This was the best experience I’ve had at a phone repair place. Great price and even better service. My phone screen was fixed in no time. The guy even offered a free tempered glass protector for the wait I had (which I didn’t think was long at all!). If I ever need another screen replaced, this will be my go-to! I went to this place based off of the Google reviews. I was a bit worried even though it had high ratings. In my experience this store is phenomenal. My iPhone 6 screen was cracked to include the black bored surrounding the screen. It was bad. Missing pieces and everything. Not only did they fix the screen to which it looks like a brand new phone, I mean absolutely brand new, but they were able to replace the battery. This all took about 10 minutes, no exaggeration. This work also comes with a 90 day warranty to boot.One last note. I bought an acrylic screen protector here and not only did they put it on for free but there are no bubbles or dust underneath. All of the work was not only quick but it looks quality.I can not recommend this place enough. If you need phone repair or accessories then stop looking and go check this shop out.

I went in the mall at about 2:45 with a white cracked iPhone 6 Plus, paid for it and went to get a car wash, came back at about 3:10 or so and it was already done with my nice black and gold iPhone. Looks amazing and just like new, and especially with the black and gold color combo its the best my phone has ever looked. So pretty much very fast service, decently affordable although no place is cheap. Hopefully I dont have to go get my phone repaired again but if I ever do I will definitely go there!

This is the Best, Fast and Amazing Quality Service I have ever seen. Have been in here for couple of times; once for iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 for the screen replacement and had them back in exactly 10 min. Very short time and Completely new screens!!! Mr. Shawn was the guy who fixed both of my phones. He is so nice and friendly to customers. And PROFESSIONAL on his job!!! The price is absolutely cheaper than any other phone repair places in this mall. They have the most honest and best quality service. Worst place to ever take your phone. I went there to have my screen repaired on my iPhone 7 Plus. When I got there the home button was working as normal. I was told my screen would be repaired in 20 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes to find my phone still in half being repaired. The gentleman at the desk was going back and forth with other customers selling cases while handling my phone. He then asked me several times if my home button was working before I brought it to him - I responded it had and I would have been honest if it had not been working in the first place and probably would have not brought it to a screen repair store if that had been an issue as well. After waiting 10-15 more minutes he told me he could not fix the home screen button and that there was nothing he could do. NOTHING HE COULD DO? He literally took my phone and made it worse. I then asked what my options were and his response was either he could install the home button screen on my screen or he could put the cracked screen back on it and I could take it to apple to be fixed (money out of my own pocket). By the end of it choice words were spoken including him calling me a POS. Not professional. Not helpful. Do not get them to replace your screen - they will only make it worse.

After being jerked around by a chain repair place, we called Master Fix an hour and a half before they closed. Not only did they have my part whereas other companies had to order it, they welcomed me to go ahead and come, even with not much time to spare. They replaced my phone screen in less than an hour, and for $30 less than the rude chain situation had quoted. I hope I never need them again myself but I will recommend them to anyone! Courteous service and great experience! Thank you!

Vogiff (I know I probably butchered his name) was so sweet and informative !! He knew right away what the problem was and even showed me flaws from a previous repair I had gotten elsewhere!! My screen is AMAZING now and so is my front camera!! Not to mention, I literally stood there while he replaced my screen and he did it in a whopping 15 minutes!!!

Fixed home button problem on iPhone. Apple Store wanted $130 and didnt have time, these dudes did in in 7 minutes and charged me $30 !! Awesome! Definitely will use again.

Do not waste your time going ANYWHERE else! I had a cracked but fully functioning iPhone 6 Plus and I took the phone to 2 different CPR locations both stated that the screen would not work when they put their screens on?! How does that happen, it works with a cracked screen but not a new one? It was a present for my daughter and time was of the essence. They kept the phone for 2 days and still returned the phone in its original cracked state!! They even told me the phone was irreparable and I needed to get a new one! I was beyond frustrated and upset!!I called Master FIX, not only were they able to FIX the screen in 15 mins BUT said they saw NO damage in the phone and it was in good condition! I can’t beleive I wasted my time with other ignorant, incapable businesses! I literally can not praise these guys enough!!! You want the job completed correctly and in a timely manner look no where else!!! They also offer warranty on the screen!!! Outstanding customer service and workmanship!! I loved the service. My screen was completely shattered and went black. First time they fixed my screen, the screen was defective or something. However, I brought it back and they fixed it again no problem. Only took 20 minutes. The guy was so nice and made me laugh. I would definitely recommend them.
