Service was very friendly & knowledgeable. As it hadn’t been in for awhile I knew it was going to need more then an oil change. Got notified via text of what was needed while sitting in the nice lounge. Had yes no option as to whether I wanted the service which O found very efficient.Although expensive I am very pleased with the advisor & service I received.
David Jung was our salesman. He was patient, did not pressure us, and had a good sense of humor. He didnt use any of the typical sales tactics Ive experienced at dealerships before (the Whats it going to take to get you into this car today? kind of thing). He allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles, each twice, to help us decide on which car we wanted. This went a long way to helping us make up our minds on what we wanted.Brett Cox helped us with our paperwork and warranty information. He was also patient, straightforward, and had a good sense of humor. He explained the process and warranties offered in a way that did not put us to sleep.Hubler is lucky to have these guys. They made our purchase actually fun.

Purchased a 2016 explorer sport in March, had a few issues but I’m happy to say the management team worked with me and got them all fixed. The location is definitely one of the cleanest dealerships I’ve been at and I tend to purchase a lot of cars, as we sat and waited it was nice being greeted with soda from a fountain machine. A part was removed on my last vehicle safety inspection which I didnt notice until 5 days later. I emailed the dealership to let them know I wanted it replaced.Service manager would replace it but letting me know the cost and kept denying responsibility.So I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst sales experience ever. We were interested in a used car in their inventory. Turned out the car had a mechanical problem but they tried to sell it to us anyway, stating the problem was a much smaller problem than it was. Really disappointed the sales manager didnt take over the interaction with us. We wont be back.

I traded in my 2017 Mazda MX-5 GT for a 2021 Mazda MX-5 Club. We got a very good trade-in value, and the financing department worked their magic an got us an excellent interest rate. We were shocked that our brand new cars monthly payments are going to be less than our old monthly payments. This is my third MX-5 and my husbands fourth. Our car dealer, Bruce, was very helpful, we told him that we had a few aftermarket parts in our old Miata, that we wanted to take out bc they would fit the new Miata. There were some parts that they wanted us to leave in, but they were ok with us taking others out, and putting the oem back in, bc we had saved them, just in case.We really like our newest fun drive!

No waiting when I arrived for my appointment. As usual the service advisors had everything ready. Inspection was completed. Fuel and ignition clean up was recommended. A brief video of the inspection was a nice plus. Megan and service tech answered questions about carbon build up cleaning. Have done some research which supports their comments.

I always get my work done at the Greenwood location cause the service there is excellent And the staff is very polite, respectful, and friendly and they dont take advantage of you like other places. I went to have room replaced And was told they would have to check tire also for damage. They could of charged me for a tire replacement saying old tire was damaged in some way but they didnt take advantage and they did the right thing and after inspecting tire saw there was no damage And told me I didnt need it replaced also.

Hubler has streamlined the service department experience. I got a text message with a link to a video of my car and audio of the service tech letting me know the status of my vehicle so I had an idea what would be discussed once the service was complete. It is nice to know where things stand prior to check out.

This was my first time going to Hubler Mazda and I can tell you that I will not be back and I do not recommend going here. I had a service appointment and it was way more expansive then other Mazda locations. They have a car wash there so that’s why I chose this Mazda dealer because my previous Mazda dealer had one and it’s a very nice perk for them to wash your car after your service. Well I was helped by Jeff and he’s was not so pleasant. I go to checkout with him he’s not wearing a mask and after a pay I ask “were you able to wash that car” he says “no, it’s wasted effort since it’s raining”. Ok it rained earlier like 3pm my appointment was at 5pm it finished at 6pm and I sat there the whole time and not a drop of rain. Rude just rude. The other Mazda dealer I went to 2 hours north washed my car even if it was raining and they apply a car wax that protects the car from getting rain drop spots. Not worth your time going here. Too expensive and not the best service. When I walked out he didn’t even say anything like “thanks for coming”. It’s small things like that especially during all this COVID stuff that would really make your business stand out. Just being nice and friendly to your customers and wearing a mask goes a long way.
Brett actually made buying a new car an enjoyable experience. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt like he was very up front with me but not abrasive. I purchased my new Mazda in January and I still tell everyone I can about what a great experience I had. I was impressed with how much he knew about the vehicle. The place I had been prior to coming to Hubler, the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle and used A/C and heat as a selling feature on a brand new car. Brett knew the Mazda he was showing me and explained all the features. He was not pushy at all Overall great car buying experience and I love my car.

Bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna from them in December 2019. Discovered 2 months and 1,800 miles later that the car had damage to the bottom of the vehicle from the previous owner. The exhaust system is banged up as well as the oil pan and scratches all over. Previous owner clearly ran over something. We trusted that we were buying a like new gently used vehicle from this dealership. They did not disclose this damage. They claim that they thoroughly examined the vehicle when they received it in but clearly they did not and now will not do anything to make it right. We are extremely disappointed with this issue and them not giving a damn about it or their customer. Advice to anyone interested in a used vehicle at this dealership, take it to another dealer and have it thoroughly inspected before making any offers to save yourself from potential headaches down the road with these guys. My wife and I should have taken it to a Toyota dealer. Lesson learned and will never do business with Hubler Dealerships again.
So disappointed. My daughter bought a 2016 Mazda less than a week ago. Beautiful car, not sure of the model. Three days after she purchased it, she started for work, turned on the music, and had a blown speaker in the front passenger door. She texted her salesperson and was told it didnt have a blown speaker because they had an outside source check it out before she bought it. Unbelievable!! 3 days old. No indication of who theoutside source is, but he could have looked into it. I would think something like a blown speaker would be taken care of in a car that cost $15400 dollars. Very poor customer service. Not the way you get return customers or any new ones with such poor service. This wont be my last review.
Great atmosphere, workers, and overall experience. I was in and out in 30 mins, and they didnt try to over sale me on anything. They let me know the suggestions and sent an email afterwards asking if I wanted to schedule the service. They are simply a great dealership.

Tried to buy a car, brought a cashiers check, signed the papers, then was told he was gonna go grab paperwork. He then proceeded to meet with multiple other people and ignored me for over an hour.
Very good dealer!I did several my Mazda recall server here. This time besides the recall part, they help me changed the passenger side panel which the plastic has been melted because of some issue with the previous passenger airbag and has bothered me for a long time. when I picked up my car this time, they told it was changed, I was so excited and grateful, appreciate their help!

I cant imagine a more satisfying customer experience than my recent interactions with Hubler Mazda. We had three vehicles requiring manufacturer recall attention. Their staff was courteous, attentive and on-point in all communication and scheduling. While the cars were getting the recall work completed we had a number of routine maintenance procedures undertaken. All work was completed expeditiously at a fair price. Their service staff arranged for loaner vehicles to be immediately provided to us upon arrival, for each of the three separate visits. In all instances our newly-washed cars were waiting for us upon our return. Thank You Hubler. Keep up the good work.
