Chris was awesome. I called him and asked if I could bring my car in and he said I can bring it in and he would do the tints himself. He was fast and I love my tints.

Took my truck in at 10 a.m. Saturday and dropped it off to have a remote start and keyless entry installed. They called me at around 2 p.m. to say they needed a key made from the dealership, extra 50 bucks. Thats fine. Hour later, dealership needs an additional 50 bucks to program the key. Went from $279 to $379. Fine, just do it. End of the day, dealership cut the key wrong, can do it Monday. Sorry, have nothing nice to say, so I will just leave this here.

I took the car to get the windows tinted and a starter put on. when I got home, I realize they forgot to the put an eyebrow on the windshield, so I had to take off time from work to go back to have the put on and they still charged me the full amount even though they messed up. Then a few weeks later, I was putting down my drivers window and the tint started peeling off. Again, I had to take time off work to get it re-tinted. Then mysteriously the door lock on that door stopped working, so I took the car back . . . . again . . . taking off work . . . again just to have them tell me that it was not anything they did. The door lock just happened to stop working at the same time I took it back in. Buyer beware!

Went in and in less than an hour I was out. They got me done even though I wasn’t on the schedule. Highly recommended.

First off, i have not left a unsatisfactory review ever. But, the way the General Manager made me feel was very unprofessional, by telling me i had an attitide when i walked in the door. Wait what?!!! Honestly, i was just explaining in a mild manner i was unhappy with my window tint. I would like to resolve the issue by getting the two window redone considering all that needed to be done is a layover the tint already tinted. Me being the unhappy customer you would think this small matter would be resolved considering i just paid $250.00 for the whole car (small car) an im am just unhappy with the two front windows. Instead the GM proceeds to explain to me why would he eat that cost because i was indecisive an now unhappy thats my problem. So, the owner offered a deal pay extra $50.00 to re-tint the TWO windows so i am now at $300.00. Wow! Its not worth paying this much for poor customer service, unprofessionalism, nastiness, rudness. Rethink coming here. Good customer service is very important!!!!. Reaccuring clients are the BEST!!! I have a large clientele that i refered to extreme, i have no choice but to redirect them elsewhere.Update....Stopped by a 5 star tinting business, was told that my back window has not been tinted limo, still has factory tint, but I paid for 3 windows in the back 5%, 2 window in front 20% with a strip on the front. Wow.. I would of never know until they pointed it out. Its amazing how businesses are so untrustworthy. Again think twice when selecting Extreme.

Amazing place to get your car serviced....i took my truck to the dealer for a fuel leak....they told me that the line its self was 100 dollars....they also said that it could not be repaired but the mechanic at extreme said he could fix it with his fuel line repair kit....he was fast and eficiant and i saved myself a couple 100 on labor and the part was only 20 bucks....i recomend them to anyone
