They were definitely more friendlier than Roswell location and I was very pleased with my purchase. Quick process and paperwork didn’t take forever. Good selection of Maseratis clean car fax and vehicle history. Priced right thanks again Alex the store manager was very knowledgeable, Cathy finance manager was great with the paperwork process and good about following up with customers that was a plus for me and Jack the owner also followed up via emails. I finally got the one I had my eye on. This location and staff comes highly recommended.
Buyers Beware! I would highly recommend fully inspecting any vehicle purchased from Lotus Greenville. Unfortunately after barely making it two miles after purchase, my vehicle is no longer drivable. Every system on the car needed attention and now the engine needs to be completely rebuilt. Very costly and disappointing experience...
Drove all the way up from Atlanta to come here for a 2019 GTI Rabbit and it was completely worth the trip! As soon as we got in, Eli got us rolling with a test drive and gave me that extra assurance that this was the car I wanted. Helped me through the process with ease. No question, I had the best online car buying experience Ive had in a long time!! Karla was very patient with me as I knew what kind of Maserati Levante I wanted, but I was unaware of all the specs, bells n whistles and service options. Her customer service was exceptional, she answered every question in a timely manner, she provided me a step-by-step guide of buying an exotic car online and I honestly feel like they provided me with the best deal possible. The car was delivered a day earlier than expected, so I got a chance to joyride in the city at night, I put it in sport mode as it shredded the road. I literally cant wait to purchase another exotic from Karla. The only thing I regret is not having the ability to shake your hand, look you in the eye and say thank you for such a wonderful buying experience.
Ive been meaning to do this review for a while but being busy I put it on the back burner for a couple of months. Doing business with Maserati Lotus of Greenville was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive never had a negative experience purchasing a car so this says a lot. Carmen was great at making the process care free and comfortable. The hospitality was something Ive yet to experience and it was quick and without any issues. I recommend this dealership and I can say I will possibly do business with them in the future.
Went to purchase a Quattroporte from out of town and had clear communication with the dealer throughout the whole process. Eli was especially helpful in showing me the car and guiding me through the buying process, and everyone else was friendly and accommodating as well. Overall a great first time buying experience.

Not an extreme selection but what they do have is absolutely beautiful. Even if youre just bringing younger children with you to look at their inventory it was definitely something my children will never forget. Excellent stock!

I Was going to buy a Bentley from them it was at a unbelievably price after they got me approved then dropped the boom on me that the check engine light was on and the Bentley dealer couldn’t figure out why it was on they knew that before they ran my credit than they was trying to get me to buy the car site unseen having owned a Bentley I know if the check engine light on that’s a 15,000 problem that they was trying to pass on the me very shady......UPDATE UPDATE Carmen the sale lady call me and I gave her the business for like three days she was so great and I decided to buy a 2015 Maserati for my wife I’m giving her 5 stars she made me happy she went above and beyond the call of duty I’m changing to five stars but the above stuff did happen it’s bitter with the sweet type of thing Thks great work Carmen by the way Carmen had nothing to do with the first stuff involving the Bentley want to make that clear God Bless

Maserati of Greenville is an amazing dealership. Yes, they sell some cars that might be out of the normal price range for average people but they do buy A LOT of high quality used vehicles from auction. I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Alex Ahlgrim he’s new to Greenville but he is by far the most patient and knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever met. If I could have given no stats I wouldve! Carmen was quick to help as well as judge. My fiance and I was looking to buy a 16 GLA well he was co-signing for me and he has a perfect credit score,however, mine was 676. Well I was told he couldnt co-sign because we didnt live at the same address. Since when did co-signers have to live together? She initially asked if he was my father, like what difference did it make. Our financial institutions offered to finance for us but we will be taking our business elsewhere! This is only a small portion of how I feel!!!

They didn’t have that courtesy to call me that they sold it.Instead of apologizing they were rood.Never recommend this place.
Dont hesitate to check out Maserati Lotus of Greenville. Yes, they have some expensive vehicles, but they also have a ton of vehicles (new and used) at very affordable prices. Be sure to ask for Mike Kulla when you go in. He was a pleasure to work with and was very willing to work around our time schedule. The financing manager was funny and not pushy in any way. I highly recommend searching for a vehicle at this location!
I drove 5 hours to Greenville with the intent of buying a vehicle. I had been talking to Eli for most of the week and even FaceTimed him to look at the car. Upon arriving we discovered the vehicle was not as described. The front tires were almost bald at 5/32, there were multiple small dents and gouges on the vehicle that we had not been told about or had been described as small scratches, and the rims were damaged very visibly. The car was in very poor shape for only have 23k miles. All Eli did was shrug and tell me it was a used car. I understand it is a used car, but it was very unprofessional of the dealership not to make us aware of these discrepancies before driving 5 hours with the intent of buying the vehicle.
Very friendly and helpful staff! We drove two hours to purchase a Subaru that they had. They were extremely helpful working with us on a price in a timely manner and made the whole process easy! Mike was our salesman and David helped us with financing, both were very friendly and helpful.
We bought our daughters first used car here and Dave Samuels was so helpful and nice. We looked at a few cars and he is such a genuine person he helped find the bet prices safe car for our daughter. We will definitely use him if we need to purchase any more cars.

A great service and parts department to deal with! Had a ghost problem with that was to track down but they hung in there and was able to find it and multiple tests.

Obviously, she has been at this for a long time and really understands how to make the experience pleasurable. Youll come in as a new customer, but leave feeling like youve made a friend.

I was looking to buy an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for quite a while, and being a more rare car, it was hard to find the exact spec with the ownership history I wanted. After finding the car on the dealers website, I decided to take the car for a test drive.Right when I got to the dealership, I started working with Alex Ahlgrim and I told him I wanted to see the Quadrifoglio. Being the only Quad on the lot, I expected him to not know a lot about the vehicle. Boy was I wrong. Alex knew everything about the Alfa, and I had an absolutely fantastic buying experience. You can tell hes in the business because hes a genuine car enthusiast, and not just a sales guy looking to push cars. As an enthusiast myself, this was a very welcomed change from what I normally see when buying a car.Overall, the buying experience was a breeze, and I have nothing but great things to say about Maserati Lotus Greenville.

A young man who dates my daughter had lost his father several years back. He was left a substantial inheritance. At 20 years of age, he, as most kids that age, dont listen to their elders. He realizes his error afterward. Shows me his transactions and wonders if he got screwed. Ummmm, YEP. He purchased a 2016 Evogue Dynamic for $44,500.00. (over retail BY $2,000). One month later, he returned to trade it in on a 2012 Panamera. He was given $36K for the land rover and overpaid significantly on the Panamera! Now I understand the dealership is there to earn a profit. But $13K+? Really?? This is obscene. Its akin to gouging. Just because you can doesnt mean you should. Have some integrity!I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was interested in buying a certified 2014 Ghibli at Maserati of Greenville. I spoke with Carla over the phone and she was very helpful and informative. A few days later I flew to SC from GA with intentions of purchasing vehicle that day. Carla picked me up from the airport and after we arrived back to the dealership I did a thorough visual car inspection. At that time I noticed some scuff/ scratch marks around the bumper and wheel base of the car. Carla mentioned it could be fixed or made less noticeable, and that a car detailer comes on Fridays to do such repairs. When it was time to negotiate the price and speak upon the car’s scratches; Keith the assistant manager/finance specialist was then brought in to discuss details. The vehicle was priced at $38,898 about $1500 over the national sales average, so I asked for a price reduction. Keith would not honor my request to repair the car’s scuff/scratches as well. He said, “I’ll send you the paint color, fix it yourself” nor lower the price. Keith was not friendly, dismissive, and not flexible on any of my request. Unfortunately I left with no vehicle and Carla took me back to the airport. Days later I called Jared, the store manager because he wasn’t there when I went to purchase the Ghibli. I wanted to inform him on Keith’s lack of sales tact and customer service. I was unhappy with Jared reponse to my call. If you value customer service, price efficiency then think twice before purchasing a car from Maserati of Greenville.
