I have sold cars 34 years. . I inquired online. was answered. stopped in after work. filled out application for a washer n dryer. Talked to JASON. Said he would call possibly that evening but would forsure call next day by lunch. this was Monday the 9th. today is 13th. have called and called and called actually even stopped in again they called him and said I was there. never ever called. the worst And I mean worst expierence Ever witnessed in a people helping business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

When I called Spectrum a very nice man named Dwayne answered and I had a lot of questions to ask and Dwayne was very polite and he was very helpful. He also was a wonderful gentlemen. I thank him so much for everything he did for me. God bless you all

My brother and and I went in looking for a bedroom set early this year and found one but they had to order it. The deal was that they will give us a temporary mattress and platform until our bed come. There were a sale going on for the bedroom set that we wanted, it was $30 something weekly. So, the agreement was we will pay on the mattress and platform like we will be paying on the bed set. So when the bedroom set comes back it will be added to the payments which we owe on the bedroom set. They said it was going to take 6 weeks to order, it’s have now been 3 months, and guess what still no bedroom set, and we are still paying on the mattress and platform what we would have been paying for the bedroom set. Now they’re telling us if we come in and get another bed set we will have to pay more. They lied to us about the agreement that we made. So after I’m finished paying for this, We will never do business with them again.

Excellent service

The sell person Jason is nice and will work with you. However the manger is really rude and willnt help you with payment. My child broke her leg and had to use the money pay for her doctor bills and when you try to be nice and call and make arraignment to pay to catch your account up the manger tells you that you havent made it to 6 months so he can work with you. The manger true throw his title as a manger at you. Sorry really disrespectful as a manger.
