BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!Me and my wife were looking for a vehicle and we wanted to go with a good place that honors their words so we checked this place out and everything was fine the buying experience was great everything about it was awesome until we got the car we got it home it drove fine and then we started having major problems with it we took it in they fixed it problem started happening again with it they wanted us to pay them to fix a problem they knew was happening which is not right then they asked if we bought the warranty for the car and I told them we had not because upon buying this car from this place we explained to them how weve had troubles with the same exact thing in the past we were promised we would not have to go through any of that with these people there was something wrong they would take care of us all this and that this is a lie they do not do that the vehicle we have has major motor problems major internal motor problems. Buyer beware....

I purchased a 2004 Monte Carlo from this place. 2 months after purchase the transmission started to give out. Luckily I had purchased my own extended warranty to have it repaired. I feel like These are just auction cars that they do not inspect place for sale and over charge people. When I contacted them about the transmission their first question was did I purchase a warranty because that’s how it’ll be repaired because they are not responsible. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. If you do make sure you purchase a warranty and not through them.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Buyer beware!! We bought a truck from this lot and within a week we had to repair. Numerous repairs within just a few months adding up to thousands of dollars and were basically told “too bad” when we tried to talk to them. They are a scam and do not stand behind their sales. Overpriced junk vehicles. Do not even look at this place, you will get ripped off!!

Got me in the car I wanted the same day with no problem

I got a decently priced diesel there. Now they would have received 5 stars but unfortunately I have only had the truck a month and already have put $1000 into repairs. Now they received four stars for customer service and a free repair literally an hour after buying it. They stand by their work and really care about the customer. They should really look at vehicles before selling but I know thats not possible.

We came in a year ago on foot and they got us in a car. A year later after a baby they have treated us right once again. 10/10 !

Bought my first car on my own here!!I was nervous having never made such a large purchase before, I didnt know what to do. Everyone helped me relax and let me know it was no big deal. The sales guy, Doug, I think, let me drive a couple trucks that I liked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.A nice lady helped me get a decent deal on insurance, and they set me up a decent affordable payment.My S10 runs good, and looks good too.I sent a friend up there the other day to buy a car from them and they told him that I got $100 for sending him. So Ill be sending all my friends and family that need a car up there.When Im ready for something a bit bigger and newer Ill be heading back to see these guys.Thanks for all your help, and helping a nervous 18 year old guy relax about his purchase.

Purchased a nice used truck from Certified Auto on 9/25/14. Caeser was my sales guy and was great through the whole process. They were not pushy at all and not your typical sleazy used car sales lot. The process was painless and I drove away in my truck in very reasonable time. They also have a nice family atmosphere there as well.Good overall experience. I would recommend a friend and/or buy from them again.

I had an excellent experience at Certified. They were all very nice, especially Jerry and Tina. Ive visited many dealerships in Indy and they were by far the best. The cars are nice and at a very good price. A good used car is hard to find, you cant be too picky because its not Brand new, but their cars are nice and reasonably priced. Best experience buying a used car by far.

Bought a car here yesterday.Nice people, nice vehicles, decent prices.The whole thing only took about 45minutes to an hour, from the time I got to the lot,until I left with my new ride.So far one of the better car buying experiences Ive ever had.

My sister purchased a car in February of this year.. She has had it for 3 months and it started riding funny, when she would turn left it felt like the wheels would skip. Well we thought it may be the tires, but when we had it checked out by 2 different mechanics the frame was broken, the car doesnt sit straight anymore...She called and was telling them about it and of course its her fault she must have hit a pothole. Even if she did it should NOT have broken the frame. They want to charge her to fix it and pay for the parts at their cost.... REALLY!!!! but you see here lies the problem she is a single mother of 4. When she purchased the car CASH she explained to them it was all the money she had and she needed a good reliable car, They assured her it was a great car they checked it out and everything was great.. so now she is stuck with a car she cannot drive, will probably lose her job. We are pulling the Carfax and if this car has been wrecked and they knew it was broken, cracked, or any damage what so ever they WILL be speaking to her lawyer. It is against the law to sell a vehicle with a compromised frame.

Ive been buying cars from Certified for years, and Ive never had a bad experience. If ever Ive needed service, Certified has always been helpful in saving me money by selling me parts at their cost. Ill never buy another used vehicle anywhere else.

So let me start with i dont usually write reviews. I got a 2007 Ford Edge from Busters almost two moths ago. I didnt purchase the extended warranty pr anything. Well after two weeks the transmission went out and i did not have the money to fix it. My mom is disabled and i take her everywhere. Busters ordered me a transmission and replaced it for me. Even though they had no obligation too since i didnt purchase the warranty. I Believe this speaks volumes of a company and their customer service. While i wait for my car i would still highly recommend this place to everyone. They even put my payments on hold while i wait for my car! Id rate a trilllion stars at this moment if i could!

I dont see why people would give negative feedback, they dont do what other car lots do especially the buy here pay here lots do and pressure you in sales and dont tell you vehicles history. I asked for a carfax history report and got the history report no problem..I will buy my next vehicle from here

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them 2 weeks ago, when we drove off lot, check engine and airbag light came on, they gave it a tune up! Did not fix problem, couple days later started smoking under the hood, leaking transmission fluid, they towed it back to shop. Went to both locations trying to find another vehicle, ALL OF THEM WERE JUNK! Took Jeep back home they assured us, and with our extended warr. they would fix. Called Jerry Sat. when he told us to, so we could take it to get O2 sensor installed, he got mad, threw phone while yelling and cussing. Called back and spoke to HORRIBLY rude woman said, we are not responsible for fixing your vehicle! Both offices REFUSED to provide owners name and number. Still have same problem, would love to have our money back, and go somewhere else! This place is a JOKE! Dont bother, they are liars!

I purchased a car from Certified Auto Dealers a while back. I was deployed to Afghanistan and my wife was 9 months pregnant. Shortly after purchasing the car it had engine trouble and we couldnt figure out why. We took the car to Up and Running Auto Care in Greenwood (great shop by the way). There was a piece of tape covering the check engine light. (I have documentation from the shop to prove it.) So obviously someone was trying to hide the problem. That cost me $400 to fix. I am now stationed in Europe where your car must pass inspection to be registered. It did not pass inspection because the airbag warning light was not coming on. I took the dash apart to find out why the light was not working and found a ANOTHER piece of tape covering the airbag warning light. Now I have to pay God knows how much to fix the airbag fault in the car. If I would have known this up front there is no way I would have bought the car. I have also had to pay almost $2,000 in other miscelaneous repairs since I bought the car. So while I was deployed to Afghanistan this car sales company took advantage of my 9 months pregnant wife. THANKS. I would like to be refunded my repair costs but they said no. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! IF you do be very cautious and be prepared to spend a lot of money in repairs.

I tried to buy a car from here two different times. They come out smoking cigarettes in cargo shorts and flip-flops. No hand shake hello, no how are you just if you want to see inside anything I can get the key. Decide to take a look at one and they toss me the key and away I go. They didnt tell me anything about the car at all. One thing I cant stand is if you even want to know the price of their car they want you to fill out an application and get you approved before discussing numbers. How do I know if I want to buy the car if I dont even know how much??? The car we looked at had buttons missing, low tire, engine light on, bad road noise from worn tires and looked like it had bondo put on it to cover up rust spots. After I came back from the test drive they finally told me it was $12,900. I told them about the issues it had and they said if I want to talk about pricing I had to fill out an app to get approved. I needed a car so I filled out the application and was told I would get a call. I waited a day and no one called. After I called and asked them what was going on he said he needed a document from me. I promptly sent that to them and was told I would get a call. 2 days later and I still have no phone call. I did some research online from other dealers and found the exact same car in better condition for $6988. I went there and purchased the car. In my honest opinion this is just a bunch of good ole boys trying to double their investment on every car they buy from the auction. They look for beat up cars with problems that they hope people will just overlook. Auction values for most of their cars are probably 60% less than what they are asking on the lot. They dont do any reconditioning whatsoever and ask premium +++ pricing. All they care about is getting you approved. You are not important to them as a customer until you are approved to them. I wont be back and I will turn everyone away from this dealership I ever come in contact with. There is a reason for months and months they have the same stale inventory. Half their cars have branded titles, flat tires, and bondo to cover up rust. STAY AWAY!!!

I BOUGHT A 2002 GMC envoy from them about a year ago. People where nice and even told me what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. They even lowered their price on it for me since I paid in all cash. Caesar was my salesman and he was nice and polite. The only thing I had to repair on it was my gear shaft pin which only ran me under 200$ besides that my vehicle runs like I champ. I have taken it out of town several times. Thanks guys I will be returning to get another vehicle from you guys very soon.

Low tire sensor was messed up, a/c not working. Listed 131k miles but was 154k. The brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels I had to replace. Was told they’d call with a price but never got the call. Which I shouldn’t have to pay for it since they sold the car with them like that about 2 weeks ago.

Horrible. Bought 08 Dodge Ram truck. Needed new tires, side mirror needed replaced, stereo was blown. I knew that before I purchased it. They didnt tell me about the hidden oil leaks, or power stiring leak. They dont give accurate info about cars. Stay away

I have bought a jeep from these people they do not even safety inspect there vehicles and they are overpriced but i needed a car. the jeep i bought they couldnt even put a headlight bulb in it! not to mention i put the jeep on my lift at work the brakes were metal to metal all around and it had 2 bad tie rod ends with a massive oil leak from the rear main seal which means the transmission needed to come out to replace it! needless to say i brought the vehicle back! they sold it to me for 4 times over book value at that. not even a courteous wash after buying it. i work in a dealership and by all standards is this place a joke.

This place is garbage. Junk cars...pricing is terrible. They will try and argue with anyone who sends a negative review and try to get it deleted. Fortunately everyone knows how bad they are and they already closed down one of their locations. Just 1 left before these parasites are put out of business.

I went there in December of 2013 and they would not let me TEST DRIVE the car without first putting down the down payment. Obviously, that doesnt make sense.
