My favorite mechanic shop out of all the shops ive ever been to. Not onlyare the owners and employees polite and friendly, theyre very professional. When it comes to my vehicles I want to be 100% sure that they are in the right hands and with Preferred Automotive they absolutely are. I had my brakes done along with my air conditioning system recharged, all four tires replaced and the car alignment as well. I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg for all the work that was done however I was charged an affordable price and left the shop EXTREMELY satisfied. Preferred Automotive is super honest and I will without a doubt only be bringing my vehicles here from now on. 10/10 recommend this 5 star shop

By far the best repair shop in Greenwich. Extremely honest and hardworking mechanics that know what they’re doing. Called me before doing any work to my car and made sure I was aware of what the issue was and how much it would cost. Very kind owner and workers. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who is having any issues with their car!

I was introduced by a friend to this fantastic mechanic shop. The employees and owner were all friendly and professional. Everything was quick and easy. They informed me of everything prior to working on the car and were a great price. They went above and beyond my repairs and did a few small things just to help. Highly recommend and will definitely use again (well, hopefully I wont need to ;) )

Best mechanic shop in Greenwich!!!! They are very honest and tells you straight forward whats wrong with your car and what parts you need. Their work speak for itself and they charge you a fair price(no hidden fees or any bs) I have been taking my cars there for all my repairs and they always do an amazing job.I always recommend them bc they are the best.

A First Rate Shop that doesn’t tremendous work, but more importantly does so with honesty and integrity that is so difficult to find. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and extremely satisfied, but recently my daughter had a problem that her new car dealer diagnosed as an $11,000 issue with valves. We brought her car to Preferred and they informed her that it had been misdiagnosed. A $500 repair of ignition coils solved the problem and the car has been running wonderfully since.It is so nice to find someone who will explain what is really wrong and how you can fix it, rather than a shop who is trying to maximize revenue at the customer’s expense.Kent Holden
