I’ve driven through here a few times. Sometimes I get out and check out a car. I love that I’m not instantly swarmed on the lot and have the freedom to come inside if I see something I want more info on. People have come out to say hi and offer more info, but they always let me continue to look instead of hovering over me the whole time. Very nice people with little to no pressure, however, the last couple times there has been a sales person just standing outside glued to his phone. Never seen that here before and I immediately turned around. Not only is it unsettling to me, but it’s also unprofessional.

I was from out of state and they made the process seamless and smooth. I came in for my set appointment and had the keys in my hand and paper work done within minutes. Got an appointment without much issue. Waited for under and hour for the oil change and tire rotation (12,000 mi service). Free drinks and snacks and WiFi made it possible to work while waiting. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I received plenty of great service at this dealership. I worked with a salesperson named James Newman and he carefully guided me through the selection options on the Subaru models. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we settled on a model that TGIF our budget and the features most important to us. . Additionally, James was extremely responsive to our texts and phone calls and his followup speed made a good impression.Also, we spent about two hours with Justin (don’t remember his last name) going over the vehicle and all the features and capabilities. While we had driven the car for several days, iit was extremely helpful for Justin to explain all it’s capabilities. He answered every question we had as if he himself designed the feature.This dealership is A+++ for its attention to detail abs creating a great customer experience.

Cody was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.I met with Justin about 2 weekend after I bought my car to go over the settings and features on my car. Terrible! I had an appointment for 8am for a transmission relearn on my outback, I texted after 5ish hours to the number I was given for updates only to be told theyre still waiting on a technician to be available that is trained to do so. What?? You had all day to do that! Its now been 6 hours, and whenever I message the number they gave me it takes forever for a response. I guess it doesnt matter at all if you have a scheduled appointment.

You know, buying a car (or leasing, whatever) is getting simplier and simplier, and I appreciate that. No haggle, no lets see what the manager upstairs can do kinda bull - just, hey, here is the car, here is your car, here are some numbers - you like them? Ok cool. Done.Place was clean, good amenities, friendly. The floor manager - name espaces me, white hair - was super chill and easy to talk too. Lots of positive attention and not really high pressure. No one rushed up to me immediately and was all in my grill, but I was approached friendly and casually, and it worked out.Supply was fine, lots of models to look at, had exactly what I wanted to test drive (which ultimately I took home).

Lack of communication best describes my experience at Dreyer & Reinhold of Greenwood. I brought my Suburu in on June 28th for a bad ignition. I immediately received a text so I could ask questions and stay in touch with repairs. I never got a response. In the next 5 hours, I called twice only to be told the car had not been looked at yet. I had an appointment but that didnt matter, I guess. Finally, they said the ignition is fine. I stated it wasnt but was glad to get away from them as I lost confidence by this time. When I got home, I saw the invoice stating a wrong problem with the ignition. The tech never had a chance to diagnose properly. Then there was miscommunication with my ride. The case manager was too busy to set me up. I was fumbling with an Uber ride when a co-worker said they can set me up with Lyft. He took me to my case manager only to be told she would check on a wait time for a rental. Realizing she cant listen to a co-worker either, I decided this was a mistake. Dont get work done there unless you like mayhem.

Our salesperson, Miles Cork, was the consummate professional during our car-buying experience! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Miles, but we will give it a try!He was attentive to our needs and was able to quickly identify and select the perfect car for us.He maintained excellent communication skills throughout this process, and was/is readily available in response to our calls. Miles and his team were wonderful educators explaining all the features, especially safety features, of our Subaru. We feel so much more confident driving, knowing we have a safe, reliable car! Our 2020 Outback had an audio software issue. We called and they scheduled service the next day as well as offered pick up and delivery (we live about an hour and 20 minutes from the dealership). They left a new Crosstrek for our use in its place overnight and returned our Outback with new software as well as washed and vacuumed the next morning. This dealership is very responsive and service is stellar. We at first hesitated about buying from a dealership so far from home, but I would recommend them to anyone in the Indianapolis area (or farther as in our case). They are by far the best dealership overall that we visited during our research and purchase of a new car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I rarely give 5 stars to any business but this is truly an exception. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a used 2016 Forester (not from Dreyer & Reinbold) and started having issues with getting it in drive after a few thousand miles. This is my first purchase of a Subaru as I’ve heard nothing but good, so I was frustrated that this was having issues with only 45k on it. Called D&R as they were kind of close to me. I figured I was stuck with it and would have to fork up the $$. Got a call fromAdvisor: John Stephenson and said he was having Subaru cover this as it appeared that some work had been done before and had failed. My experience was fantastic. My 2016 Forester broke down on the highway. I had it towed to Dreyer & Reinbold. It was in the afternoon, completely unannounced. They fit me in and took care of the issue. Everyone I encountered in the Service department was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure I was kept updated on the progress of the repair and frequently asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Awesome, just awesome.

I am completely anti-dealership most especially when it comes to repairs. I always do my own repairs, however, when my clutch on my WRX refused to disengage... I was forced to rely on professionals to fix it. Most transmission shops will not touch a WRX or any Subaru for that matter except chain shops like Edwards or AAMCO. My first WRX had to have a clutch replacement and AAMCO had it for 3 weeks and I paid through the nose! Edwards quoted me $2,200 in labor alone this round. So, I reluctantly decided to call a dealer at that price point..Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru replaced my clutch & clutch fork in 48 hours (would have been faster, but had to wait for the clutch fork to ship) & labor was roughly $800-$900. They changed my transmission & diff. fluid which was included. John, my service advisor called me daily and kept me informed. Didnt push to get more $$ out of me like most dealers/shops will do, nor did they replace parts that didnt need it because I was at their mercy. All around changed how I view dealership service with this one encounter & in the future if I ever have a big repair I cant do myself, they WILL be the only shop I call!

Exceptional service! Dreyer & Reinbold has gone above and beyond. John our service technician was kind, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. John and the team worked hard to make sure our vehicle issues were fixed in a timely manner while having excellent communication and keeping us up to date with daily phone calls. They arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle and due to my work schedule they even arranged a driver to drive 45 minutes to drop off my car and pick up the loaner vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about every person I spoke with at this dealership and how kind and caring they were. Express oil change service took two hours. It was very packed in there, so its understandable. My major complaint is the disregard for customer equipment. I have two large oily handprints on my hood that I must now deal with. Lord only know what waits for me under it. Given the option, I would hesitate ro return.

The little woman took her car down and because it was a female that brought it in they gave her a quote for $3000 to do a head gasket average price is 1600 she’s going to get that car fixed and then she’s buying a new car and it will not be from them! Upon further inspection and testing the problem was a $300 radiator so they lied about that as well!After posting this review I have been repeatedly called and harassed to remove, and threatened with an attorney. Welcome to do so. I will also post a review on your attorneys efforts. Also asked repeatedly for other quotes, when they already said they don’t price match. So anyone who isn’t interested in being price gouged probably shouldn’t go here in my opinion....

Driving from Ohio to Missouri we had a problem with our vehicle near Indianapolis and were towed to the Dreyer & Reinbold location in Greenwood. Although the problem with our car was inconvenient and stressful, the service we received was outstanding. Know that we were out-of-towners and driving to see family, the D&R service department made us a top priority. Not only were they highly professional in the way they addressed our car issue, they were also genuinely concerned about us personally. Im sure there are many good service departments, but their level of personal empathy and concern sets the D&R staff miles ahead of anyone else. You can be confident they care about you.

This dealership has been absolutely fantastic to me. Not only do they do their best to make sure youre taken care of with a loaner, they do some of the best dealership engine work in Indiana. Ive had two several instances where warranty repairs were being done, and they were very fast to diagnose the issues, and even provided goodwill to fix other known product improvements. Russ is a fantastic service manager and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His technical knowledge makes him extremely easy to talk to and ask questions. Outside of warranty work, they recently performed a custom alignment on my STI and it turned out great! Thanks again for the amazing service! My cars run great!

I bought my 2017 WRX from another dealership. But for maintenance, I’ll always bring it to Dreyer and Reinbold. John Stevenson is great. He’s a straight shooter. If something is wrong with your car he’ll tell you your best options. And the rest of the service department are great. They are very knowledgeable about every vehicle they work on. Brought our Subaru in for a service appointment. From start to finish I had issues with our experience. I had a couple of simple questions. The gentleman, John, that spoke with me spoke quickly and rushed me. Worse off, he was condescending and demeaning as he tried to explain why my requests were essentially inconvenient and ill timed. Additionally, he was visibly irritated trying to explain how the software updates work, rather than seeking to understand and finding out I didn’t understand the function of them. I just assumed that was a thing that we should bring the vehicle in for regularly. Cherry on top, he was sweet as pie when my husband showed up and seemed to have no issues communicating with him. They include a car cleaning with the service check, and failed to vacuum the car. And would have charged $350 for front brake pads and rotor resurfacing. The service check itself was around $175 for them to “visually inspect” a number of things and basically perform an oil and filter change. I don’t plan on continuing our business here.

Called on Friday. Talked to someone in service dept. Was told 11:30 is a good time on Sat. to come for an oil change. Show up 25 min. before 10 am opening time on Sat. One unattended car in line by garage doors. I park on left side. At 10:06 I call operator inside who informs me they arent open! Changed to only being open Mondays and Fridays because of Covid 19. Shouldnt THAT fact be posted on line and shouldnt the emploee have told me it wasnt open Saturday or was the decision to not do service on Sat. made in the middle of the night? Wouldnt it be common courtesy to put a sign up on service area doors?

My husband and I spent an entire Saturday afternoon with Jason Hall at Dreyer & Reinbold when we leased our Assent. Jason was vey attentive; not pushy, just polite and knowledgeable. He answered our questions, (even the dumb ones.) The entire staff was nice to us. Getting the paperwork completed was relatively painless and we drove away very happy. One final thought: the free cookies and coffee made the process more enjoyable. There is a Suburu dealer within three miles of our house but we always drive about 20 miles to Greenwood just so we can work with the Dreyer & Reinbold staff. Returned my Crosstrek lease. Excellent experience. Went in without appt on a Saturday, and we were offered drinks and snacks of our choice while the sales manager finished up with another matter. Soon enough, he took a look at the car, whipped thru some paperwork, and off we went. No asks about leasing or buying another one, no annoying small talk, just down to business and very professional and polite. This has been one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. We have bought cars from numerous dealerships in North Carolina, Indiana, and Kentucky. Dreyer & Reinhold Subaru was by far the best! Jason Hall was our salesman and made it a great experience. We drove further than we wanted with living toward the North side of Indianapolis, but it was a much better experience than the I dont need to sell this car attitude that we received at Tom Wood Subaru (who of course wanted to talk numbers again once they realized they lost the sale). Jason kept us in the loop about when the car would arrived, made sure we got it as soon as possible, and even mailed me the garage door opener I left in the trade in vehicle. We will be returning here for our next Subaru!

John the service manager has always gone above and beyond to offer great communication and service. Even when the repairs are taking longer than expected, I always get updates letting me know what the hold-ups are, what has been discovered, and when I can expect the work to be finished. I even get service summaries via email before I pick up the car which is a nice touch!The prices are a little higher than other mechanics (which I expect from any dealership service center), but the use of a loaner car paired with the excellent customer service makes it totally worth it for us.

Let me start by saying I do NOT like the car buying process, but our experience at Dreyer and Reinbold Subaru was surprisingly different. Our sales representative, Jason Hall was very down to earth and not at all the typical salesman type. We came in only to test drive a couple of vehicles, but ended up buying a new Outback. During our test drive he explained the features well and answered all of our questions. Jason wasnt pushy and was very pleasant to deal with on the purchase price. When it came time to put down a deposit, we didnt have a check on us as we were only planning on test driving that evening. The banks were already closed, we lived an hour away and we would be limited on the amount of cash we could get out of the ATM. We werent able to return to complete the paperwork for a few days, so Jason worked with us on the initial cash deposit amount and everything worked out great.The process of finalizing the financing and paper work with Donetta Dowell was wonderful. We asked a lot of questions and wanted to explore a lot of scenarios and Donetta took the time to ensure we understood all the details. I would highly recommend Dreyer and Reinbold Subaru to anyone wanting a new car without all the hassles that often come with purchasing a new vehicle. Both Donetta and Jason really took the time to ensure our satisfaction and we will definitely be returning the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Great car buying experience! Even though they were very busy, we received a warm greeting and received fairly quick service. I purchased an Impreza at Dreyer and Reinbold back in February 2014 only a month after my boyfriend purchased his Outback. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and respect he received so I thought why not get my car here as well!Over the course of the past year and a half, I have *loved* my car very much and visit D&R for all of my scheduled and unscheduled service needs. The staff are always friendly and the service is usually quick (or lasts as long as you would expect).When an issue arises with my car, the staff at D&R go out of their way to address the issue quickly and that is something I have yet to see anywhere else. Ive come to expect to be screwed over by the dealership but D&R has been a very unexpected and pleasant experience so far....I plan to be a loyal customer for life :)

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We went ready to buy a car. No salesman would even look at us even when one approached the car we were looking at with another couple. We went into the showroom and looked around for 20 minutes. Still nothing. However that did lead us to a much friendlier dealer where we drove off in a perfect 2018 Impreza. Now I know I never have to go there again unless i want to be ignored. I know where Im not going again in a few months for our families next car.

Stopped by this afternoon to request a test drive. I was honest and shared that I would not be buying a car and was selecting a company car. The dealership refused to assist me or allow a test drive. Apparently they aren’t interested in the servicing of my car, referrals, or future car purchases... I will definitely not be visiting this dealer again. Falcone Subaru was more than willing to allow me to test drive a car and helped me see the various color options.

Great dealership. Supper healthful and friendly. Preorder my car through them so had to wait about two months for it to come in but dealer kept in contact with updates and familiarized himself with car upon arrival since it was the first one in they had on the lot. Walked me through everything on the car and was just as excited about car as I was. I definitely recommend this dealer for purchases.

Couldnt have asked for an easier car buying experience! I handled most of the talking/dealing since Im home during the summer and my husband works. I was a little uneasy about doing this, but felt totally comfortable with the two people we were dealing with. Within one week, the two salespeople had found us exactly what we were looking for, and we were driving our new car off the lot. I would highly recommend Dreyer and Reinbold Subaru to anyone!

I stopped in to ask about getting my breaks changed, front and back. Was given a quote for $600. I told the woman I was speaking with that it seemed a bit high. She told me shed check the break down of expenses with a snarky tone. She came back to me with a price just north of $1100 for parts and installation. She looked quite pleased to give me the news. I found my breaks for sale online for $240 total, front and back. That puts the price of installation at the low price of $860. That the type of business this is.

We bought a 2014 Subaru Impreza from Dreyer and Reinbold Subaru today. The entire process was smooth, straight-forward and easy. Rob M. in sales was great to work with and was quick, professional and honest with all communications. To say that we are disappointed is an understatement... On Aug. 14, 2019 we took our 2009 Subaru Legacy into Dreyer & Reinbold Subaru because the car had oil in the spark plug tubes. We chose that location because we wanted people that were educated and experienced on Subaru vehicles. Since then we’ve had to return on four different occasions over the course of three weeks because of inconsistent multi point inspections, technician errors and lack of communication. After repairing valve cover gaskets, sway bar links, axels with CV boots and replacing a leaking antifreeze hose totaling over $1500, we picked up the car and noticed a loud screeching noise whenever the wheel turned before we even left the parking lot. We refused to pick up the car at the time until the issue was resolved. The next day we were informed that the belt needed tightened and that is was an easy fix. The Service Consultant expressed that he was surprised that it was just the belt that needed tightening due to him observing the power steering pump being damp. We drove away onto the highway and noticed that the steering wheel was violently shaking when reaching speeds above 45MPH. We took the car back to find that the tires had been put on incorrectly. We picked up the car again and after approximately one week, the car screeched and locked up to the point that it was undriveable. The power steering fluid was bubbling out of the reservoir and the pump was leaking fluid. Upon taking the car back, we were informed that it needed a new power steering pump. After frustration was expressed to Service Manager, Russell Stevens he said he was unsure if it was the part going bad or the error of his technicians so he said that he would cover the labor to replace the power steering pump part and take 10% off of the part. He said that that was the best he could do unless we opted to replace the head gaskets for an additional $2000. We declined and paid approx. $400 for a new pump. We picked up the car for the last time expecting a fully functioning vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle we were informed by the Service Consultant (right before we got into the car to drive away) that the technicians expressed concern about the battery however in the multipoint inspection that was performed for this visit, showed that the vehicle battery had PASSED and that there was no designation of caution. We drove away and had the car intermittently violently shake when driving on the highway. After parking the car and attempting to start it, no less than 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, the car would not start. We called Russell Stevens directly and were told that while he was sorry that we were inconvenienced, he did not know why the battery was not detected on the multipoint inspection and that he “cannot observe the turning of every bolt.” He went on to say that he felt it was not a battery issue and that the cause of the wheel shaking was likely a cause of our doing. We asked Russell to clarify why the Service Consultant informed us of concerns raised by the technicians despite it not being listed on our multi point inspection. He stated that he would discuss it with the Service Consultant and call us back. We never received a call back from the Russell, the Service Manager. Instead the Service Consultant called back.We were extremely disappointed that despite giving them four tries and $2000 later, our car is still not running correctly. If you value a working car, ability to properly diagnose car issues and accountability from management then, DON’T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
