The employees are always helpful and polite. The location isnt the best as you can easily pass it up without realizing its there but once I started going here I havent gone to any other vape stores.

Absolutely amazing, first time stopping in! The Gent that helped us really knew his stuff! Recommended a GREAT flavor, when I described what I wanted out of my juice, he didnt even hesitate when he said this is gonna perfect for you! He recommended Hesinberg, The Berg a blue Razz flavor. I couldnt recommend 317 Vapor enough, wide selection of juices, knowledgeable staff, really friendly!

This is a one stop shop with hella great variety. They had coils for my fav tank TFV4 . They helped me with my leaky Aspire Athos problem. That I ordered from Aspire. Super nice guys that work there. For some reason they always remember me even though Im only in once every couple weeks to get a new thing of juice. Always answer my really dumb questions that I have. They make some really solid recommendations to.My mom bought a vape pen there a few months ago and she also said that they were super helpful with everything from explaining maintenance to showing her how to change the coil and other trouble shooting that she was having.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable, when you are being served they take their time and dont rush to make sure you get exactly what you need. Ive been there several times and each time, they are always are willing to spend the time to help each and every customer! That makes a great store to me! Cannot remember the gentlemans name, but he was super helpful in not only showing me how to apply a coil. He taught me how to clean my mod and gave me tips. Wonderful place for vapors.

Im gonnabe going somewhere else.. Ive beem coming here for years since they opened and the owners was working in the shop. Ive had to switch brands 15 times back and forth cause they are out of my oil. I am tired of walking in there and they either are out of my vape or they are out of coils.. I am not sure why they dont understand to order before they run out or keep more on hand. I am tried of switching and not being happy with the one I had to switch to because they were out of the one I switched to after then ran out of the other one I used to use. I am over this.. I am sorry to leave and it sucks I have to go, I just am tired of driving from Bargersville and then what I need is not there.

I called to ask about a pod, which they did have. When I ask the price they wont give prices over the phone. Acted like it was way cheaper than I was quoted at the other vape shop. Only $1 cheaper spent more in gas and time going there. Live and learn!

Went here after reading reviews in an effort to switch from smoking, and i was not disappointed. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They made a strong effort to find what fitted my needs and offered instruction on the ins and outs of the products i purchased.

By far one of the nicest owners when explaining their product. My friend switched to vaping last year and asked me about it and I sent him here. This is a great shop they have a great selection of juices, tanks, batteries and other accessories. Paid with credit card was given the option of a paper or emailed receipt (I chose the email which was delivered promptly). I travel all over the country and this is one of the best shops I have been to.

Best place Ive found around indy to buy vaporizers and replacement/customization parts. No other store than 317 Vapers has had the newer models Ive been looking for.They have a great selection of juice, and you can try anything before you buy it.I think it would be cool if they had more mouthpieces to choose from, but other than that, they seem to have everything.

Been here twice now First time was treated really good Second was treated like I was an idiot because I wasnt sure about some flavors and had some questions. Maybe it had something to do with not wanting to pay for their over priced juice. Hit or miss on the service youll get. Good selection but their prices are a little ridiculous especially when you can get some juice in a 120ml on ejuicedirect for the same price or less than the want for a 60ml. Online is the way to go I wont be going back.

I been a cigarette smoker on and off all my life, deciding to try and quit the habit, I decided to walk into 317 ask questions and learn if this would be the choice for me. After a short discussion, some questions he wasnt legally allowed to answer, thankfully a kind customer also in the building was able to. Thanks again stranger! I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous to walk in and appear to be a clueless buyer. I like to be informed. Obviously online there is a TON of information, but speaking to them, getting a demonstration it starts to all make sense.Anyway, this is a great shop, with a great staff. Hello I just left out of the shop and a guy with a beard and glasses and black shirt was NO HELP AT ALL AND DID NOT SEEM LIKE HE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SERVE ME.I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE A VAPE AND ABOUT 5 bottles of vj... I WILL NO LONGER VISIT HERE CAUSE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

Nice staff, and they are reasonably priced. You get value here compared to other vape stores that sell cheap china made products and disgusting ejuice. Staff will recommend great products so if you are ever unsure about what you should buy ask them.

I feel like this store should have an average of a solid 5 star rating. Ive been to 3 other shops aside from this one in Greenwood (didnt even know this one was there since its a little tucked away off 135) and this shop had the most juice choices by far. Already had my setup but it looked like that had a good variety of setups and supplies as well. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I didnt even gander through many of the other flavors since I had been on the hunt for a chocolate flavor since I started vaping, and lo and behold they had multiple chocolate choices. I was pleasantly surprised as the last shop I had been to said they didnt have it since they couldnt find a chocolate flavor that didnt taste burnt. I didnt try the others, but the one I purchased is very smooth and tastes great (comparable to nesquik or tootsie rolls). Also, I saw a review on here saying their location is small, but I have to disagree - they found a way to have the biggest variety Ive seen on this side of town and make everything appear very neat and organized. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Best vape shop Ive experienced yet. 😎👊

In full transparency, I work at a different vape shop about eight miles or so away from my house. 317 is like a mile or two away, so if its my day off and I need something, I gladly swing through 317 - Im lazy on my days off and dont feel like making the trip to the shop I work at.I know it may seem a little awkward for a vape shop employee of one shop to go in and shop at another and I apologize to the 317 crew if this is the case.However, with all of that said, I shopped at 317 even before I started working in the industry. They have a great selection of, well, everything - mods, tanks, coils, wire, rebuildables, EVERYTHING (most of the RDAs I have ever owned have been purchased at 317 Vapers).Ive never had a single issue in that shop. Even before they really knew me and knew that I worked at another shop, they happily greeted me every single time I walked through the door. They have a solid shop.There was even one time that I called ahead to see if they had a certain RDA, which they did, and I said I was on my way but I had my toddler son with me. He assured me that wasnt an issue, that he could meet me outside for the transaction and he did exactly that. Now THATS service!James and company are super supportive of the local industry and they truly do care about their customers.You wont be disappointed with 317 Vapers.

Stopped by here based off of a friends recommendation. Small shop, dark and dingy. Staff was sub-par, I asked about a common RTA Wismec REUX counter guy stated he has never heard of it. No big deal, I inquired about which juice they had was in sour candy genre. He stated he wasnt sure if they had any. Offered me a flavor menu tablet and didnt ask if I wanted to try samples. Selection is minimal bought some juice and left. I try my best to support local businesses but with lackluster customer service, this is why I tend to shop online.
