My mothers CRV was hit in a parking lot. The only thing damaged was the right rear bumper section. I wanted to replace it for her to save her from the hassle of an insurance claim and rental car. They are the only shop I found that would paint the part for me. It’s not warranted since I preformed the install but they were upfront about that and it looks great.

Being in the insurance business, I’ve dealt with a lot of Body Shops and these guys are one of the best. I’ve used them for my own personal stuff several times and never been disappointed. Walter’s is always straight forward, honest, and easy to deal with. They get the work done when they say they will and it’s always top notch.

Every time we have needed any kind of repair from Walter’s, we have had amazingly positive experiences. They do the work well, quickly, and within the amount allowed by insurance. They take the pain out of painful!

Took my Charger there back in December. Someone backed into it with their truck. Got it done fast which is nice but they did an awful job on the paint. Its been 6 months and its already peeling because they didnt treat it properly. Claiming I hit something (the paint is bubbling and is clearly not scratched.). Now Im going to have to take money out of my pocket to go get the job done right somewhere else. Will not be back.They did end up fixing my car but it took a google review to do so.

I was a customer of this body shop and was happy and satisfied with the work done by this body shop. I would recommend this body shop to anyone in Greenwood/Indianapolis area/Indiana state who is involved in a collision or just looking for a repair to fix their car/vehicle.I was recently involved in a minor collision and obtained a quote from another body shop and this body shop saved me about $150. The whole cost of my repair was only about $550, but since they saved me about $150, I am prompted to write this review.Prior to visiting this body shop, I got a quote for a higher amount from another body shop. The reason for a higher quote from the other body shop was that they suggested to me to replace parts that actually did not require replacement. Unlike other body shops that are owned by corporations who you do not know the owners, this body shop is a family owned business. The best part is that the owner of this body shop is an auto mechanic himself and is the one that will look at the vehicle and will give you the quote, so, he knows what parts need replacement and what parts do not need replacement and can be fixed. If any old part can be fixed and does not require replacement with a new part, he will suggest to fix the old part instead of replacement with a new part and save you some money. That’s what happened in my case. In other large body shops, in most cases, the person who looks at your vehicle and gives you quote i.e. the person at the front desk or in the administrative office, and the person who works on your vehicle i.e. auto mechanic, who usually stays in the body shop, could be different. If people who are not auto mechanics give you quotes like it happened in my case at the other body shop, there is a possibility they will suggest to you to replace old parts (with a new part) that probably do not require replacement, and consequently, a higher cost for you to fix/repair your vehicle. If you need to fix/repair your vehicle, I would highly recommend this body shop. If you live/work in the area, this body shop is worth a visit. Ask for the owner to look at your car/vehicle and get the quote from him; he will also give you explanation of the charges on your quote and that’s another plus. As of the day of this review, his son is attending a local university and also works there in the front office. Please note that I am not in any way related to this body shop. I am just a customer who is satisfied with their work performed to my car.

Take your car here if you want ripped off! I was paying cash for a minor accident, and I mean minor, no damage to one car even, estimate for the other car was almost $700, seemed high but whatever, then low and behold after the took the car apart the bill increased by $300 for more damage. This is the third such issue with just me. Couldnt take the car elsewhere because it was already apart! Beware and take extra money!
