Top notch store. My credit was a problem for me but not for them! Easy to work with and I found what I was looking for.
The worst place to buy a vehicle from in Greenville please go to Carmax or Greenville auto world don’t buy a worthless car from these guys.
These guys consistently provide good service at great prices. Theyre knowledgeable and fair. In the auto repair business thats like gold!

Okay so I went up their to visit or look at a 2008 Hummer 2 and on the inside it looked okay. The outside body looked okay. However, when I started the vehicle and looked under the hood slot of signs popped up. But when I went back to the dual transmission there was a sound and oh my God when I looked at the bottom of this vehicle it was totally corroded, but I noticed once I call East Carolina Chyrsler, Dodge,Jeep, Lincoln, Mercy which is my service department on a replacement for the dual transmission replacement I went into the office to have the manager tell me it cost 15,000 plus. I was shaking my head but when I told my financial institutions that it had rust underneath the vehicle it was a definitely no. But the nerve of this owner trying to sale a vehicle like this I would advise everyone please leave this place alone period. Bad deals and a get over operation.
I have bought several vehicles from Tim over the years. I personally had a great experience with the vehicles I purchased from this location. I have enjoyed working with him over the years and I think you will as well.
I first went to the lot in Washington to get a SUV, the one I found on the lot at the Washington location I wasn’t able to get financed through my bank because of a discrepancy in the mileage. So the dealer then found me a SUV off of the Greenville lot. To make a long story short within 3 months the truck needed major repairs. The carfax was clean and it just struck me as odd that little by little everything needed work done to it. So I took it to Lee Chevrolet and they pulled their history on the vehicle. Needless to say they forgot to tell me about the recall on the vehicle which was sent out to the dealership because while they were in possession of it they had the check engine light reset. I reached out back to the owner of the Washington location and told him of my findings he was unwilling to work with me on. I feel like because the bank had already gave them the check he felt like it wasn’t really his problem anymore. He told me “Well you’ve had your car for nine months now, why are you just now bringing it back”. I told him, “No Sir if you look at your records it’s been 88 days”. He said, “Well anyhow it’s past a 30 days and there’s nothing I can do about it, if you want to trade it in now I’ll give you the value it’s worth now minus the repairs ($1,700 in parts) that needs to be done to it”. Being that I still owed $11,000 & he was only willing to trade it in for $8,000 not including the deduction for mechanical work I was stuck with a half hazard truck. The reason I’m just now reviewing is because I took the time to get the repairs done. I spent so much money, time, & effort. All of it was for nothing because now it has stopped running altogether. My other car which is a ‘99 & I’ve had for 7 years runs better than this vehicle does. I am beyond furious that my choice of a second vehicle came from this lot & the owners knowingly sold me a vehicle with several defects.
The Manager and Saleman was great to do business with at East Carolina Auto Exchange. Friendly and very professional. If you are in need of a vehicle talk to peoples at East Carolina Auto Exchange. Their prices are reasonable. Check them out.
They wasnt too helpful even though I paid cash for my car and came back for the reason when I first turned on my heater it blew heat on one side of the car and cold air on the passenger sideAnd question the dealer about that that he respond I broke it by turning on the heater which was the stupidest answer a delicate gave a customer after paying over $11,000 cash I would never ever recommend someone to come to that dealer
