The first time I went, I spoke with Mike and he took my mom and I on a test drive in a Nissan Versa. It was the first car Id test driven so we told him so and that wed be looking at other cars throughout the week. He made a joke about it potentially being the last car I test drove but otherwise wasnt pushy or anything which I appreciated. We looked at other dealerships but the experience and the car stuck in my head. He didnt text and call me a bunch of times like some of the other places I went which I also appreciated. My dad and I came back the next week and they were slightly short staffed, but Madison took us out in the Nissan Sentra. I fell in love with it and we started the process of buying it.Everyone I interacted with had wonderful personalities and a great sense of humor. No one made me feel uncomfortable or pressured like at some of the other places I went. Except for a few well placed jokes (after one from my dad), they didnt trash talk any other car makes (which I found a lot at other dealerships and personally find to be kind of rude). Even though they were extremely busy, I wasnt rushed or made to feel like they wanted to get me over with and out of the way. The tech guy (I unfortunately cant remember his name) and Crystal (who did the financing paperwork with me) went through everything kind of quickly but in a were sorry youve been here so long way and not a please hurry and leave way. They both took the time to answer all of my questions and I still didnt feel pressured or rushed.Overall it was a great experience, and while I hope to not have to buy another car anytime soon, if I did Id definitely go back.

I made the appointment online. I had multiple services performed. Steve my service advisor was great. We went over what was done and what needed to be performed in the future.
The experience was horrible, had to return to have the truck detail and for them to go over all its features with us. The guy going over the features was new, 4 days so he really didnt know much but super friendly and not his fault they didnt have someone helping him. The detail was poorly done, trash left in the bed of the truck, crumbs in center console, fuel tank was not filled up and got home and realized they didnt even put a temp tag on it. And not to forget when we were singing the papers the price was off by like $2,000 from what we agreed upon but was told it was an oversight because of the taxes where we live, ST Tammany parish, LA. Was it really an oversight and if so they should have adjusted the price but they new they had us on the hook already!

ZERO STARS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.Gulfport Nissan pulled the bait and switch with me, promising a cheaper vehicle to get me there and then saying it was sold when I arrived. That should have been a HUGE red flag. I dont have a lot of time to car shop, so I went through with the purchase after getting them to agree to lower the cost. But then they committed fraud and added over $1700 in accessories to my contract and hid it from me so that I couldnt see them before signing, and then they refused to remove them or refund them. Stay far away from this place!TO ADD: Dealership has replied thank you for allowing Crystal and Emily to work with you and remedy this situation. NOTHING HAS BEEN REMEDIED!! I still have not seen a refund of the FRAUDULENT CHARGES. I did not get an email reply as promised WEEKS AGO. There is NO EVIDENCE that they are doing anything to remedy the fact that they charged me over $1700 in bogus add-ons WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT!! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
First off I actually thought I was dealing with a computer on the internet. Then when I arrived I was met with a vibrant exciting young man whom took his time in helping us find the right vehicle. He presented me with a smile and we (me and my son) left smiling with a brand new vehicle. The Mgn and financial person all the way to the lady that goes over every detail about the car was superb!

0 stars for this place. I financed a NEW car from them and put $1500.00 down. They told me I was financed through Capital One and a couple of months down the road I called Capital One to know why I hadn’t gotten a welcome letter in the mail or anything. They informed me that Gulfport Nissan had missed the 30 days with my loan and the contract with them was expired now. So I call Gulfport Nissan and they say they messed the deal up somehow (and 7 others) and would have to redo it. Another two months roll by and they say they had redone it and without letting me know they checked my credit again to find me another lender Bc of their mess up! It has been six months since I drove off the lot with this car and they have not done anything for me! Do not take your business here!
The first sales rep we had did act like he didnt want our business. But after speaking with the manager he not only helped but got us a new sales rep who surpassed the customer service level I was expecting. Mr. Darnell in the finance department was also very friendly & helpful. Ive never owned a Nissan so its a new experience. This is my first brand new car & if it does well I will definitely be back.

There was a bit of confusion re my interest rate…but mgmt rectified that immediately and to my complete satisfaction.

After getting service, I was shocked to be priced gouged by more than $25 to have air put in my tires. This was always a free goodwill service when the dealership was Pat Peck. I realize each dealership can set their own prices and I am willing to pay a reasonable price. But $25 is unheard of and an outrage. If I am to be taken advantage of on such a small service, what can I expect on more critical repairs or a new car purchase? You have isolated me from Gulfport Nissan as being my local dealer by taking advantage of me on the simple job of putting air in my tires. I still feel like a sucker.

I contacted this dealership about a week ago to speak with a sales agent. I told her I worked close by and I was ready buy a new car and trade in my Jeep. I asked for a trade in estimate and she put me in contact with a man that could come give me an estimate. He never showed up for the appointment to give me an estimate and the sales agent never contacted me back either. I will be doing business somewhere else.

My appt was made the week prior & set for Monday. When I gt there on Monday I was told the part that my appt was for was not in stock & wouldnt be in until Wednesday. The person who made the appt didn’t check for or order the part before making my appt. No loaner vehicles are available & the shuttle only runs until 4. I had someone meet me there to give me a ride home. I suggested leaving my car bc of the reasons just stated & so i didnt have to get another ride on Wednesday. Zach moved my car & noticed my car was close to needing an oil change. He asked me how much i pay (which i didnt answer) then offered $10 off “for the inconvenience.” I didnt come for an oil change or to find out that i’d still have to wait a few more days before my car was fixed. I felt if he noticed I needed an oil change, maybe he could have comped it for the huge inconvenience. I’ve had free oil changes offered for less in the past at Nissan. That’s part of the reason i bought 2 new cars there w/i 2 years of each other. I won’t be back. The shuttle person was extremely nice & helpful. Jennifer could only do so much which was basically just bearing the bad news but i knew it wasn’t her fault. It was the person’s who scheduled the appt. Also, i was told the car would be fixed on Wednesday but it wasnt ready until around 5 which was after the shuttle ran & i didnt have a ride to pick it up so i had to wait until Thursday to get it. At the least an oil change that he suggested/volunteered could have made the situation a little easier to tolerate. Oh, Zach also offered me a free basic car wash that is free for everyone anyway per the info inside.
Service department: Miss Kim, shes nice courtesy, friendly, respectful, greet you ask Miss or Mrs. She is helpful and kind and she knows her job. I asked her to check on my warranty for me which she did with some exciting news for me. My warranty help me out gratefully. I didnt have to pay for the headlight adjustment I thought it was going to cost over $1,500 but the job was done without any pay. Thank you Miss Kim a job well done. I will be coming back for more good service. Thank you Nissan for good service.

Went looking to possibly purchase a Chevy Corvette. Our sales woman was nice. Our vehicles (Corvette and a ML350) were so grossly under priced as trades it was insulting. I can not recommend buying a vehicle from here. The appraisal process was horrible.
My visit was longer than expected. I only came to get a new tire and was there for 2 plus hours. However my attendant Mariah was very attentive and super hospitable, which kind of softened the blow of such a long wait time.
Parts are expensive and non returnable! I had purchased this same part at Autozone for 20 bucks cheaper but it was the wrong type for my truck. Autozone took part back with no problems! Do not by parts at this dealership. They told me it was considered special order because it was the next morning before they got it. Not sure why their next day is any different from Autozones!

Tuesday, May 25, 2021 was the most disrespected I’ve ever been in a car dealership. I’ve been lied to by salesmen before but never loud talked and talked down to like I was by the general manager Justin. To set the scene, my family was supposed to have arrived at 5 pm. We arrived late with traffic driving over from Mobile. Our sales rep, JC, was out handling something but another rep was helpful until he returned. We were shown numbers that were not what we were told on the telephone so my wife and I spent a long time discussing it by ourselves. We were also discussing our finance options. I understand they close at 7 and getting late, but had our questions been answered before arrival, we probably would not have come. Apparently we took too long for Justin. I heard him mumble something as he abruptly left the guys in his area and walked over to introduce himself. He mentioned his 20 years of experience and talked to us about our finance concerns. I then mentioned that we were told the terms were 72 months and never shown the interest rate and that we were told the gap was being covered. Justin immediately got loud and would barely let me speak, talking over me that he wasn’t taking anything else off the car as he was already losing. It was basically a “take it or leave it.” And honestly I would have been fine with that, but your dealership should NOT have lied and asked me to come over. I called at 9:22 AM on May 24. I immediately received a text from JC that said he was in a meeting and would call me back shortly. He called back at 9:49 am and we talked for 5 min. I told him that I really wanted a certified used car but I saw the new 21 Versa and just wanted out the door prices. That’s all. I’ve been talking to several Nissan and Hyundai dealerships in the past several months so I’m not the least bit interested in a back and forth. I’ve walked away from several deals and missed one or two good deals. So all I wanted was the final numbers. We had set up an appointment at 10 am for the 25th. He called back at 10:34 am and said the final numbers would be $19314.84 and I cancelled the appointment and said “Thank you but I’ll pass. If you happened to get a certified in, please let me know.” He asked what my concerns were and I told him that I knew I wanted GAP and extended warranty. So that was more than I’d been looking for. I told him I was looking for close to $250-260 a month over 84 months. That’s all. The relationship should have ended there, but JC called again at 12:01 pm. He said he really couldn’t get details without running my credit and said I could fill out an online app. He said to note that I was working with him and someone would give it to him. I received another call at 3:51 pm asking me about the online app. I told him that I’d done it earlier that morning. He said he hadn’t received anything but would check. I received another call at 4:02 pm saying the gap would be taken care of and we were at $260-270 with 72 months. My wife and I were on speakerphone and specifically asked HOW. Again, don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours. We were asked to come over and be able work everything out.Upon arrival, it was around $270-280 over 84 months with Gap. When we asked, we were told, “Well, we have to show GAP.” When your conversation starts with well, you know how it’s about to go. I don’t have a problem with “Take it or leave it.” But to start yelling because we were told something different was over the top.Total Positive experiences were working with JC, Jeremy from finance, and Kim. Each were very calming, respectful, so helpful.

Excellent experience with Hieu. I was surprised it was so relaxed. I did not have the impression that they were trying to hide anything from me. I had researched pricing for a month and prepared to negotiate. I really did not need to. Even though they are about an hour away, I will be using them again for my next car.

So I went to Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport and the approval process was quick and I drove away in a nice car!! The finance manager Shane was great and he explained everything which made the paperwork quick and easy to understand. They made me feel more like family instead of a customer! Please do not bring your vehicle here. My husband brought his truck here and 600+ dollars later it was still not fixed. They kept guessing at what was wrong with it. They had the truck in their possession for over 7 days. Charged a $195 inspection fee. They are the absolute worst! I left a message for the service manager and the dealership manager over two weeks ago and they still have not returned my call. Please don’t waste your time or money at the dealership!

I’ve gone to this dealership for two vehicle purchases and any work each vehicle has needed. I’ve gotten Zach in the service department multiple times throughout the years and always been very happy with the results. I brought my vehicle in this time for an oil change and potentially brakes/tires. I was given information from the inspection and given cost options very fast. Within an hour I had my oil changed, two new tires added, the other two rotated, and an inspection on my brakes completed. Pricing is always competitive and employees are always very friendly. The employees are why I continue to come back here for service.

I had a service appointment to install a set of tires, wheel alignment, replace back the brakes and resurface the rotors two days out. However, when I called to see if they would provide a service car for wife to continue on to work after dropping the car off at the dealership, the service representative offered to perform the service immediately (within 30 minutes). I was able to bring the car in myself, so I asked were there any specials. I received a $60 discount and was able to get both front and back brakes replaced. The attendant also sent my car to the detail shop for a free car wash after the service. Pat Peck Nissan went above and beyond what I expected.
Nissan is a great place for used and new car service. The service was top notch.
I like how they do not try to come up with miscellaneous issues to squeeze more money out of me. the waiting area is comfortable and I can schedule on line to deal with the same rep each time. Zach Rhonda is who I prefer. He has great customer service, efficient and knows what he is talking about.

Took a 2013 Nissan Maxima that I bought my daughter here for tune up, CVT fluid change, new plugs and to look at driver side mirror not defrosting. 1. They to told me they could not troubleshoot the mirror cause it wasn’t frosty outside. I guess they couldn’t feel the mirror to see if it was warming up or ohm out the circuit. 2. Didn’t make it home before the service engine soon light came on, brought it back was told need to drive it around some more and it will go off. 3. When they reinstall the intake box it’s not lined up properly nor does it look like when I brought it in, they said it is fine and it’s supposed to look like that.
Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport was a fantastic experience. After going through an exhausting time looking for a car at Carmax and other dealerships, it was refreshing to work with Max Sutton. We drove several cars and he was patient and accommodating to me, being a first time buyer. As a fluke, we found a Nissan Rogue trade in that was very trashed due to its previous owner in the inside and required a lot of work. Max and I negotiated an excellent price and within the week, Nissans stellar detailing and mechanic team refurbished the car to a beautiful, like new condition. He called me on Tuesday morning to inform me the work was finished and had no one to drive my other vehicle back after buying the Rogue. Max kindly drove down from Mississipi to New Orleans and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car has been running great and did very well in the storm on my first drive back. Thank you all so much for your excellent customer service!
Always great customer service. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Long wait times though. Noticed upon their final inspection that some things they marked as “passed” is in fact need of repair/replacement. I know because I have scheduled that particular maintenance with someone already. They also didn’t ask if any of the stuff had been done prior since I bought it a year ago and everything had been through the same inspection at the Nissan dealership I bought it from. You guys missed the rear wiper blade needing replaced!!!
Heather handled my service appointment quickly and professionally, making sure that she credited me for a free multi point inspection and discounted oil change and tire rotation. Very terrible and slow service department. I made my appointment online for 3:30pm to have a basic oil change performed. I arrived about 5 minutes early for my appointment. 30 minutes had went by and they havent even pulled my car to the back. After realizing it had been 30 minuets and the staff was in no hurry to do anything, I left. I bought the car new there and wanted them to service it but Ill find another place to go. What is even the point in making appointment for a certain time if they can’t even be within a 5-10min window of the schedule time. I definitely do not recommend.
