We were met at the door by a salesman(Rushton) with a handshake. he said welcome, showed us the cars available, and then let us look. He kept within eyesight but outside of earshot. If we had questions he was available to answer but was not overseeing or in the way. That is a much better approach and gave room and time to decide on a car. Test drove three cars and drove away in the first one.

We had a wonderful experience at Quality Nissan. Our salesman was Christopher Hall. He was very knowledgeable about the Rogue that we purchased. There was no pressure put on us. He made the process very easy. I have taken my 2009 Pathfinder to Quality Nissan for service for years. It now has 256,000 miles on it. Daniel, Service Manager, has been amazing to work with.

Every one who works there is very friendly. Also explained were everything was and showed us how to use. Every car we have owned needed keys now you just need the keyless little box John showed us how to use it and made sure we could get locked and unlocked and how to start and turn off the car .if we ever decide to trade cars we will go back and deal with them.

When I realized how close I was to the price of a new Nissan, Bentley turned me over to Mr. John and He put me in a new Nissan Frontier King Cab. Needless to say, I bought it. First I called for an appt for an oil change and nobody answered the phone! I scheduled the appt, online, for 11 am Friday morning. I got there and parked out front and walked back to the service desk to let them know I was there. They moved my truck from out front to the service dept, (on the side of the building) where it sat until almost noon!!! I wonder why nobody answered the phone when I called and why I made an appt online for 11 am! The sales crew entertained me and were nice. The service dept staff werent very friendly but I was informed I was enrolled in a programme, when I purchased my truck, that meant my oil change was free! That was wonderful but, I wonder why my husband had to pay 5000 miles ago! 🤔

Took my Nissan Pathfinder in for recall issues to be addressed and also mentioned a hesitation issue when accelerating or going up an incline. I was told it would need a new transmission. They estimated about $3500 for a transmission. My vehicle is a 2014 and only has 90,000 miles on it! So, I took it to an independent but reliable and qualified mechanic for another opinion. He flushed the transmission fluid out twice because it was so black - which had never been done by any serviceman when told “we checked all fluids,” added fresh transmission fluid plus a couple corrective additives, cleaned the battery cables which were corroded and in terrible shape, and he also checked all five computer systems operations. He only charged $280. Why didn’t Nissan do this? I’ll never take my vehicle to Nissan in Greenwood ever again....this was my first and last time there!

I intended on only looking. My husband pushed me n the door. Lol. Tina came outside to offer her services. Right away asked if id like to test drive the vehicle! Well of course! Lol. Im not a patient person. But the manager n her were quick to find me the best loan options and worked with what i was willing to put down! They worked on things as my son had an apt and i was able to return an hour later n only spend 30mins and i was driving it off the show room floor. The only thing im not a big fan of is the forced gap insurance. Wasent really needed. And the 950$ processing fee. Outlandish. But overall impressed for the quality of cars they carry esp in greenwood, the great customer service and it was fast!! I just hope the service department is as good as the sales folks! Im now a proud owner of a 2019 Altima SR. Thanks to the staff!! #askfortina the manager/boss was great! Just waiting on my fb post. Lol

My husband and I bought a brand new 2020 Nissan Murano and everyone during the whole process was extremely helpful. The overall experience was fairly quick compared to other car buying experiences, and we were extremely comfortable the entire time! I had my door repaired at the body shop. My wife picked up the truck as I was out of town. Part of the weather strip was not attached on the door. there is some primer over spray on the rear of the door. I work out of town 5 or 6 days a week so I dont have time to bring the truck back in. I reattached the weather strip my self and I guess Ill get some rubbing compound to remove the over spray. I would have expected a better job from a dealership.

I am very disappointed in Nissans conduct today. I have been going back and forth to Nissan for over a month seeking to have services rendered on a couple of different issues. Until today, I would have given them 5 stars. However, Daniel (service manager) decided to provide me with a lie dealing with the services they extend to customers. When I confronted him about the lie he decided it was best for him to continue lying. I asked to speak with his higher up (Jamieson) and he did nothing to help the situation (the lie is my issue). No one apologize for lying to me, therefore I feel compelled to do a public post about their lack of professionalism. It continues to behoove me why Daniel thought it was best to lie to me.

I am so disappointed, my granddaughter bought her first car and I was to be the cosigner. They put her as the cosigner and tricked me into signing as the buyer they lied and lied and said they were getting changed and they didn’t because they can’t they also lied about having just the registration in her name because it isn’t. I am very disappointed that not even the owner would say anything to his people for lying and job,But I guess really they were doing their job because that’s what they do they lie I would never go there again nor would I recommend them to anybody.

The day before my Thanksgiving holiday trip to Moms, my engine suddenly started convulsing as I applied the gas. I figured that my holiday was ruined. I drove the car to Quality Nissan where the scheduler asked me about the problem and decided to see if she could get me some immediate help. My recent experience was horrible. There was a lady working with two kids running around in the service working area. When she came to let me know my car was ready she didn’t have the detailed sheet that checked off things that were good or not on my car so she said she had to go get it but I don’t think they completed it and had to do it quickly. They didn’t check the break pads until I asked them to. I don’t even know if everything was done and checked correctly. It was on a Saturday and the crew that was working were there for the first time that I had been on a Saturday. Not a good crew at all.

Poor customer service in sales.Last week I communicated electronically with the dealership to ask if they accepted motorhomes on trade. I was messaged by a salesman and told it was something his manager would be interested in. I was told to come to the dealership on Tuesday.Tuesday we showed up at the agreed time and test drove the Titan. We provided the salesman a flyer with all the specs on the motorhome, a 2015 Coachmen Concord 300DS. At that time we were told the individual who did appraisals was not in and we would have to come back Wednesday.Wednesday we returned and the salesman drove the motorhome to the dealership for appraisal (I have a health issue that prevents me from driving this vehicle). Upon arrival several employees swarmed the motorhome commenting how nice it was and how it would be great to take to a gamecocks game. Some pictures were taken and everyone went back inside. We waited outside because based on Tuesdays visit it was obvious social distancing was not being followed by many employees.We were told the dealership owner was on his way to personally look at it. We continued to wait outside being repeatedly updated the owner should be on his way. Finally after about an hour the salesman came out and told us his manager said a 2014 Ford E450 was only worth $25k. I said unacceptable because it wasnt just an E450 it was a motorhome. As we prepared to leave we were told they were waiting for someone to contact them and tell them what it might be worth.After nearly 30 more minutes of waiting the manager came out and admitted he had no idea on how to appraise a motorhome but if it was his money he would offer $50k. I then presented him the detailed NADA suggested resale value with all options of $75k to $85k . I stated I did not feel offering $25k to $50k below low retail was negotiating in good faith.Lessons learned1. If you dont want to accept an RV on trade dont tell the customer you do2. If you dont know how to appraise something go take a class on how to do it or ask the customer if you can take a couple of days to get a good appraisal together.3. Dont make a customer wait an hour and a half under the guise that the owner wants to personally get involved.4. Dont low-ball an offer thinking the customer hasnt done some prior research.5. Not everyone has the luxury of thinking COVID19 is fake news. Be respectful that individuals with underlying health issues do not wish to contract this virus under any circumstances

I had my 2014 Nissan Rogue towed to the dealership on 1/19, Dan did inform me they were a week behind, they ended up having my vehicle for a full week with no offer of using a rental car. Within that week, I got a ride to check on the progress. Needless to say, my vehicle was parked outside the service area twice, like are they really working on it?? Further more, while they were test driving my vehicle they ran EVERY last drop of gas out of my car AND still had no explanation as to why the engine will cut off for no reason while driving. I am a single woman and trusted the MANUFACTURE to find the issue concerning the car they are licensed and certified to fix. They came back with absolutely NOTHING!! During that week, I spent a lot of time calling for an Uber and getting rides from others. I am astonished this entire time, Nissan technicians cannot find anything, its your car!!!!!! So, after speaking to my boyfriend, he finally called Nissan service dept as he also feel like they has the car too long to not know whats going on with it. When i picked up my car, not only was it dirty but again were back to where we started. I feel like this is an episode of Unsolved Mysteries but at my expense because they obviously have absolutely NO clue with whats going on. I will never purchase another Nissan.

Called the service department about a 2012 Nissan Altima too price what it will cost to replace a transmission. No other transmissions shops will not work on these type of transmissions and I was told by every transmission company that I would have to carry it back to the dealership and to replace the transmission cost $4,000.00 all bc it has been a CVT transmission so I didnt get the car bc its not worth putting that much money into that car bc the CVT transmissions are not any good so if you have one get rid of it bc you going to put more money into it than the car cost.

Worse experience ever.I dropped my vehicle off at 2:30pm to have an alignment, oil change and tire rotation done. Well I got told the oil change and tire rotation got done but but the alignment so they took it back in for an alignment around 3:30pm. At 5:45pm (15 minutes before they close) I get a call saying my car is ready but the couldn’t do the alignment because I was missing my camber/caster bolts and it’s like that on all titans, armadas and pathfinders. I’ve been a mechanic for 15 years and I’ve never met a vehicle that was missing a vital bolt. It all boiled down to the 2 techs that were there didn’t want to do it because it was close to closing time. So I will be calling customer service and corporate in the morning.
