After ten years I finally decided to upgrade to 5G service. Went to the corporate store and found it to be a horrible experience. I went to this authorized retailer and service was great. Josh the sales agent was extremely knowledgeable about products, contracts and service. I will definitely refer family and friends to this location.

Our experience with verizon was great. The sales rep was very helpful and very kind. We have always had good luck with Verizon.

As I’ve noticed through the years it truly gets more difficult time & time again to find a good provider with also good customer service. When I first switched to version, all I truly heard was “ they’re so expensive “ “ customer service is terrible “ and so on. But I decided to make a huge leap and go with my instinct. I switched to version and it was truly the best decision I’ve made when it comes to a provider. Since switching this is the only location I’ve been to and will truly ever go to, & I live nearly half an hour away.Ceaira is a representative at this location, and hands down the only reason I still visit this store. From her professionalism, knowledge & truly just a kind person all around. Most people don’t realize what affect some have on others. And I’ll continue to visit this location for the simple fact that I always leave happy and never have had a bad experience yet.

The gentleman helped us. Was good. Only thing I wish he would have done was call us back on a 2nd part of the sale when their computers were back up. We ended up going to the next closes store across from Greenwood Mall. They had the watches we were wanting.The store itself, a little warm. People were walking in without mask and no one said anything to them. That was a little bothersome. I dont want to say the store is dirty by any means but after being in the other store Im like how can they be so different??We did get our service switched and new phones and we are grateful!! If I could right now I would switch over to Verizon how ever would have to pay over 1.000 bucks i dont have to do so however I will not renewing my contract with at&t thankyou grace she was amazing!Amazing grace!

Hailey at the TCC store in Greenwood, Indiana is quite possibly the MOST HELPFUL customer rep I’ve ever worked with. From answering questions over the phone about switching from Sprint (saving $60+ per month) to staying past the end of her shift to assist us with the set up and even answering our questions days after the sale. The entire TCC team well exceeded our expectations, helped us get a GREAT deal on new phones and made us feel valued as guests and customers. 10/10 would recommend!

Just left the this location and was very happy with the experience. First if all they are open until 8pm and i went in and upgrade both mine and my daughters phones. I forget the girls name who worked with me but she was a younger girl. Super nice but I could tell she might not fully know what she was doing, therefore I made sure to ask plenty of questions. I was told I would get $350 off for turning in my old phone, and that my family also had a $200 off “offer” on our account. I was told I could use both of these offers, but that the “$200” one could only be used off of Pro series iPhone, which is why I chose the iPhone 11 Pro. She had me pay like $80 something in “taxes” before I left the store? She gave me a receipt showing that I got $200 for the old phone and she said I would receive the other $150 after the phone was shipped back. We never received the other $200 offer and when we went back and asked about it, we were told we couldn’t use it when trading in an old phone as well. Well I wish the original lady wouldn’t have told me I could, bc that swayed the option of which phone I was getting due to price. She also told me to use these offers that I had to upgrade my line for $10 more a month. She promised it would ONLY be my phone line, and no one else’s-bc I share a phone plan w 5 other ppl. But NOPE she raised everyone’s plan by $10!I suggest NEVER going to a Verizon “authorized retailer TCC” location bc it’s not an actual Verizon store. And every time I’ve been to one, something seems to go wrong or the salesperson has no idea what they’re talking about and is definitely just trying to make commission.

Got a new phone yesterday fro. The store on 31 and they could/would not help me setup my new phone. After spending the night trying to get the new phone setup on my own. I realized I had lost pictures that I can never take again. I stopped by the store on 135 and Don was able to help me get my pictures back. Ill never go back to that store on 31 again and will come and see Don for anything I need in the future. I cant say enough good things about this store and Don specifically!

Don helped out on a strange problem that my IMEI number didnt match what Verizon had for my number. Usually an easy fix, but he had to call Verizon to fix it. And Verizon had difficulty doing it. Ron was courteous, patient and knowledgeable and I will be sticking with TCC with these kind of capable people.

I really liked the atmosphere in this store. Its smaller and less crowded than the main Greenwood location, and I felt like it was much easier to get in and out. Don was super helpful and friendly, and he spent a lot of time with us even after it became clear that we werent planning on buying that day. He gave us honest opinions, great tips on saving money on our plan, and good advice on buying new phones. We will definitely go back.

I walked in and waited patently right around 12:10. I wasn’t greeted until about 5 mins of being there, no big deal. I wasn’t in a hurry. Two others walked in while I was there, neither were greeted the first one that walked in finally asked the employee and got what she needed any left. Again I was very content to wait my turn. The se conf guy that walked in wait about 5 mins and angrily left. I continued to wait, never got a time update or was told that it might take a really long time to get the two customers out. After 40 minutes nothing had seem to progress, both customers before me were still there so I left. Pretty bad customer service to me, just simply letting me know it would be a while would have been fine. Although I didn’t mind waiting, waiting forty mins with no update seems a bit ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had my questions answered while being given great service! Ceaira went above and beyond - even staying past closing to ensure my data transfer was completed. Thanks to her I never skipped a beat! Excellent location!

Had an appointment. Got our phones but salesman tried to slip extras in on us. In addition, sold us a plan that did not exist with Verizon. So of course the cost went up. Poor businessmen. Out for the buck. Call Verizon, dont go here.
