Brought my vehicle here because the service center team is always amazing. The same cannot be said for the collision center. Could not get Jesse to answer a call or return a phone call until a complaint was made to the receptionist. Any update I received, I had to call to get. Was told all parts had come in and were placed on the car, it was going to the paint shop and would be ready the following week. Call the day before, as I had not heard anything to confirm it was ready and somehow we were back to waiting on parts that had allegedly been put on the car. Almost 2 months later, they still have the car and cannot or more likely will not say when it will be ready. I called asking to speak with the GM as I did not want to speak with anyone in the collision center. She couldn’t be bothered to return a call. Instead she had someone from the collision center reach out. One moment they say they don’t have any loaner vehicles, but the next minute say they’d give one if they knew how long you’d be in it. I wish a zero rating were an option. Will most likely will find another dealership for all future services needed because of this.

I will not bring my car back here. I came to get my back bumper and right break light fixed due to an accident not caused by me. They originally told me 3 to 5 business days. Then they called and said they found more damage and it would take 2 and half more weeks to fix a bumper and a break light. Then when that date comes they pushed it back again. Then charged my over 3K. Front desk receptionist very rude and unprofessional. They dont value the time of the paying customer. There are better places who wont waste your time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awful service. I went there and got an estimate/supplement and they never sent it to my insurance like they said they would. I called, left voicemails and emailed them multiple times and I even had my insurance call them and they claimed — after a month later of ignoring me — that they have no idea what Im talking about and have nothing on my car.I have the paper copies that they gave me the same day they did my estimate and one email saying that they planned to send the email to my insurance, so theyre absolutely lying. Would not recommend. Thanks for nothing, Jesse!

I have a couple of paint chips in the bumper of a 4 year old vehicle that I wanted repaired. Their are no dents or dings of any kind. Just paint chips. As soon as I told them I was self paying and not using insurance they told me that they could not fix it and would have to replace the whole bumper. I use Skillmans service center for all 3 of my trucks and will continue to do so but this collision center feels like one of those south side backyard places that is only out to scam someone and I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I have had to utilize Ray Skillman Collision Centers services more than I would have liked in the past two years. I have always had great customer service, but Haley (Hali?) at the front desk is SUPERIOR. She is direct, communicative, friendly, and a shining member of their team. The most professional and helpful time after time. Totally recommend Ray Skillman Collision Center.

Friendly. Needed a window replaced. Told by Friday 1 week. The following Friday they called at 5:15 car was done. No way could I get there. Insurance companies are getting ripped off on rental cars. I couldn’t get there till Monday. 3 extra days of rental because they didn’t call earlier to say it would be done. Total of 2 weeks. Insurance companies should look into this place.

Enjoyed a pleasant and surprising experience this morning. I interacted with two individuals and both were courteous, prompt and professional. I believe Bre was the receptionist that greeted me, requested some brief information and stated someone would look at my vehicle shortly. The appraiser (Rick) greeted me, walked to the vehicle with me, looked at the problem and shared his resolution with me. Rick drove my vehicle around to the shop and within five minutes, the obvious problem with my vehicle had been resolved. I was so surprised, happy and appreciative that I felt compelled to share.

Theyve had my car for 2 1/2 months and there seems to be no hurry to finish repairs or return my car. Steve specifically doesnt return phone calls and the responsible partys insurance threatened to cancel my rental because of the lack of communication. I couldnt be more displeased and would highly recommend avoiding Ray Skillman and their collision centers at all costs.

Went to get my car fixed there twice, it took them 2 months to fix a dented in fender, then quoted me 1,000 for a repair, waited till they got my money then told me the repair would be over 3k. Dont waste your time

Awful! My accident was on 8/24. They said they couldn’t get me in until 9/9. I made sure it was there and they had for 2 weeks before I contacted them to find out what additional damage they found. They said they were submitting for additional damages. They did not contact the insurance company for almost 2 more weeks about additional damages found for a supplement to the original estimate. Allstate completes an additional estimate on 10/7 and a check was sent on 10/8. It is now 10/21 and I have, not one time, received a call about my car. I have called several times and been unable to get any information. I called today at 11:52 and left a voicemail for the manager who never returned my call. What a waste of my time and my insurance companies money!!!! Never will I ever take my car to Skillman again or use any of their services!

A big ole piece of ice took a chunk out of my 2015 KIA. The damage was only about $1,200. I wrestled with not getting it fixed, but decided it was a wise decision. I am glad I did. Thanks to Keith, they found another piece that was broken under the front bumper, and repaired it. Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned it out for me!! Everything was neatly in the trunk of my car! God Bless you!!! I so appreciate the help!Thanks Keith for great service!!

Hubler couldnt get my car in for 30 days so I went to Ray Skillman and was promised car would be ready in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I got it back. We recd calls informing us car was finished on 2 separate occasions and it wasnt. I was out a lot of money on rental car because of their promises. I will never go back

Ray Skillman Collision did the work on my new car when I was rear-ended on vacation. Instead of taking the two weeks it was originally estimated I ended up getting my car back after almost 2 months. Since I was traveling through Indiana when I was hit I had to have my vehicle shipped to me from their collision center to my home in Florida. When I received the vehicle I noticed the fuel door no longer sits flush on the car body. Not a huge problem but it made me question the quality control process, especially after waiting two months for my car. Several days later I noticed the step panel on the passenger side, the side that was damaged in the accident, was beginning to fall off because it appears they broke the plastic keepers that hold it in place and never bothered to fix it. Fast forward a month later and I have one of my tires go flat traveling home from work. I go to pull my jack out to change the tire and the lug wrench/jack handle is missing from where Ray Skillman Collision removed everything from the back of my car to complete the work. When I called to inform them that they had failed to return my lug wrench I was told that the person who was in charge of my work is no longer employed there. Any time I hear a business tell me this I immediately become suspect. They took down my phone number, apologized and suggested I go out and buy another lug wrench. So far no return call. I cant say Id do business here again. Aside from them fixing the obvious damage to my new car its been a bad experience Id rather not repeat.

Be very alert and careful. My vehicle went in for repairs and they couldnt figure how to turn off my factory installed alarm. On the first call I told them how. On the second call that day I reminded them again. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the horn didnt work. I was then told it was broke when it came in, well how was my alarm sounding then? They relented and told me to bring it back in and they would look at it. I made an appointment and the first time it sat for 6 hours and never moved. Everything was in the same position as when i dropped it off. They later admitted they couldnt fit it in..(Um, I made an appointment) Second time was same as the first. I gave up given the bad experience my ex-wife was having with them at the same time, different vehicle. Fast forward a year...I had another Ford dealership look at it today and guess what they found...my horn was disconnected!!! They also discovered that about 40% of the connecting hardware for my bumper was missing! That might be why it stated sagging, showing about an 1/8 gap that wasnt there before. All in all the body work DOES look great, but I question all the other work they have done on my vehicle.

Great place if you want an inflated repair estimate. They will keep your car FOREVER then try to sell you a new one because yours will be very expensive to repair . They say the repair shop is not affiliated with them, but, Hello!

The reason I’m ranking them one star is because the end result of my car does look decent. Other than that, my experience with this collision center was and has been a nightmare. My parked car was backed into by someone who was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. This persons insurance company paid for the damages to my car. I went to four shops to get estimates. I went with ray skillman becaue thats where I bought my car and Keith Barry (not sure his title) was the only place to take photos and mention the safety bracing that had been damaged. He promised no after market parts and also that he could repair my bumper instead of replacing it. Not having a “wreck” on file for my new car seemed like a great idea and ray skillman was one of the insurances “preferred” collision centers. I waited over three weeks for ray skillman to send over their official estimate to the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they told me that Keith has not sent in the information. I contacted the front desk and was sent to Keith several times and left several messages. Bri, the receptionist, acted very annoyed when I called and asked whether they wanted my business or not. After that conversation Keith called me back and blamed the insurance company but yet finally they insurance company finally had what they needed. I called back to schedule a time and once again, no call back. So again I called and asked if my business was wanted. Keith said he would “personally” get me in. I could hear him yell out to Bri to make me an “appointment” to drop off. It was two weeks away and I was told drop off was between 7am to 10am so I took time off of work. When I went to drop off I took photos of my car inside and out to be safe. When I came in no one greeted me and when I approached the other receptionist she could find my file. They frantically search for my file. They had confused my car with another person with the same last name. I was also informed by Bri in a very rude tone that there “weren’t appointments”. I was told someone would call enterprise for me. I stood for over ten minutes and no one called enterprise for me. Bri INSISTED I sit down. I felt more comfortable standing and remained standing. She rolled her eyes at me several times. She was so completely unprofessional and had HORRIBLE customer service skills. As I waited for my enterprise that wasn’t even called yet, I asked the other receptionist to make a note about my car. She looked frantic and grabbed a pen.. she didn’t write anything down. Five minutes later she admitted she didn’t take a note and asked again. After all that she finally called enterprise. While I waited I heard them get my car confused AGAIN. I turned to watch them run around and try to solve the problem. Once again Bri shot me dirty looks and then my enterprise showed up. Bri said, “hey you yeah that’s your ride. Thanks bye”. Basically pushing me out the door. This was a Monday. I was told three days, four days max. Friday (the fifth day) I called and the person over the home was rude and said it was going to be detailed and that “we call you when it’s done, you don’t need to call”. I stated I’d call later and check in. They did not call and I had to call to confirm it was not ready. I was now told Monday. Now I was stuck paying the extra insurance in my rental through the weekend. Monday I call and Bri is rude ONCE AGAIN. When I got upset, Keith did call me and explain they had to replace the bumper and they weren’t happy with the color match. I expressed how upset I was about the extra money in my rental and the poor communication and told Keith I longer wanted to work with Bri because of her awful customer service. He said he would pay for my additional rental days and he would take care of it personally. The next day he called to say it was done and apologized again and took responsibility for the mishap. He said he didn’t mind paying $50 for the rental. I explained it would be a great deal more than that. He has still not paid for it.

I will start by saying my vehicle did not even make it them to have it fixed! I have yet to receive a call from the individual assigned to handle my vehicle(3 voicemails). All communication has to go through the front desk, and if you decide to use them, be prepared to poke & prod them every step of the way. They scheduled the repair and had it in the books for over a week and when i called to verify they ordered all the parts and received insurance authorization, they simply reacted like a deer in headlights. I can only imagine how mismanaged the back of the house is if this is the customer service they offer.

Two day repair. Dropped on a Monday and no proactive communications throughout the week. After I inquired a few times, was told Friday by 530 it would be ready. Showed up to pick it up. They havent even started the repair, part isnt even painted yet.If you got time to burn or enjoy driving rental cars for a few weeks, maybe its worthwhile. Otherwise pick someone else.Quality of body work is TBD while they hold onto the car another 3 or 4 days for what was quoted as a two day repair which could be done in one day but they prefer to let the paint set on day oneA little communication goes a long way when you are in customer service. I could have driven my car until the part arrived. Could have driven my car until the shop had capacity to do the repair.Im sure the rental car companies love it this way

I recently chose this location to complete some work on my sonic, which had been hit and the headlight needed to be replaced. The work was originally scheduled to take 3 days to complete. I am now on day 18 and cannot get a call back, despite my persistent calls, regarding the progress of my vehicle. Would not recommend.

I was quoted that my car would be fixed in around 6 days. It is now reaching almost 30 days and I havent even received a courtesy call saying my car will be delayed. Ive called 5 times and each time they give me a new date that it will be done. No one will tell me exactly why my car has taken this long just that there was a problem with the part and it had to be reordered. I will never go here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I called to schedule an oil change I called the main line knowing that I could be transfered to the service department. The lady transfered me to the receptionist instead (by accident?). She was very short and did not explain herself clearly. I told her that I thought I had already been transfered to service and she asked which service department I wanted. I told her that it didnt matter and that I didnt know how they regulated their calls this way, half way through my statement she had transfered me and cut me off. Luckily, the service department was MUCH nicer and did not cut me off. Ill just have to see how the oil change goes. Then Ill most likely post another review.

Someone backed in to my truck and their insurance had me take it to Ray Skillman Collision. I took it in for the estimate and was told 4 or 5 days. The insurance looked at the quote that listed 36 hours labor and approved a rental car for 9 days. I took it in on a Monday evening. I called on the 9th day (Wed a week later) because I had not heard from them and they said it would be the following Monday (14 days). I did not hear anything from them on the 14th day so I called them again. My rep was not available so they sent me to his voicemail saying he would call me after lunch. I left a voicemail. He had not called me back by 5:00 the next day so I called AGAIN. He apologized that he was busy (no excuse) and said it would be done on Thursday (17 days). It is now 4PM Thursday and I have not heard anything. When I call them, I dont even get a receptionist. I dont know where they learned their customer service skills (or lack of) or their math and time, but 17 days is not even close to 4-5. Luckily they are covering the rental for the period past what insurance is covering but thats the only Pro about the whole deal. everything else from top to bottom has been despicable.

Seems like they still have not fixed the issue of quoting x amount of days and then taking exceddingly more to actually fix it and not calling to discuss this. Car shouldve been ready over 10 days ago, ive called 3 times, always being the one to initiate phone calls. Onky to be given an excuse every single time. Ive paid over $360 in rental car payments and they dont seem to care 1 bit. As a business owner, i find this appalling...
