Clean, pleasant employees
Terrible customer service for night shift!! old white lady w the white hair, her name is Sandy. VERY DISRESPECTFUL as ALWAYS. Each and every time I have ever walked into this location and UNFORTUNATELY have to deal w this unprofessional sad soul, I’ve had the worst experiences! Talks to you as if youve never heard English before, Roll her eyes and is very snappy, gives off lots of negative energy and attitude as if youre bothering her! As well as not even wearing her mask correctly!! I mean wow. I’ve personally had enough of this disrespect and have went elsewhere, id suggest getting rid of this employee or continue to lose faithful customers.
So...one of the employees who drives a green jaguar and thinks he is privileged parks DIRECTLY in front of the store. I do believe that is an area for customers. Who decided he takes priority, especially when he spends most of his time holding up lines with his constant socializing (not with customers, but with his visitors)?? Poor customer service and zero rules for employees!!! I have had TOO many instances where this has been a problem. P.S. Your car is not as great as you think it is!!!!
Staff is helpful and always greets you when you enter the building, as well as tells you to have a nice day when you leave. Also the ice cream and shakes are amazing. Love that this location is open 24 hours so I can get my Ive cream fix any time!
Both employees had their masks around their chins. Didnt even bother going in and took my business elsewhere where they wear masks correctly.
3 bananas for a dollar. Great experience amazing management and excellent customer service, going above and beyond expectations retrieved boxes for my storage unit space where the company I have my storage space with cant purchase small boxes because of the Corona virus
As of today UDF has lost my business. Every time ive gone in for a milkshake or some ice cream the employees become extremely standoffish. As if youre asking them to do something thats not part of their job. The overpriced ice cream is not worth the uncomfortable looks you get from employees for asking them to do their job. Literally had the dude working the register roll his eyes like a spoiled brat when i went to the ice cream counter.
Rude staff this morning, nothing new. The elderly employee with white hair in a ponytail, I believe to be the manager, rung up my order. She was so unfriendly, it made me feel uncomfortable. The staff here have a tendency to ignore customers and talk amongst fellow employees when they should be engaging with customers. Awkward experience every time I come in here. Need better trained employees. Everyone is middle aged or older who works here, I find it amazing how NONE of them know how to interact with customers.
Consider this an open letter to the gentleman behind the counter tonight and the managers of this particular UDF.Tonight, a little after midnight and on our way home from the OLPH Festival, my daughter decided she’d like some ice cream. We entered your store to find one gentleman working the cash register and another waiting to be served ice cream. The gentleman behind the counter seemed to be waiting for someone else to come serve the man ahead of us his ice cream, but no one ever came so, he finally decided to take the man’s order himself. At this time, no one else was in the store...just the man in front of us and my daughter and me. While the employee was getting the man’s sundae together, a few other customers walked in and began looking around the store. The employee finished the sundae and took it over to check the man out. While he was checking him out, two of the customers that had come in LONG AFTER us walked up to the register. The employee then made the decision to ask US to wait until he waited on the two men who had walked up. Here’s the thing...YOU TAKE CUSTOMERS IN THE ORDER THEY COME UP!!! Your decision to ask US to wait longer was both misogynistic and inconsiderate! Why was my time less important than the two grown men who needed their energy drinks!? Why didn’t you ask them to wait their turn while you waited on us who had been there MUCH LONGER!!?? Trust me, I turned this experience into a learning opportunity for my daughter...Never let someone treat you like you’re “less” just because you’re a woman!! AND, NOT ONLY THAT....YOU GOT HER DANG ICE CREAM ORDER WRONG!!!! I’m done with this store. It’ll never see another penny from me.
Rude lady with white hair pony tail, very judgy woman and the guy that works with her is not so great too, she doesnt need to be a little nicer and the older lady does not wear gloves while she is serving you ice cream, that is a health code, i will say something next time i will go in there, its nasty and unclean, i am so done with that gas station if something doesnt get done abt it. Heres a tip please be a little nicer it goes a long way .
Your new employee aaron is rude. Disrespectful and needs to learn how to speak to CUSTOMERS!When I am told by the STORE MANAGER. That I WONT BE CHARGED for cups of water. Then do not tell me I am being difficult When I come back to the store for my refund. I do not care if you think People shouldnt get free water!!!! if he cant do his job he shouldnt be working there!!!!!
UDF is the worst the employees at this location and the one down the street are rude and careless.
Nice
Staff could be a little friendlier. Great ice cream though. Everything else is overpriced.
This is a very convenient place to visit it has a ice cream shop, a gas station, coffee hot foods and convenient store
Older lady that works nights/early mornings on Saturday, Sunday when I go in is very rude.
Employees are not telling customers to wear masks. They have a sign on the door that says that customers must wear masks, but are not enforcing it. This business is in Franklin Co which is under a level 3, mandatory mask mandate is in effect. No mask, no service.
Right before I added gas it 2.33 $. Then as soon as I started adding gas, they changed it to 2.659$ . Never coming here again
Complete an total incompetence.
Customer service stinks.
