There software is harder to understand then Quantum Physics, you will spend hours on the phone with tech support just trying to figure out how to change the price of your Potato Wedges. The software looks like it is from windows 95 and runs like it is on a Radio Shack Tandy. NCC, my recommendation would be to send all your employees back to school and have them take a software engineering class and start over from square one. They have the worst customer service! stay away at all cost! Rep hung up on me in the middle of asking questions. Very rude what happens if the system crashes and they dont wanna deal with it? NCC just gonna hang up the phone on you and every time you call back just pick up and hang up. terrible
Bill Hight - reseller for NCC Reflection HQ software.Came in and set us up and then dropped us like a hot potato when we started having problems. Paid thousands of dollars for a now 3 year old product that currently isnt working.Classic bait and switch.The software corporation wont do anything (Jody Harris), saying we HAVE to go through this guy.Buyer BEWARE! Neither the corp or their reseller are interested in their clients operability.
