Decided to drive 30 min just to come here. Location and workers are nice. I decided to get a small frozen Carmel. Coffee was good but if you’re someone who doesn’t like the coffee taste and wanted a caramel flavor not so much. Prices were around the average- a little high depending what you get. Service was fast and inside seems like a nice quiet place to relax if you have time. I’ll come back it in town but not something I would drive 30 min for again.

I live in Hilliard and wanted to try a new coffee shop to work out of. Coffee Connections in Hilliard has been closed for renovations so I needed a new spot! First, it is in a very cute part of Grove City. I had never been to this area before and it is super nice, with lots of little shops and restaurants around. Second, it has huge windows in the front so plenty of natural light (that is super important to me when Im working!). There are also these great cozy arm chairs right by the window which are perfect. I got a bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel (yum) and a build your own latte. No complaints there. Not overly sweet and strong espresso. Perfect. Theres also outdoor seating out front which is shaded in the morning- super nice. I probably would have sat out front if I didnt have to charge my computer. This is definitely worth the 15 minute drive for me! Highly recommend.

I got exactly what I was expecting. A specialty coffee shop with a small town feel. I got the Brutus coffee and its delicious. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Just perfect.The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Staff is polite and courteous. If you enjoy coffee this is definitely worth a stop.

I have been here multiple times and neither time have I had a bad experience. They give you a higher end product and better tasting than the bigger companies. Keep up the great job ladies and gentlemen.

Standoffish baristas, a menu written by someone with an 8th grade understanding of coffee, and dogwater espresso. Avoid.

Love the minimalist atmosphere. Fantastic Americano made to just the right temperature so you could drink it right away without scalding your mouth. And the service was friendly and fast.

Location, name, and vibe are cool. Coffee needs work. Menu is basic and written for people that don’t know anything about coffee. You basically just pick hot, cold, or frozen, which milk, and what Monin brand syrup you want. Nothing crazy unique happening here. Cold brew was way watered down and served in a styrofoam cup which was weird. Wouldn’t return.

The pastry I got was delicious. Cappuccino a bit above temp than I prefer, but you can definitely taste the delicious bean. Beautiful space and nice staff. Following new guidelines well. I own Community Grounds and was excited to try the coffee when I happened to be in the neighborhood for an errand.

Really cute, little, local coffee shop.It wasnt too busy when I went in, and the guy working behind the counter seemed happy to answer questions and make suggestions. His suggestion of a Chai Tea Latte with Coconut Milk turned out to be pretty good. Besides the usual coffee selections they had a few kinds of small pastry, cookies, etc.There were several tables inside (7 or 8-ish), and a few tables outside. I got there at about 9am on a Thursday, and there was no one else in line. But about an hour later most or all of the tables were full and there were about 8 people waiting to place or pick up orders.Quick note: There were a couple of steps leading up to the front door, and I think it was the only entrance, so wheelchair accessibility might be an issue.

Good coffee. Free parking in back. Covid-19 had reduced seating capacity so check if you plan to stay a while. Out Door seating is available so weather may affect your visit.

This is a cute little coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and good coffee. Got the iced mocha and the espresso was strong which is something I look for. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or a grove city local. Super easy to get to, parking isn’t an issue just park by the capital city cakes and walk over. The staff is friendly and they have good hours!

Will never come here again. First off the employees are snooty and rude. Second, my coffee was $10.00!! And lastly, the whipped cream on top was bad and curdled. What the hell?!?! Absolutely unacceptable on every level.

I love this spot! What a great addition to downtown grove City! My ask is for some mellow music instead of a television with daytime programming (it would compliment the atmosphere more) and a power strip in the window/more outlets.Its a great spot with great decor and a wonderful cup of coffee. I am a new regular!

Great teas and one of the best lattes I ever had.

I got a vanilla iced latte which was better than Starbucks and an Asiago bagel with butter which was like cheesy bread. So delicious. Service was great. They were patient and answered all my questions because it was my first time there. Environment is cool and place is clean!

Fantastic coffee, friendly staff. Bacon egg and cheese bagel is also great, one of my favorite breakfasts anywhere.

The coffee was good but the service was lacking. The boy was more interested in talking to his friends than doing his job.

This was my first time here. Visit Grove City recommended this coffee shop and Im happy that they did. Im a straight up dark roast (no sugars or creamers for me) coffee drinker. This coffee was the smoothest, richest tasting blend I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. If I was still in the area after I finished it I would have gone back for seconds!I did get my coffee to go but the atmosphere inside was extremely welcoming. There Seating is also available outside on the sidewalk too. Take the time to stay, relax, and take in the quaint surroundings of the beautiful city.When visiting Grove City or especially if you live there, do not pass up the opportunity to grab an amazing cup of coffee. You will not be disappointed!

Honestly LOVE this place. The buckeye coffee is AMAZING, if you love peanut butter you gotta try it. Iced or hot. The Milky Way is also a favorite! The prices are much better then typical big name coffee shops. The workers are always friendly and they even have some delicious baked goodies. Nice place to come and chill out or study while you enjoy some coffee

Transcend has the BEST coffee at a reasonable price. The owner, Megan, is just wonderful! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I love it! I tell people to go there if they want fantastic coffee and service.

First time here today... I really enjoyed it. Everyone was so friendly. They helped me decide on a delicious latte.. also biggest thing to me was... they were nice to my 2 yr old. She is typical 2 yr old and full of energy. They were very kind. This will be a new stop on our daily walk..

The coffee was delicious however I came at peak time on Saturday morning when the Farmers Market was going on in the neighborhood. The wait was really long. The ambiance is very average. I wouldnt make a special trip to visit them but definitely stop by to try the coffee.

This morning was my first time and I was very impressed. I had called previously to inquire if they served hot chocolate, because I am not a coffee drinker. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful. When I walked in today, I was greeted by two very nice ladies. One created my hot chocolate while the other helped me make selections of pastries for me to take into the office. I ate my warmed up cinnamon roll on the way to work. It was divine! My co-workers raved about the other pastries I brought to share. I cannot wait to go back again! I have already recommended Transcend to other family and friends.

They have a lot of choices to pick from which I really like! If you’re a coffee person they got plenty of that or if you’re feeling a smoothie they have those as well! Super kind staff!

Absolutely amazing coffee! I had a toffee cappuccino, and my husband had the almond joy latte. I loved mine thought it was some of the best coffee Ive had in the Columbus area. However, I didnt think his was great. He loved it, though, and you should too if you like coconut and coffee together. Its also super cozy inside, which is great for working, studying, or just hanging out. The only downside is the limited hours. However, it is wonderful to finally have a local coffee shop in Grove City!

It was my first time here and I must say I am saddened I had not been sooner. I was greeted with a smile and the service was pleasant. I had an iced mocha which was very delicious. The bagel sandwich was worth the wait. (They forgot I ordered it-but Im not bothered. Worked service before) The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will definitely recommend and be back soon!

Best Coffee in Grove City, and probably in Columbus. Full Flavor, great service. Good location and parking too. The interior has plenty of room for you to have a meeting or work on you laptop. Dont miss out on this, itll be your new obsession!

Grove City needed a coffee house. So glad this place is open. I pray our community will support this local business!Im updating this review from 10 months ago because I truly want the quaint shop to succeed in our town. The space is charming and the staff is always friendly. However, things are beginning to slide since opening. I dont recognize any of the team that were there at the start.The staff only seem to know a hundred different variations on syrup concoctions, but cant pour a great simple cappuccino or latte. Lots of dry, airy foam or watery steamed milk. I think its a combination of execution and low quality milk being used. Also, the pastries have been day old, dried out, the last couple times. A simple solution is to throw them away. Dont serve them to paying guests.I hope these guys figure it all out.

$2 to $5 a cup. Gluten free breads. Make tour own drink. Roasted beans on site. Free WiFi. Inside and outside seating. 3 steps to enter without a ramp (may be one in back entry.) Quiet. AC. Handicap restroom. Very clean.

Im so glad Transcend is finally open! We stopped in this morning and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have an amazing selection of flavor syrups, including several sugar free options. The coffee was great, the bagels were good, and the price was right!

I love this place. My wife introduced me and I thank her for it often. Forget the long lines and high prices of Starbucks. Transcend is delicious (I can only speak to their light and dark roasts because I dont like sugary and flavored deinks). The staff is awesome and friendly and the space is great for getting work done or chatting with your group.

LOVE THIS PLACE. The atmosphere is relaxed and the coffee is awesome. They have a womderful bean selection and are happy to make you a customized drink. The pastries and breakfast bagels are great, too. Having lived near so many coffee establishments, I would put these ladies right up there among the best.

This little place is so quaint and honestly the best coffee in grove city. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here for their Irish cream latte.

Very slow service- waited 40 min for a frozen coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. They could definitely benefit from taking names to call out for orders, expecially when busy. Employees were friendly but could use training on being more efficient during peak hours. Our food order (which was just a bagel) was forgotten. Mediocre coffee, average food, limited selection, average atmosphere.

Love their Costa Rica coffee beans, but they dont roast often enough. Last time I was there to buy a pound of coffee, I had to get three different beans to get an entire pound. The roaster needs to get on the ball or Ill take my business elsewhere. I like to support local businesses, but Costco may be an alternative.

Im not somebody who usually writes reviews, but I had to because of how much I enjoyed this place. The service is SO friendly. Ive been here multiple times and have never been greeted with anything but a smile. The environment is great to sit and work. For sure my favorite coffee place

So happy Grove City has a coffee shop again! I try to stop in Saturdays for an iced coffee - which is always great, as is the service (I feel like they remember me now. Maybe). Theres almost always a line to order but I dont mind because 1. they handcraft every drink and 2. its awesome to see that theyre so well received.

Service is VERY slow. About 20 minutes for 3 cups of coffee. 3 people standing around chit chatting while 1 person makes the coffee. Felt very sorry for the poor girl they were training. They offered no help for her.

I really wanted to like this place: lots of good reviews, cute store, pleasant teenager/ya tending the shop. But the regular coffee was on the week side and the bigger complaint from me is that I bought a half pound of espresso beans and they were no darker than a medium light roast!Now I realize one can use any roast that they want to make espresso. Espresso is a method and, when the discussion turns to roasts, a degree of roast. Which conversation is what I had with the young woman right before ordering the beans. Are these (pointing out some African coffee, I think) the darkest roast you have? What do you use for espresso based drinks? I noticed they made lattes, cappuccinos and americanos. Oh, we do have an espresso roast. Great, give me half a pound of that. And my disappointing discovery followed done hours later when I thought I had what I was looking for in the artisanal coffee desert that is Grove City.

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I go in there all the time. Its a great place to grab a coffe and leave or sit down and enjoy your coffee. Overall Im impressed.

The prices here are great! Extremely friendly staff. The espresso drinks are very strong which I would take into account when ordering your size. Overall, very good experience everytime.

It seems that they are getting the message that their hours of operation suck as they are open more frequently. However, they still need to improve on that (and maybe they will) once the Beulah Park area is redeployed. Their coffee is pretty good. I would rather go here than starbucks.

Id give it 5 stars if they would stay open longer. We love the coffee and atmosphere but have not been able to go much because it closes so early.

I cant believe I had never gone to this place, I have been driving all the way to Columbus for a good mom and pop coffee shop. The coffee was really good (and not expensive) they take it very seriously, roasting all their beans in house, the staff was VERY friendly I chatted with them for over 10 minutes and the atmosphere is really cool and spacious! I cant say enough about this place I will for sure be coming back!

They have two pumpkin pie coffee drinks. Ask for the real pumpkin one. They dont have r any signage about the difference. The real one is much better.

Nice space and good coffee but the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Many drink orders were forgotten/lost and I waited over 20 minutes for two drinks.

Staff were amazingly nice, service was fantastic. I would change only one thing and that would be to had some acoustic panels so that people could actually talk without the echo.

This place is great. When I was there I tried the pecan roll it was delicious as well as the chi tea latte the best Ive had.
