Only had a oil change and car wash. Was charged 35.00 for a car wash. Will not ever use them again. My car has soap all over it still. Also they were to do the windows that are now streaked. I will have to do them again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I 100% would. Lisa that is the service side supervisor for genesis was the rudest woman I have ever spoke to. The lack of communication between staff members is appalling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this location for anything to do with servicing your vehicle.

When you go to Ray Skillman I always find them being polite. Whatever it is that you need them to do,they do their best to help you . I am very self-certified.

Ford recall. They had to replace my airbag. Dropped the keys, car and document regarding the recall. They completed the service faster than expected. I was pleased.

I have personally purchased both of my vehicles from this dealership, and I cannot say enough positive things about the place. From the class acts behind the sales desk, to the extremely knowledgeable product specialists, there is no better place to spend your car-buying dollar than here.You will not find rows of cars aligned any better than what you will find here. Just look at the aerial views on Google maps. Its really incredible what their lot manager is capable of.

When I had a screw in my tire...no one would help me. I went to 4 different places because I was afraid my tire would be flat the next day and I had to get to work the next day. Finally I decided to drop my car off at Hyundai...past working hours...without an.appt. hoping they would help me. The next morning they worked on my car before 8:30 am. I appreciate the help and thankful for them. Thank you...I love my Hyundai Tucson...

This is my third visit to this dealer, as they service my Hyundai Equus Ultimate. Theyve always been very upfront with me and my trust for them has grown over my visits there. They take good care of my car and me. I feel theyve been honest and truthful in dealing with me. I love my car, so when you find a service dealer you trust you go back untill they break it. So far Im pleased.

Wont come back. Lucky for me my daughter had gotten hurt and I had to rush home, or the wife probably would have bought a car she wouldnt have liked. Was told she didnt qualify for a new car, but surprise surprise, the next day after we left she got a call saying oh, our mistake, you do qualify for a new one Yeah, she qualified for a new Toyota for less than the used car you tried putting her in, and a better car than a Hyundai. But thanks for playing.

Took my Ford Fusion in for recalls, they got me in and out!

Had a recall, drove 25 minutes to get there at appointment time, after waiting a bit, was told that they were out of the part and would call when it came in. Its been 3 weeks and no word.Update. Still waiting. Car not fixed............12/19/19
