The employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs. This store has been in Gresham for many years now, and I really enjoy shopping here. The scents are always a real pick-me-up 🛍

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have no problem with finding any products you are looking for. They also help with understanding how the current sale is set up so you dont have to many surprises at the register. They helped my mom find the products and scents she was looking for or let her know if its not available.

Absolutely love the hand soap and candles. This location is conveniently located in Gresham square and wasnt to busy when I went. They maintain social distancing guidelines and requiring you to wash your hands/ sanitize before entering. The staff was friendly and informative when I asked questions on certain products. Im glad I came in when I did and took advantage of a deal for the hand soaps all were $3-3.50 a bottle. I got plenty for myself for a while and some to gift to family for the upcoming holidays!

I bought some hand sanitizer 5 for $8 about 10 of them because Monday they will be out. Great selection nice people a Ayanna was fabulous great positive attitude and helpful! Stop by and give it a try pick up your favorite things candles are on sale to 3 wick for $12.95 are the one wick 2 for $20.00.

Im not a B&BW kind of girl but with the deals they had, I became one! 75% off tons of things. I saved soooo much! And the staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and never seemed put off or annoyed. They even offered to gift wrap my items! 5 stars!

I was surprised i found this store near my place like omg! i love bath&body works! i bought my favorite scents and handsoaps and its really nice and amazing i have coupons used and from $89 worth of purchase i only paid $60! i will for sure be coming back!

Staff was great, experience was awesome. Cant say enough about this stores team, just that I appreciate them.The staff took the time to smell everything with me because I was shopping for a picky daughter and picky goddaughter.The staff didnt blink an eye at me and I was dressed not to impress after a 10 hour shift of emergency dispatching and our lines went down and our servers went down. So not was I only dressed like I crawled out of a box, I looked like I had 37 years of stress just piled on me, and the staff treated me great and not the swamp monster that I felt like, oh yeah broke a shoe at work so I went in with water socks (fitting for our weather)..Thank you for taking the time with me and laughing at my horrible sense of humor and thank you for being kind when I felt I wasnt dressed for public consumption..

Good layout, great scents, but a bit pricey. Wait for sales, and you will love whatever you wind up getting. There is a scent for everyone! Best place for scented hand sanitizer no question!

I’ve been a customer at B&BW for the past 10+ years and have NEVER experienced what I’ve experienced this evening (I’ve been to numerous locations and typically shop at a location other than this one, unfortunately I decided to stop by this location tonight since I was already in the area). The staff here are absolutely terrible! Nothing but a bunch of unprofessional millennials working here who like to target people! First off, the minute I get in the door, I’m told I “need to sanitize my hands” prior to coming in the store (as the staff member telling me this has their mask falling off of their face with their nose and mouth completely exposed while sitting on the floor unloading freight). I had mentioned to her, as a consumer, it should be “our right” whether or not we choose to sanitize our hands and I dislike being “told” what to do the second I walk in the door, instead she could’ve politely asked me to sanitize my hands instead of telling me in a bossy tone, I instantly felt unwelcome. I comply with her request and go about searching for a new candle with my reusable bag in hand (as I was doing an even exchange), meanwhile, another customer enters the store and is NOT told to sanitize their hands as I was just told five minutes prior! I’m thinking to myself “what in the world?!”. During my hunt for a new candle, I’m approached by another employee asking if I wanted a bag to shop with, my response was “no, I have mine right here so I’m good but thanks” she then proceeds to tell me that my reusable bag is making herself and all of the employees uncomfortable as I could be bringing germs into the store and I need to use one of their bags to shop with! At this point I was shocked that she had the audacity to say this to me, I told her she had to be kidding me and all I’m doing is a simple even exchange, she then turned her back to me as I was telling her how ridiculous my shopping experience has been and I’ll be making a beeline for the front door ASAP! I instantly walked to the front register so I could get the hell out of there. I expressed that I was feeling targeted as if the employees believed me to have COVID and said there’s no need for me to be treated that way, that’s when the employee who confronted me about the reusable bag started screaming from across the room “because you’re rude!” I told them if they had to deal with unprofessional employees such as themselves and are heading to the cancer clinic tomorrow due to a potential relapse with cancer then they’d be rude too! I came here to relax and get my mind off of my health battles, however, I was instantly targeted! They didn’t make these requests to any other customers in the store other than myself! Calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning!

A great location. Maintained social distancing here due to the spacious environment. This place was a fun place to shop. The lotion and sprays are my favorite. I love Warm Sugar Vanilla! Creamy Coconut is a fave that is no longer made by Bath and Body Works, miss this one. At Christmas try Vanilla Bean Noel, it is the best!

Due to covid they have some funky rules. You have to enter through one door. Get checked in and sanitize your hands and then exit through a separate door. A bit much for me. Hell of a sale going on though. Buy 3 fet 3 free.

Summer, one of the gals working here really needs to improve upon her people skills. I went in today with the intention of purchasing, but changed my mind after she spoke at me. When I asked about certain fragrances and base scents, she told me they didnt have them and that I really should grab them when I see them if I want to make sure I get them. I am rarely ever in the store, maybe but twice a year, if that. Her tone came across rude and condescending and she didnt even try to help me find something that I might like. I walked out after that exchange.

Great location, beautiful store but they ask you every minute if you need help or if your finding everything you need. I’m someone who doesn’t like to be asked every minute by a employee if I need something if I do I will ask myself. It’s very overbearing.

I really like going to this location. Its always clean, their shelves are well stocked, and they seem to always have helpful, friendly staff members working. I hadnt been here since the start of the pandemic, so i was slightly thrown off when apon my entry, their greeter standing by the entrance door stops us and asks for our permission to spray & sanitize our hands before we continue in, to shop. Initially, I was slightly irritated but of course agreed but, afterwards as I was shopping, I was thinking.....Im actually glad that they are basically requesting everyone to sanitize their hands before shopping cause, well.....who goes into to a Bath & Body Works Store and doesnt pick up and smell practically one item of almost every scent that they have in the store? Hahahaha 😂 I know I do. So....Im definitely glad that Bath & Body Works does cares about their customers and employees to have everyone entering, SANITIZE! 😊 😷 Thanks B&BW!

Ive been in this location several times now... located in Gresham Station. Its on the corner if a couple of roads which I like because I feel you can find parking easier dont know why.The store is like other B&BW stores. Smells good, well stocked and good service. Right when you walk in youre generally greeted with a pleasant welcome and offered assistance. This location is not huge, but big enough.No restrooms inside so you need to go to Ulta or Old Navy (single stall) next door.At Christmas I always come in for sales and gifts. Today I had to take a few things back and exchange a few others. The first lady I talked to was helpful but I felt strange asking her to do this in the end. She wasnt overly enthusiastic just told me what to get to exchange.However, on the floor I interacted with a Katherine who was fabulous and definitely understands customer service. She was extremely helpful, found options for me and tried to make sure all of my questions were answered.Great experience. Love that they stand behind their products so well....

I got my email that shared the special of the day so I went in this store. I find that every time I go to this Gresham Station Bath & Body works that the staff are always really kind and helpful, unlike like some of the other locations. I appreciate their knowledge and ability to ask scents I like and then point me in right direction. They also are helpful in helping use my coupons, which is appreciated.

Came in for the candle sale, and man did you guys raise your prices. What happened to the same deals that happen every year. Your guys holiday special was not a special at all. I guess if ita the same next year we will not be shopping there.

Great selection and scents. The new candle and body spray holders are fabulous! I go here to buy gifts but always end up buying myself something. During the winter I purchased a unbelievably soft throw blanket that they should sell more often.

Not sure who the two women who were working today.. but Ive never been treated so rudely! I had a wall flower plug in that wouldnt plug in anymore. It wasnt old I asked to exchange it...they had a meeting about it in ear shot, and denied the exchange. I dont know or dont think they cared if I could hear what they were saying. . But i was embarrassed. I have no intention on buying anything from those rude employees..

Love their assortment of light up plug in air fresheners, bought some really good ones. Also love the foam pump hand soaps. Which it was a little cheaper to shop here though

I honestly havent been into a B&BW in about a decade... The products are still really good, but the service...I guess thats why I havent been back in so long.

Hand sanitizer when you come in, in one door out another, limited number in stpre at once.

The new set-up is very confusing because its jammed in such a small place but I like the new scents.
