the lane departure and and some kind of safety braking system when you’re driving. I was told it had all this but when it come to the end of the deal it did not have that which was really no big deal but he could’ve checked it out and let me know. I was told that I had mud guards that had not come in yet to come put on but nobody has called to let me know whether they’re in or not and the salesman has failed to call me back and ask me how I enjoyed my new ride just seems like all he was really ready for was just another sale under his belt.

One of my tires had a nail in it. I took my vehicle to Pat Peck. A mechanic began working on the situation, and before long, the job was completed.The service person was most helpful and his expertise in working with people AND cars wasquite evident. My service representative was fast and informative and did not push anything on me that was not necessary. However, I was not proactively informed of my car status requiring me to call for updates. Additionally on my way home my tire pressure light came on as low. After I inspected the tires two were slightly lower than recommended pressure and the new one replaced was extremely high. I had to aid air and bleed one down which is surprising since I had my tires balanced and rotated. I would have expected them to be check for pressure and inflated to factory recommendations.

I have only been here twice, but both times have been great and everyone working there has been so nice and helpful. I recently just bought my own car, and my parents (when I was deciding between Honda and another dealer) told me to choose Honda because the staff is so much nicer. Got my tires rotated and my oil changed, and it didnt take very long. Overall good experience!

It was one of the best new vehicle buying experiences I have had. There was plenty of communication even before I visited the dealership and since I was coming from another state they made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available.The salesman, Teddy Taylor was excellent. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We did a quick test drive, and then we got right into the numbers, which were acceptable to me. So we closed the deal, I got a good finance rate and great deal on an extended warranty.I came home with a great looking Honda Ridgeline and feeling very good about it.

I felt like this place treated me badly and did not listen to me because I’m female. Everything they told me about my car, I already knew from Advanced Auto but rather than listen to me when I called, the service manager had me sit there for four hours to find out they didn’t have the part I knew I needed when I called. I don’t live in the area and was in a pinch, which I told him. Totally wasted my time, did nothing to help me, and charged me for it. And in the end tried to tell me he was just trying to “make sure I got home safe” because I was there ahead of a long drive that needed to happen the same day. I felt that was manipulative and honestly sexist. My car is four years old and I did not care about the cost, I only wanted to be sure I wasn’t going to be stuck on my long drive, which I told the service manager. The first thing this guy said to me when I got out of my car and I gave him the part name that he wouldn’t let me tell him over the phone was “This is a very expensive part. But I’m not going to tell you that you need something expensive if it’s not broken.” Thanks, buddy. That’s called honesty and it’s the assumed social contract. When someone feels the need to immediately tell me “hey, I’m honest” it’s usually because they aren’t. Would not recommend their service department.

Update to my original posting: After detailing my experience in original posting, I was contacted directly by GM for Pat Peck Honda. Mr. Eddie Boyd reviewed my story and immediately refunded my entire bill. This corrective action has re-affirmed my faith that I can go to ANY Honda dealership and expect 5 star service.Thank-You Pat Peck Honda .............. Michael YoungI have owned multiple Honda vehicles over the years and have been to many Honda dealerships for service. Pat Peck’s Service department does not meet the quality standards of other Honda dealerships. I was charged $200 for two minutes of work, plus $24 miscellaneous shop charges. The work completed was simply putting in two screws and cost me $100 per screw. I would avoid this dealerships service department at all cost. I have reported this dealership to Honda USA.

Great experience purchasing my car. I found a 2016 Genesis Coupe online at Pat Peck Honda with 2600 original miles. Id been to other dealers and knew exactly what I wanted but hadnt found the right one. When i seen this one online I automatically knew it was the one.... I made the trek from Panama City Beach to their dealership and wasnt disappointed, the car was exactly as described... There was a little snafu with financing as I had brought a preappoved bank draft from my credit union in Florida. Since I was leaving the state they couldnt release the car until the funds cleared which wasnt going to be that day. Knowing that my bank, Tyndall Federal Credit Union had a location in Spanish Fort, Alabama, I mentioned it to my salesman Jason Howard and suggested that they should establish a relationship with them as they are absolutely the best bank in terms of car loans hands down. Not wanting to drop back and punt and seek financing at their dealership, Jason asked if Tyndall could turn the draft into a bank check and offered to go pick it up in Spanish Fort if they could. We called the bank and were able to arrange it... So I went to the casino for a bit while Jason drove about 2 1/2 hours to get the check... Now thats service!!!!! I highly recommend Pat Peck Honda, Jason Howard, and Tyndall Federal!!!! A+

Went to Pat Peck for first time repair service on my 2021 odyssey after being displaced by hurricane Ida. Was handled expeditiously and courteously by Cuong Nguyen. He was extremely empathetic for my problem and made every possible effort to get me same day repair but was prevented by need for necessary part. He then extended himself to assist me in arranging a rental van for my wife’s trip next day to Minnesota while taking my van for warrenteed repairs. He provided me transportation to the rental site. Later he notified when the repair was completed. Mr Nguyen was unflappable, patient, attentive and kind in being so helpful to me. I would highly recommend him and Pat Peck Honda.

First service on our new Pilot. I made an appointment and showed up early was given great service.What a great experience my wife and I had buying this vehicle we selected the car, it was brought to us so we could review it and test drive it. Once we decided it was just right for us, it was detailed and serviced and brought back to us with a full tank of fuel with all the paperwork to sign all within 8 hours, oh yea the dealership is 90 minutes away. They made me feel as if I had just walked into the dealership and I never had to leave my house.

Had 4 new tires put on quickly but when I left the car was pulling to the right. An alignment was supposed to be done, but… I brought it back and they are supposed to look at it? The representative wasn’t aware of the alignment “special” on their website with the purchase of 4 tires, so I don’t believe it was done. The automotive work is great. The customer service was poor. This is the first time I have had a bad experience and I hope it does not happen again. I dropped my car off at 0930 and did not get a call or text to let me know it was ready. I did not get my car back until after 4 pm. The person helping me lied and said she called at 1030. She did not call me. I understand things happen and people make mistakes. She should have simply said that and apologized. Instead she lied and made me wait to get my paperwork and process my pay. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

My wife took our Honda Odyssey in to get an oil change. When she got home I looked in the right fender well and the splash guard was cut so the oil filter could be easier to remove. A push pin and screw was all had to be removed to get to filter. When my wife got home I checked oil and noticed it was low and still brown.(it was never changed). When I called to speak with service manager I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. My wife had to drive back up there to get oil changed again and after returning home I checked oil and was completely clear.( oil will be transparent on dipstick after oil change not brown). This was the second time work was not done to this vehicle that was told was completed but in fact was not. She was looking at another 2021 odyssey but will not buy from here!

I found a vehicle online this past weekend being sold by Pat Peck Honda that was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We live about 1 hour an 30 minutes from this dealership so we decided that calling to ensure the vehicle was still there and not being purchased was in our best interest.My wife called and was told that the vehicle was there and was not currently being looked at. We scheduled an appointment for 4:30 to look at the vehicle and asked that if someone did purchase it we be called - we were only interested in THAT configuration and variants we could easily purchase closer to home.We left our house and went straight to Pat Peck, pre-approval check and trade-in ready. We arrived at the dealership to find that the vehicle we just drove that hour and a half for had just been sold - no courtesy call, no smoke signal, nothing.I was offered a similar vehicle that had nowhere near the features we were interested in. I respectfully declined the attempt to add leather to a base model for our trouble.Thanks Pat Peck Honda for wasting my about 4 hours of my Saturday. I really enjoyed driving that far just to hear Im sorry in person.Ive purchased from Pat Peck Nissan in the past and had a great experience. After this experience, I highly doubt Ill be back.

I had an appointment for 11am for an oil change. I arrived and it was chaos. No one acknowledged me for a good 15 minutes so I got out of my car and was told it would be a few minutes before I was helped. 2 people were trying to help several people with different requests for services. I wanted to leave but really needed an oil change. The fellow that ended up helping me had no patience but was honest with the time frame My car would be ready, 2 1/2 to 3 hours. No one was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was very messy and everyone there including the parts department seemed very stressed. The waiting room was packed with everyone waiting for 2 or more hours. I had only gotten my oil change here since I bought my Honda Accord but will definitely look for another place. Very disappointed!!

Wonderful experience at Pat Peck! This was my first time with a vehicle problem as opposed to routine maintenance. I was very impressed with the kind service from the staff and the timely action. My concerns were throughly addressed and I received reassurance about the issue, which was very comforting as I waited. Went in to get my oil changed. I had a coupon to get it changed and my tires rotated. Well they come back and said that I need my other fluids change. I said ok do it. When came time to pay they told me that I couldn’t use the coupon, but they had another coupon for $30.00. I didn’t say nothing. Well I get home and the tire light comes on. So I called they wanted me to come back. By then it was storming. So I couldn’t. I check the air in my tire all 4 was low. You tell that I spent over $300.00 and they couldn’t check the air pressure. Well the light is still on, I don’t know if they really change my fluids are not after that. Since they didn’t check the air pressure. I read the manual and it doesn’t say how to turn the light off.

My car was repaired, but not under warranty like I would have hoped for. Service was ok, but having car problems on vacation is horrible and scary. But when your employee (Vincent) is rude and almost arrogant it makes the situation even more terrifying. Vincent didnt let me speak without cutting me off and when I said something about a warranty he really lost interest. Telling me my car may have to sit there for weeks, like another customer or I may have to tow it back 6 hours and so on. Finally I told him sir the car is running hot, so I have got to do something. I also told him to stop talking so harshly to me. Vincent really need to have a refresher course on customer service. Thanks to your mechanics for getting me back on the road.Thanks for you concern,CSB

Just bought a truck from these guys. The only reason I am doing 4/5 is because the last dealership I had dealings with were super accommodating and polite,. And quite honestly it would be difficult to beat that now... My secondary reason is that although the vehicle I purchased was mechanically sound, I do feel like there was a little bit of deception involved. Heres why. While test driving the truck I ultimately ended up buying, I didnt see any issues. The next morning I got in and it smelled like a cheap hotel room (smoke). Upon returning to the dealership I was given a what? Smoke..? Thats crazy reaction, and promptly handed a 1/2 empty can of smoke odor neutralizer spray and told that I could try this to see if it works. Once back in the truck I gave it a little spray and wouldnt you know... The smoke smell went away and it instantly and guess what else? It smelled like it had the day before during the test drive! Lol. Long story short I got my hands on an ozone machine and got the smell taken care of permanently. Thats what I get for calling them to tell them I was on my way to test drive. Thanks for the truck tho, its great!

The salesman Ron Duccini was great. He is knowledgeable, friendly and no nonsense. We were very favorably impressed with him and because of that interaction we bought the car from Pat Peck Honda. At the level of negotiations the dealership struck me as petty and greedy. They overcharged for dealer imposed options such as rubber trays lining the trunk at 3x what you can get at Amazon locks for wheel lugs at 10-20x Amazon. In addition they decreased our proposed decrease in list price by some arbitrary value down to the dollar, something like 346 dollars. Oh come on!! . This was the petty part. In the end the negotiations with the dealer diminished our otherwise strong impression of the car and salesman.
