Most of that time was looking at the vehicle I wanted to purchase.Salesman and especially the Finance Manager (rare these days) were super easy to work with. Dropped my F150 off on Monday for routine maintenance and asked that it be ready by Wednesday. Called today (Wed) and they haven’t begun to look at it and that it would take a few days more before anyone would begin work. No communication from them so that I can make arrangements for transportation. Picking up my vehicle and going elsewhere. I was looking at a new vehicle from them but they’ve lost all my business now.Response: when I dropped it off Monday morning I was told it would be looked at on Tuesday. I informed the service person I would need the car back on Wednesday. If he would’ve of told me it would be several days to a week before anyone could look at it I would’ve been fine with that and made appropriate transportation arrangements, by I was told it would be the next day. I initially went to the quick lane area and they could do spark plugs and radiator flush but not the A/C recharge. They suggested dropping off at the regular service area. I would’ve been appreciative if you would’ve just had the majority of the jobs done at quick lane and then told me to bring it back for a/c, but instead you let it sit for two days. It’s fine I’ll find someone else to work on it. This experience eroded my trust in your service department. I can understand busy and I expect incompetence but I will not support liars.

Ive gone to multiple shops and they were unable to fix a rough idle and occasional stalling on my car. Sometimes they didnt even take the time on my car to test it out. Anyways, I made an appointment for my car to go to Butch Oustalet (I read a review that the appointments arent accurate but I made one still). I go to drop of my car and told them I had an appointment and the gentlemen(I didnt catch his name) said that the appointments arent taking the cars they already have into factor and they had about 40 cars ahead of me so it may take 2 weeks give or take. Which i was fine with, I just wanted my car fixed so I told him the issues of my car and they offered me a free shuttle home when I was going to take an uber. Less than a week later I got a call saying they found the problem to my car stalling and they fixed the rough idle. They were able to provide me another free shuttle to pick up my car and I read the comments on the paperwork and they took the time using multiple drivers to actually witness the car stalling (since it doesnt always happen). Im glad they didnt turn me away like all the other shops.

I take my car here for oil changes. They always do a great job, usually within a half hour to an hour. Considering the cost and time involved, Id say their prices are almost the same as doing it myself.

Took the wifes car in for repairs, the Quick Lane personnel were great, needed a loaner while the car is in the shop, so we went to the service writers. They said there was nothing they could do as all their cars were out. Went in and spoke with our salesman who originally sold us the car, within 5 minutes we had a loaner and were out the door. He also told and showed us that service had a loaner sitting right outside. Service writer treated us like we were beneath him and he didnt want to be troubled.

The service advisor Adam Pollard was very friendly and knowledgeable about my truck and was able to review the issue within a few hours. Went here for a diagnosis on my 2014 Ford Escape and was told I needed a $5,000 transmission. Decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. After I paid Butch Oustalet $133,00 for a bogus diagnosis I took it to another mechanic, I spent $179.00 and received a transmission flush. This fixed the problem I was having that Butch Oustalet said I needed a new transmission for. Be careful with this place.

Was about to write a check for an F150. At the end of the test drive the salesman made the goofy claim that a 5.0 naturally aspirated truck would burn out transmissions faster than an turbo V6. Even though they use the same 10 speed and the 6 makes much more power. I hopped out after that and looked around online. The 10 speeds are known to have issues in both applications. If he had not made the claim I would have bought right then and not been happy. Not sure why he would bring up the possible transmission failure on a truck with under 1000 miles but it looks like it saved me a headache in the future.

0/10 do NOT recommended, This is by far the worst dealership on the coast, they do NOT care about their customers. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here before for a head gasket replacement and it was there over 6+ months got it back and had different check engine codes come up that I never had before and they blamed me for it. I recently just went in for a key fob programming after I called and verified they could do it, I paid for my car to get towed there for me to get there and the service manager “Adam” tells me all “Ford’s key programming software” are down for every dealership! “Mind you he never checked he just knows off the top of his head” so I call another Ford dealership and they told me they’ve never heard of such a lie like that! The other guy told me his name and said bring it in and I will get you fixed! I will never go to this dealership for service nor would I ever think about purchasing any vehicle off of that lot! Never had a good experience here

I bought a 2016 f150. I had problems with my windows going back down when I was rolling them up when going over even the smallest of bumps. My truck has 71,000 mile. I brought it back to Butch Oustalet as it’s still under warranty. When they looked at it they said it’s a safety feature and nothing can be done about it then said I needed new brakes and quoted me $1,000 on them. Here I am a couple weeks later and my window problem is fixed thanks to HENDERSON FORD!!!!!! This truck is my first and last experience with Butch Ousalet. If you want to deal with people who still take pride in their customers and service even after the big sale, I very strongly recommend Henderson Ford.

Very well pleased with my experience dealing with Butch Oustalet Ford. I searched truck dealers in the area and on E-Bay. Really wanted to buy local if possible. I negotiated a price for a truck that fit my needs via internet until I was satisfied we had a win/win price. I then went down to the dealers office in Gulfport and met with salesman named Louis. He was great and very knowledgeable about the truck I picked. We kicked the tires and took a test ride. I then purchased the truck and drove away in it within a couple of hours. Very nice people to deal with and I would recommend them for your vehicle needs.

What I got from this place was beyond service. Rick in service took excellent care of my car and Im not sure who in the shop rebuilt my transmission but now its even better than factory! They got it done super fast too, longest part of the job was waiting on parts!

I dropped my car off on Saturday 23rd. I called to get the diagnosis that Monday. They said it was the rear main seal and a head gasket (we bought the car here and i truly believe it was sold to us this way). I asked when they would have it ready and he told me end of the week. I call back on that Wednesday to get an update I was told they were waiting for parts and did not know when they would come in. Why was I not called to be informed of that? I spoke with Kevin today 2nd and he was not very pleasant to speak with or sympathetic in any way. Basically all he told me is he couldn’t help it and he wasn’t going to do anything to help. Hopefully it would be done by the end of the week if they didn’t have any more problems.(not in those exact words but that was the gist of it). When I get it back I will be getting a reliable mechanic to make sure they didn’t mess up anything else and it was fixed properly. If it wasn’t for the warranty I would NEVER go back to this place. I will NEVER purchase another car from Butch in Gulfport.

April:- I went there knowing the vehicle I wanted (make, model, color, trim, and that it was in stock)- Didnt waste anyones time- Test drove just the one vehicle- Didnt fight the price or anything- BOUGHT the vehicle- PAID MORE THAN STICKER (before taxes and fee)- Left happy- Bought extended warranties, joined the elusive vip club- Free oil changes etcSince April:- I have called approximately 4 times trying to get the code on the door (since it didnt come like it was supposed to in the vehicle) was finally told after the 4th time that Id have to come by (no appointment can be made) to have it reset. I was instructed I would just have to come up and wait- I have texted the salesman approximately 5 times about finding me another vehicle (2 ford transits for by business, not personal) always the same response ill let you know- called the service department approximately 3 times (leaving messages each time) about electrical issues with vehicle (random lights popping on, screen resetting while driving, massaging seats randomly turning on) with not a single returned call- Ignored that I get a FREE oil change, wash, and detail and just took my vehicle to the local Toyota dealer and PAID them to do itIf you want a FORD they have it, other than that... youre on your own.2 Stars only because I love my 2020 Ford Explorer ST

I am pleased with my visit to the service department at Butch Oustalet Ford. I just moved into the area and selected this Ford dealer based on the excellent reviews i read. I was not disappointed. Granted I just got an oil change and tire rotation, but service was friendly and the wait was not so bad, even at lunch time. My wife and I were able to look at new Lincolns while we waited and met a nice sales consultant, Louis. Louis showed us the inventory and we are please with the selection at this dealership.

I had a really pleasant experience taking my 2017 Ford Fusion in for a bad torque converter. The service is proactive and they use electronic tablets to check your vehicle in. They took my car in on Monday and had my car ready by Thursday morning. My fusion drives like new, no more shuddering, slipping, skipping, and aggravation. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Butch Oustalet.

Ford in Gulfport location. They stated they are currently behind in the services department due to parts not being available. which is completely understandable due to covid but what isn’t understandable is trying to push clients away for service on their Ford vehicles. This is my first ever experience with Ford and I felt completely pushed to the side and the feeling of them not wanting to service my car. Ricky was the service man in charge of signing me in and I felt completely pushed to the side as if taking in my car was more of a hassle. He even told me “I don’t hear anything wrong with it so most likely there is no issue we can fix” (mind you he hasn’t looked under the hood).He even went to say your car will most likely sit here until next week before it is even looked at. Then the setting an appointment up isn’t an option because of how backed up they are. Overall, I will wait until I get my car back to see if this incident is worth pushing up the chain of command.

Loaner wait time 45 min - 2 hours...I had to drop off my vehicle 3 times in the last two weeks for continued maintenance (unavoidable, and beyond Ford control).First time I dropped my truck off, I found out they changed their loaner vehicle process. In past, the service section would provide me the loaner at drop off of my vehicle. The process gas changed to now I have to walk to the front sales office and they would take care of getting me the loaner. In theory, it would only be a matter of walking to the front if the building vs getting it at the service department in the back. The part that was not considered prior to changing the process is the service section is open at 7:30AM, but the sales section does not come in until 8:00AM....Both times I got the loaner, they had to be filled with gas...takes about 15 to 20 minute longer wait.Last week the loaner they gave my wife (small Chevy car), the hood was not shut properly; she found the hard way when she got on the highway...no damage/no accident, was able to pull over to shut it properly.The positives are the 1) Gary, the sales manager; he has helped me both times to get the loaner quicker (would hate to see how long it would have taken without him). I was given a 2019 F150 XLT the1st time, and a 2015 F150 Lariat the second time. Very nice vehicles.Overall impression, the dealership is still the best Ford place on the coast so far....just the loaner process needs to be followed up on.

Took my car in because I was having some engine problems and my check engine light was on. I talked and dealt with Rick Stinnett. The service department did all their test and I got a call back from Rick where he walked me through every problem step by step and did not rush. I had some work done and it took one day to get my car back. My comments I have to share is that Rick was very professional and did a very thorough job having my car inspected and the customer service was top notch. I want to say that this is a great dealership to go and have work done because you will not be disappointed with the customer service and work that you have done. Two thumbs up and thank you again Rick!

Guess it would help if I didn’t receive an email saying my Honda Odessa was services when I don’t have one, that is very concerning. I have emailed the dealership requesting to know what is going on and to make sure my identity has not been compromised. I did use to have my ford serviced there, but that may change soon.
