I had my vehicle in for regular schedule maintenance and an oil change. Two days later my check engine light came on. I called and left messages on the answering machine. No return call back. I even text the owner without a reply. On top of that I ran out of windshield wiper fluid a week later. For what I paid all fluids should have been topped off. Very disappointed!

Tyler has worked on all my family vehicles and gets them fixed quickly. Problem is, so many people use Roach Auto its difficult to get in. Thank goodness Tyler really knows his stuff. Lew says he is the best and Nobody but NOBODY goes against Big Lew.

I stopped in for some advise. They were very helpful and friendly.

So far, my experience has not been good with this company. I called three times on May 6th, 2015 to try to set up an appointment. When I called the first time I got an answering machine that suggested that I leave a message and they would call me back. I left the message with my # and did not get a call back. I called two other times that day, and my wife called on May 7, 2015 and still got the same answering machine and to this point, I have gotten no call back. If they do not intend to return calls when they cant answer the phone (which seems like never) then they should not put that on their answering machine message. I guess I will look for another mechanic service since they dont seem to want or need my business.

I take all my cars to Roach Automotive. Have for years. The highest quality work at the best price in Greenwood.

Worst experience ever!!! Made a bad repair and I was still charged for it. When I address the situation...Tyler was very unprofessional. He was nervous to speak with me because he knew that they had made a bad repair!!!!
