This store is constantly out of the colors that I need. If pink shades are so popular you cant keep them on the shelves, maybe the manager should start ordering up. What is the point of having a business if you cant keep popular products on the shelves? Also, Im really glad that the associate at the Gresham store was so amused by the fact that I cant get my hair dyed before my moms celebration of life tomorrow. Should probably teach your employees to not be patronizing and to control their laughter in situations where people are dealing with hard things. I am not at all pleased with the service I received this morning or the fact that this store is constantly out of the products I need.

Good place to shop if you are a licensed cosmetologist.

Helpful employees even though Im not licensed they still helped me out!

Always nice and respectful to me some cosmoprof I have visited were very rude and made you feel uncomfortable by following you around the store or making you feel like you dont belong. But on this visit the ladies working made me want to shop there all the time.

Never been here. Supposedly the staff is nice, and you can buy high quality hair products... if you have a license to do so.

I absolutely hate this store, one of the employees was so rude to my mom. She talked bad about her when she walked past me, thinking that I wasnt my mom. And later, when my mom asked for a pen to write down some things, she was extremely rude, talking about my mom YET AGAIN about her attitude when my mom turned around. I wish I could rate this less than 1 but unfortunately..I cant and thats a shame because I will drive to a different location, praying that the employees wont be as bad as this one in Gresham.

Customer service sucks!!!! Went in with my sisters and as soon as we walked around the sales associates talked loud enough and rudely that I knew we were being watched for theft. If you think someone is stealing do something but they way you talked was very unprofessional and will never be returning to this location. I work in retail and you guys are horrible.
