This is my go to location. The employees are all helpful, and polite to ask questions to. They seem to know quite a bit, dont be shy. The product selection is great, always pretty stocked, rarely have issues finding what I want.
Love coming here for hair products. The girl with the magentaish hair is always super helpful with opinions on certain hair dyes
Awful customer service, almost never want to help you out. speak around you as if youre not a customer. good stock though

At current, and understandably, they dont have a ton of stock. Typically, however, they are quite well stocked. Good customer service. 👏👏👏

I came into the store yesterday and was not greeted, I then went to go look at hair dye and neither of the two girls came to ask if I needed help as they were both entertaining some guy up front. After he left they still did not come back to see if I needed help. When I went to ask one of the girls a question she didnt know anything and the other girl was bossy and rude and also did not know enough to attempt to give advice.If you like talking to friendly, knowledgeable staff... Go to the location over on Powell. I will never be back to this store.
They are very friendly and try so hard to be helpful. But i guess they are trained wrong. Just double check some of the advice they give you. But hell yes the girls that work there. Are fabulous and beautiful and have great customer service skills.

Fortunately for me I had a great experience. Living in this climate has made me chuntees to the point where almost all I own is sweats and hoodies. So, I get profiled allot especially at most Sallys locations and beauty stores in general. Not here. I was greeted, informed about deals going on, and was asked one time if I needed help by both associates working.
Wow. How pathetic. Alisha is a worker and felt the neeeeed to respond? That truly shows the kind of personality Alisha has. When you say customers love to come in and ruin your day, you actually mean any customer who walks through those doors ruin your day because you love your job so much. Right? & Yes, it is rude to tell your customer repeatedly that you are closed. If youre opened until 6, those damn customers have the right to walk through those doors and be serviced even if you have to stay a few minutes late. That is your job as a damn customer service employee.
I was just in the store buying a bunch of hair ties with my friend we came in about 10 minutes until 6 which is when they close I was fully aware that they close at 6 oclock. Upon walking into the store all three girls who were working or standing up front and before even reading that said just so you know we close in 8 minutes I said okay we will be quick I grabbed everything we needed and right as we were about to head up to the cash wrap the girl yelled back to us just so you know we are closed now it was not even 6 oclock at this point I told her that she was rude and rushing us out and her as well as the other young girl that was working started in with attitude and when I asked for a customer service phone number she told me to Google it. I have never had such appalling customer service anywhere. The girls name tag said Kylie, but she said her name was Alicia. My receipt says 6pm on the dot. Meaning when she was yelling to us that they were closed, it wasnt even 6 yet. Horrible service. Not to mention not one of them asked to help us. I dont suggest coming here.

What I dont think everyone is realizing, is that when a person is one place, everyday, for nine hours a day, they dont want to tend to the dumbass that doesnt know how to make it in for the nine previous hours that SALLYs was open. I can promise you that youre not going to get better service from anyone else that works there.
This is the first time I have gone to a Sally and have been ignored. I go to this store or the one in The Dalles all the time I color my hair alot. Today I go in thinking I was going to change my color there was to ladies working neither one said hello and there was no other customer there. So I got my regular color and left.
This is the best Sallys. The gals here actually help!
