We recently had our SUV serviced here after a recent accident. Alain and his team did an amazing job keeping me informed and staying on schedule. Not one hiccup. This place is a class act. I had to have my truck bed replaced under warranty due to some paint issues. When my truck was returned to me the bed was misaligned and there was some small parts that were not installed. When I addressed my concerns with Alain he apologized and fixed every item right then, on the spot. Alain, Megan and Heather were each awesome and treated me with respect. I have scheduled another small repair and will use this body shop in the future if needed. I can see why they have earned the USAA Stars designation. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Couldnt ask for better service and performance. The work is flawless and they are a pleasure to do business with. Ive had the unpleasant need for Ballentine Collision Center several times over the years, and highly recommend them.
