Facility was clean. Staff friendly. Felt safe when on premises. Location was very convenient for us.

Easy to use app, unit was very clean, gentleman who helped get everything set up was very polite and helpful.

Easy access in and out. Reasonably priced. Very helpful staff. My things were in an outside, non climate control unit for 7 months and no water or rodents/insect surprises found in my boxes.

They really do nothing to try and take care of long time customers who struggle sometimes. So long CS

Easy process of getting a unit and had no issues while we were there. We rented for approximately 3 months there and had 3 units overtime. Our movers moved us out recently of our last unit on a Sunday. I was waiting for Monday to call and close our account. Wes from the office took the extra intiaitve on that Sunday to see the move happening and called me to ensure then unit was indeed empty and asked if we are ready to close out the account. Saved me from a phone call and very much appreciated his initiative. He was very pleasant. Highly recommend them.

Great staff. After moving into our unit, there were two price increases over 16 months. Over $60 a month. Good deal to start but beware.

OK for TEMPORARY storage. 6 months tops. after that the rent goes up for as long as you let it. So when you store stuff there you better have another place to put it because the rent will climb to almost double in a very short time. Long term bad, unless you have an agreement up front.

Friendly fast service. Clean and safe facility. Competitive prices. We rented for a couple months and everything went easily and smoothly. We rented to have a place to store some items and meet people to sell online. Was a safe and convenient place for all parties. Will rent from them again if I ever have the need. Highly recommend!!!!

Here are a few tips:If you have a renter’s policy, it probably will cover your property in storage but you must bring your declaration page when signing up to rent the unit. Otherwise, you must buy their insurance which starts at $12 per month for $2000 valuation of your property.Bring a mask on the day you are signing your lease or anytime you need to go into their office. It’s required for the office.They only let one person into their office at a time which is a little ridiculous given the size of the place. Two employees were working when I went and I waited a considerable amount of time for them to finish with the person ahead of me.The unit I rented has a vent in the unit itself which I think should be more effective in terms of climate control than other units which have an opening along the top of a wall that is supposed to allow conditioned air to enter the unit. Not all units have that.You can buy your own lock and use it which will save you some money. Make sure it’s the puck style rather than a traditional loop lock. The locks they sell are a little expensive. Puck locks are available pretty much everywhere.Make your reservation is done online and you will likely get a better price than walk in prices. $20 off in my case for a 10 by 15.They are month to month and up size and down size is not a problem based on availability.The people there are nice. Spencer called me a few minutes after I signed up online. Pretty good customer service. Russ, the person who rented the unit to me was nice. He showed me a few units and helped me make a good decision.The inside units are clean, the hallways are well lit, and the unit’s floor was dry despite a few days of rain before. It doesn’t smell either. That’s a relief!The ceiling is high! But I don’t think it’s possible to stack that many boxes on top of each other so you may need to install stand alone shelves to support more stacking space it you’re looking to store boxes and totes on top of one another to the ceiling. Nothing can be attached to the walls of the storage unit.Location is easy to get to. It’s gated and there are some security cameras. I wish they had more cameras though. I know other places have a camera angled at every turn. Maybe this place doesn’t need them because of its location.

Always clean property and responsive staff helpful and quick to assistin addition i moved out on a Friday late and didnt tell the staff that i had done so and i got a call from them asking me if it was me that emptied the unit, due to lock not being on unitsecurity onsite great i had no idea they did a daily drive around to check unitsso this tells me they do check daily to assure security is maintained

This was perfect to store my stuff until I moved into my apartment. Easy access and seemed very secure. Very nice gentleman who helped me. Overall a great experience.

Well kept storage unit but the climate controlled units are better because of the lighting system requires movement in the hallway or the lights turn off

My life was spared two evening ago I was choking on peanut butter and I couldnt breathe period. And I stood up and asked Jesus Christ Yeshua is this it why did you take me thus far in my Ministry and I trust him completely and I grabbed some water, which usually works but not that evening. I ran outside and I noticed a white van and I raised my hands to the HEAVENS and pointed to my throat and the heating and air conditioning man called 911. Someone opened the gate for Medics to enter, just before they arrived I coughedcoughed up a golf ball sized chunk of dry orgorganic peanut butterThanks for the gentleman who called 911 and the fire department and most of all my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Yeshua

Cubesmart was wonderful in their response to an emergency in which I had to have after hours access to my storage unit. The professionalism and courtesy they extend to all their customers is unsurpassed. I will always use their service in storing my property. They are simply the best!!!

I got there just 5 minutes til closing, and I still received great service. An older gentleman assisted me, I forget his name, but he was efficient and kind as can be. He made me feel secure with the area and he explained things very well. I will definitely recommend this location to many.

From beginning to end hassle free process!

This is a terrible hole in the wall. Dont let them suck you in with gimmicks. They raise your rent rapidly. I started paying $169 and after a year I am now at $280. The staff are very rude and quick to give you a hard time. They also lock your unit unlawfully if you get a little behind and they harass your emergency contacts. I have never had such a terrible experience with a storage facility as with CubeSmart. Avoid!

Was coming in from out of state, Spencer was very helpful. He was able to get me a larger size unit than I had reserved to begin with... I chose too small! Everything went smoothly and a potential Big problem was solved.., Thanks for your help!!

The spaces are fine and reasonably priced. The Admin FeeS are exorbitantThe fee for insurance is 10 times the premium. And it seems to be related to printing all of two (2) sheets of paper !

I am getting ready to put my stuff in storage and met with Mandy and she took me for a tour and showed me my storage unit. Very polite and helpful. Also set me up for free use of their truck. WOW !!

Very happy with the customer service! The gentleman brought us to our storage unit first before paying to make sure it was big enough for our storage items. Everything was explained thoroughly with the rent, insurance and taxes.

Lots of security which is good including recorded video of premises. have to have a gate code to enter and exit. Very friendly staff. I like the fact that before you rent one, they will show the unit to you to see if you like it instead of finding it on your own. we placed our order online which gave us an additional discount too and 1st month was half off. Only slight issue was that there was a hidden cost of $11 per month for all the security. wasnt a big deal because even with that cost, is STILL cheapest, best secured place in grove city. If you purchase a lock for you unit through them, your covered by THEIR insurance for a certain amount if something would happen.

Affordable and accomodating. The fact that youre able to use the moving truck makes things so much easier and even more affordable. Just note that you have to have the lock at the day of signing your lease and the best lock you can buy are the disc locks. We showed up with a heavy duty MasterLock and it didnt fit.

A bit more expensive than some other possible options, but very convenient location and the service is excellent! They really take care of the customer.

First of all I was very happy with the discounted price on the storage unit I’m using second of all Russ was very helpful and I appreciate everything he did to help me pick out one and I will definitely use them again in the future

Nice facilities and easy access.

I started out paying $165.00 with insurance this is what my contract says then they raised it without notification to $195.00 now they are trying to raise it again to $229.00 without notification I have a storage place closer to my house way less than this for the same type of storage so I dont think so.

Over priced and false advertisement. Says free moving truck well you have to place$100 a deposit which yes you get back but then have to pay $10 to rent it so per their website its not free as they advise. Its of course only certain miles which they do not advise. Theyre rooms are a lot smaller than advised.
