Sold me a phone case for $25 in November. Its still near perfect condition and has protected my phone through many drops. Cases here are great.

Was sold a screen protector that cracked within two days. I did not drop it or sit on it, was a faulty product. I was also not given the box that the protector came in, which would have informed me it was made of plastic and not glass. The owner refused to replace it.

This dude acted like my girls where trying to steal when all they did was touch a phone case. He yelled at them while I was standing two feet away from them. I would never ever go back to this store

Went to the Wireless Toybox in Greenwood Mall and had a horrible experience. I went to have my screen replaced and when they gave it back to me and I paid $175 I noticed my phone wasn’t acting properly so I went back and asked that my original screen be put back on and the guy started yelling and got very very mad and I have no idea why. He was very threatening and all I could do was try to talk nice and get him to put it back to the way it originally was and so he did, but when he gave it back to me my entire screen was shattered. I broke down in tears. He refused a refund and refused to give me his boss’s contact information. I will never ever go back to this place!

Love this place! So helpful they install your cases for you. I always struggle with getting the screen protector on and they do it perfectly for you! Couldn’t ask for better service or prices. Buy a case here you won’t regret it!

Poor poor quality and customer service. I bought a “Protective case” and noticed a broken corner on day 16. Took it back with receipt the next day and clerk said “No returns past 14 days”. Exchange at least? Never dropped or anything. Just cracked and broke. “Not my problem” he says. So when you’re walking by and see a shiny case....just keep walking.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Wireless Toy Box store in the Greenwood Park Mall. The screen they put on my iphone 11 did not work properly. The employee got so angry he made my 5 year old son and I wait outside the store while he put the original screen back on. When they finally allowed us back in, the phone was completely ruined and damaged, which very possibly was done on purpose. I will not return to this store and will likely file a civil suit to try and recover the damage done.

Unbelievable. My 14 year old went in and bought an incorrect product- I walked back in the store literally 5 minutes later, product and receipt in hand and they refused a refund. He paid at the far end of the counter and was not told about their no return policy. The man argued they have a tiny sign at the other end of the counter hidden behind other products on the counter that he claims was adequate notification of the store policy. Completely unreasonable. We will never go back. The store policy should be explicitly told to each person at time of payment.

I really wish I could give a good review - the ladies here were very friendly, but after I took my phone in to get my screen fixed, I had no idea that much of it would completely stop working. (including my ringer, my haptics, and my audio speaker) I now have no way of knowing that I’m receiving a call, and my alarm doesn’t even ring to wake me up in the morning. I took it in the very next day and was told that the problem was a “software issue” and there was nothing they could do about it, even though the tech blogs say that it was likely do to a damaged cable or connection. Now I have to take it somewhere else and get it fixed...again. So much for trying to find a reasonable deal.
